Great healthier takeaway for dinner!

I’m regular customer at Subway in Ashford, great service, quick & courteous! Food is outstanding. Always arrived early and warm. Couldn’t ask for better! Many thanks to friendly owner

The app charge me a £7.99 delivery fee when it's free delivery when you spend over £10 on the order which we did. Didn't have enough time to cancel order otherwise I would have. Not impressed. I would like the delivery charge refunded please.

I am regular here due to great service, delicious subway and packed well. I can see good care has been taken from start to end. I’ll highly recommend it

I had a great experience at this Subway The store was clean, and the staff (the lady)was friendly and efficient. My foot-long sandwich was fresh and delicious, with crisp veggies and perfectly baked bread. The meal deal was a good value. Highly recommended for a quick, tasty meal.

The meatballs have a very weird taste, like they have gone bad. I had meatball marinara before and they did not taste like this.

I went in there the person was giving me attitude and she asked do you want double you want double cheese and she didn't say it charged you I asked for cheese ham cucumber and sweetcorn but instead of that she gave me girkings and there was this weird green stuff I all most through up really bad won't be eating there again

The bugget went on floor as i soe and they put with everything els from the floor with anorher fresh made buggets. They adding new taste on the menu - crunchines from dirt. Discusting... how they past hygiene training or something thats handles the food. I asked why putting from the floor with everything els. They didnt sed nothing just remived random bugget. Its not right.

It is not so much the food quality, it is just that I did not enjoy any part of it. Just a question of taste, and no one's fault.

Super friendly staff came in 3/05 around 4 pm and served very quickly and with a smile The place was quiet but clean

If you like the answer no then this is the place for you. We don't have this and and we don't have that. And on top it feelt like they didn't know what they were doing. I can't recommend ths location.

Dirty tables, messy floors, toilets been out of order for two months. Salad boxes finished and messy. Unhelpful, moody staff. A very bad representation of a reputable brand. Makes sense why its always quiet. Staff need to be retrained on the basics of restaurant hygiene and courtesy.

Had Very bad experience . Usually in sub you get good salad however here it was terrible. Chicken had a smell.

Boys was there last week owner said he got my back. Him and polly up for a good fight guys this is injection paji come down punjabi kitchen greenford this Saturday about 7pm bring your stock we sell subs from that place when we finish with it.

Twice now they have sent me the wrong cookie when I order on deliveroo. I'm vegan and so I order the vegan cookie and they keep sending me non vegan cookies which I of course cannot eat !!!! Very frustrating

Missing and incorrect items via Uber, I’ve double checked the receipt and I haven’t made any mistake. 2nd time this has happened via Uber eats

Very bad service fighting with customer

Poor poor poor 1. They don't have the bread I like 2. Prep and packing the food was very poor 3. They used very little diluted tuna (I know consistency as I am eating this from last 10years) 4. Foot long they did not cut into 2 pieces 5. Bread (with stuff in it) falls apart while eating 6. Did not taste good 7. Messed my car with the good that fallen apart

When delivering there is always something missing. Last time it was the large bottle of Pepsi Max, so this time I added a note - "Don't forget the large bottle of Pepsi Max." They didn't. They forget the nachos/jalapeños instead.

No covid safety in place. Staff all wore masks resting on top lips while serving food and allowing customers to enter without masks. It was a busy lunchtime with lots of people in small space with customers with no masks and staff wearing over their mouths only

2 hours for a delivery. Absolute joke no answer when trying to call. Food came wasnt even toasted felt like it had been sitting ready for over an hour. Put the drink in with the food hot drink & cold food. These guys haven't got a clue. At all. Eaten in the restaurant and its no different. Poor service get it wrong half the time. Needs closing or new owners

Great establishment, very clean and the woman (I think her name was Amy) who served me was very polite, efficient and offered great service.

last week I go there with my husband there is a one Bangladeshi guy.His name is Arafat he make for me testy sandwich he is super fast,he make my sandwich with in 2 min 😊 and quality is excellent’he is smiley and friendly. I’m very happy for super fast customer service

Ordered through deliveroo and they forgot my cookies. Called the store and the lady was very helpful and delivered the cookies personally after her shift, an hour later but still rectified the mistake and issued some free cookies as good will. I hope the management notice the way this lady solved the problem and appreciate it. Thank you!

Theres Bangladesh guy one hes too rude and talking in Bangladesh language on phone and friends standing by tills. Horrible place toilet stinks and no air con can't go there with children

It's OK staff always fine but not a fan of Subway

Staff are very friendly. The usual menu is here. Indoor seating is quite open and generally clean. Parking outside is free for 30 minutes however its usually full.

Very bad service the guy working there said he hated his job

We all know it's Subway, but only SOME know that Subway is a franchise, meaning each one shares one brand but they have different owners so prices and offers and experience may differ. I usually get brekkie from here because it's a good deal, 6 inch and a drink for a few quid, more food for you cash and cheaper that Mac D's. This one is pretty good, the blonde female that works mornings is very polite and cheerful, but the older Asian guy is very much robotic, he gives you want you want but there's no human communication, no please or thanks or smile etc etc. Not bad if you want to just go in and out. Downside:- (ESPECIALLY at Breakfast time.).... for some reason THIS branch does NOT have Brown Sauce!?!?! Now I know for a FACT that there are a few Englishmen/women out there that would agree, a breakfast meal consisting of eggs, bacon and sausage should ALWAYS have Brown Sauce!!!! They just don't do it at this branch, why? I don't actually know, I ask and they just say they don't have. Would have been 4 stars if they had Brown Sauce, I have to settle for ketchup instead. Otherwise not bad if you want a quick bite and VERY good value for money on breakfast. Also thier napkins have a weird stale smell, butvthisbis the same in all Subways Nationwide, maybe it's dodgy storage conditions, who knows I just wipe me gob and in done.

The best staff ever, if to consider all public food industry

So slow it would be quicker to get the ingredients yourself and go home, back the baguette and then fill it.

Good choice, but it would be good if the staff spoke English, so they understand what you are ordering.

The first time I bought a sub from here we found a hair in it. Never went back for about 6 months. just gave it another and after eating it made me violently ill. Have had many subways before and never had a problem. there must be a serious hygiene problem here.
