I ordered a submelt and it was just a normal toasted sandwich really ruined my lunch experience. the mozzarella was still hard and cold. The entire "submelt" was cold. If the ingredients used the make the bread could talk the eggs would be clucking and the milk would be mooing. The chicken and bacon was cold and not heated. I'm sure I heard the bacon oinking at one point.

Today I went to subway only 2 people were working together. And I was still waiting for half hour for my food which seems the management was not properly and the lack of staff would decrease the rating of store because they serve the people but not on time . If you don’t have that much staff you should close the store. Customer time is more valuable.

Ordered 12 Chipotle bites and there was only 5 in the box! Tried calling them but no response

Two orders now received incorrectly, wrong order and items missing on more than one occasion, are the staff in Longwell Green so incompetent that they can't check before sending? Poor service, tried to call restaurant no answer, waste of money.

I went to subway on Saturday with my boyfriend in lunch time and the girl that was serving was obviously sick, coughing and sneezing. While she was trying to smile and be nice to customers you could see she was struggling to do her job. I think this is unacceptable for the office to allow her to work while she's sick. It is unsanitary for the customer and puts her colleagues in danger of getting sick as well. There were enough people to serve even if she wasn't there. This should not happen as it's highly inappropriate. My boyfriend ordered but I refused to as it's unsanitary. On Sunday we went again as I was still craving subway we saw her through the window and didn't even go in. This is unacceptable, the office should not allow and force employees to work while they're sick especially when working with food. I will not go to this subway again as it is highly unprofessional.

Didn’t even show up your service is a joke you have stolen my money and I can’t even speak to anyone. I will never use this abysmal service again and I will be feeding this out to anyone I can. What a joke. How dare you charge me then not show. I am hungry and robed

Really lovely place, have been a few times and have always had lovely service and food. The place is always clean and well run too.

I went to subway yesterday around 15:10 and as I was approaching the shop I could see a women behind the till holding a receipt and screaming at a coworker. I was surprised by this image as you could clearly see her screaming and gesturing angrily with that receipt while her coworker was just looking at her not able to say anything. I decided not to go in anymore and go somewhere else as this behaviour is not only not appropriate but it's considered to be mental abuse. The office should look into what safeguarding is and how to train their staff better as this is not acceptable. I hope there will be measures taken about this as nobody should be treated this way. It's disgusting how this type of abusive behaviour is allowed.

I’ve been to this subway a couple of times as it’s close to me and the customer service was as very nice and people were polite. However, when I went a couple of day ago, I was as in a hurry and I was served by what I assume is the manager as she was wearing a black shirt not a green one. She could see I was in a hurry and kept looking at the time yet she kept asking me a bunch of questions about how I want my food when I made it clear I just wanted something simple and she kept asking more. I think that a manager she should be able to understand customers better as she’s giving a terrible example of how to ask in front of her team. She should be a positive example not a negative one.

You put jalapeño in my sub and not pickles which were ordered. I’d say that’s pretty retarded. I’ve attached a picture of what jalapeños look like as whoever made my sub is obviously utterly clueless.

Food cold bread hard sides crushed

I ordered a foot long sub and received a 6inch, but I paid for the foot long.

12 cheesy bites ordered and only 10 delivered, all good nice and warm though and very quick delivery on Xmas eve afternoon

There was only one portion of steak hardly anything in the box. I asked for alot of sauce in the notes which was completely ignored and they just put a small bit in the salad. What’s the point of the notes if you aren’t going to read them?? Waste of £12!

I asked for not toasted and it came toasted which I hate, there was hardly any filling and tasted horrible even tho it’s my usual at any other subway, the wedges undercooked and nachos are so unappetising and awful, the nicest thing was the cookie. It’s so inedible, waste of food and money very disappointed

Never answer the phone. I ordered for delivery 4 of same subs, they sent just 1! Obviously staff can't read or understand that 4x something means we want 4 of the same thing

Turns out if u order a certain item off the menu, you cannot add or change absolutely anything on it! Could of quite easily added extra which i would of happily paid for but no, not allowed any other salads because its named a certain thing on the menu. Proper customer service! NOT!

If a customer asked for their sub toasted, toast it.

my order continued to be delayed for 2 hours over the original delivery time, hence leaving the food cold. and then my driver was accusing me of not residing at the delivery address even though I made the order myself and exited out of my own marked door. he then insisted he scroll through my phone (which he took from me without permission) and look at my order to confirm. when he did hand over my food, he was on the phone to someone and didn't pay attention to my concerns at all. I live 15 minutes away from this particular subway and would not expect four sandwiches to take 2 hours to arrive

Been a customer for a longtime but over that time the service has gone down hill, the salad boxes although quite large get less filling and there’s no spinach any longer. I visited last week and ask for the infamous subway melt and it’s not called this anymore, it’s ham and turkey with the addition of bacon at an extra cost. I asked the server for more sauce but I was ignored and she continued to wrap and go to the till. I won’t be going there again as fed up with miserable manager or supervisor as unsure.

My food didn't even arrive. It just said restaurant excepted the order and I never received it. I called them 12 times and noone answered. I haven't even heard back from just eat as the money has been taken. Not only am I never going to use subway delivery again, but Just Eat. This is happening all the time and it's peoples money that have been taken and received no food. Its sad to think I used to use this but as soon as I have my refund, I am deleting just eat.

I order often and always the sub is great, but i’ve been disappointed at the past 2 orders as I ordered Beef and because they didn’t had they choose tot add steak. I don’t like steak! My money was thrown in the bin. At least they should give a call and let me know or to put on the app as sold out. If you’ll be your customer and that will happen to you, you’ll be happy?

The worst customer service ever. Honestly I'm not sure how she's still running it. I was in there for about 10 minutes and she was rude to at least 3. Food was fine but won't be returning to this branch based purely on her attitude.

Didn't have most of the ingredients on offer to choose from, lack of crisps as well, table was dirty which I cleaned myself.

The food is cold. Both orders are wrong. Food was an hour late and the driver left my food on the door step. No phone call. I want my money back subway.

Missing items when the food came.

I placed my order at 8 am, and was said to be delivered between 8:55 and 9:15, witch was re estimated at 9:15 to 9:35, witch was fine after it got to 10 o'clock I rang twice 30 mins apart and no answer. so I gave up with the idea and then at 11:49 it arrived nearly 3 hours I had to wait only to find out that the hot sandwich I planed to eat first hadn't come with it, so it was missing my most favoured item.

OK service - food , particularly the "salad" items very sad and had been "available" too long. Bread was fresh but after toasting sat waiting to be filled for too long as well.

Did not receive my order and the restaurant would not answer the phone. Delivery driver knocked on door and said he had the wrong order and then left with the wrong order

The food was cold because the lady stuck three sandwiches in the oven machine. I guess not knowing simple science. The more mass in the oven the more it takes to heat then up. That's why those ovens are ment for one maybe 2 sandwiches. Then they did two sets of orders that were very similar and jumbled then up so the wrong salads went in the wrong subs then instead of starting fresh they just scrapped out the salad and just gave us a bad mood.

Poor place with poor service. The staff did not seem very helpful and interested, rude service and they did not seem happy to be working there. The place was also a tip with dirty tables, visited around a month ago. Compared to the Bath road retail park subway there is no comparison.

Even with four members of staff serving, it was incredibly slow due to the number of delivery orders they were also making.

Very busy, felt sorry for the staff trying to keep up with delivery orders and customers face to face. There is one member of staff in there who is extremely rude, unprofessional and inappropriate. She was very loud, bossy towards other members of staff and she was also swearing! She has red hair quite young, she was working today at around 2pm. She needs to be sacked or working back of house!

My favourite Subway, all staff is always well trained and makes the tastiest subs. Never had any issues with it waiting for reopening.

Went in to get some lunch, didn't have enough money on me so was going to use my points. Was told I can't use my points because there isn't any Internet, I explained I didn't have enough for the food and the response I got was sorry there is nothing I can do. It's not my fault that there wasn't any Internet & was kind of shocked that I didn't get anything for time wasted going there in the first place. Some kind of signage would of been helpful for customers who may have been in the same situation as myself. This is the closest store to me but, however I won't be returning

Completely disgusting Looks like they couldn’t b bothered to fill the rolls probably only had a little bit off chicken and a odd spot of sauce including the rolls was hard and dry not fresh at all horrible shan’t b going there again even the staff was rude it looked like they came out off school. SHOCKING partnership with Parkingeye parking enforcement company. Aside from two unexpected and easy-to-miss signs at the entrance of the car park, there is NO OTHER REMINDER to customers of the dangerous limitation of only 2 hours free parking - after which Subway customers are slapped with a £100 PARKING FINE!! Disgusting! 🤮🤮🤮

If l visited this place either l was comatose d or in someone else's body.Not me governor,l'm innocent!My phones location app must have visited on its own or old age has caught up on me and l just can't remember.......l've laboured the point,l believe.l must say though although not my staple diet l have alway enjoyed a Subway take away when the mood has taken me.lts a good choice for those on the move and for me who's definitely not on the move if a chair is vacant.

Long queues, staff seem to struggle with the English language and get annoyed quickly even seen them roll there eyes at an elderly couple in front of me, won't be returning here that's for sure.

Longest wait in history, when asked if the member of staff could change his gloves because of a food allergy and cross contamination we were given a glare and met with the biggest huff like it was to much trouble. Had I been an environmental officer you would have been in trouble. You should be fully trained in these matters, it's people's health your messing with. Not impressed.

Service slow even with 4 pepole working we only went in for coffee had cookies sorry soft or should I say floppy not much choice if you donot purchase any thing from Cadbury or chocolate the suger doughnuts look old and stale sorry for my first vist it did not impress we meet friends we understand times are hard but may not go again

Avoid getting delivery from this place as they stinge you on the salads if you aren't in store keeping an eye on them (happened twice in a row now). Rated 2-star as eating it wasn't messy due to it being pretty much empty.

They didn't do decaf tea or coffee, and they seemed quite flustered. By the time I sat down to eat, my sandwich was cold. Went in for a quick bite. Probably try else where next time I'm in the area.
