I just spent £40 on food for me and my sister. Hers was fine but when I open mine I realise I have the complete wrong order. I then message uber to sort this out and they offer me a refund of £1 on a £15 sandwich. I then call subway to try and sort it. The manager I spoke to was nice enough but I was told that I can’t get my money back.

Server was disinterested in doing the job, when it came to paying the server was on his phone replying to his messages. Shocking service! Edit because the manager doesn't know that users can't reply to Google Reviews: No receipt given considering the employee had already started looking at their phone before offering a receipt. I visited on Friday 6th at 4:53pm.

Alex is by far the BEST member of staff in there. He's so lovely he knows my order as soon as I come in he's literally the best member of staff subway have down there I've given it 5 stars for Alex. There's another lad down there who's not so nice i dread coming in when hes in he's got zero empathy and he gives off an angry persona! And thinks he knows everything 🙄 I would name him but generally don't known his name!

If I could I’d leave no stars. I ordered a chicken breast six inch. With lettuce, cucumber and sweetcorn. Mayo And cheese. I got my order sent. Went to sit down and all I had in my six inch was chicken breast! Nothing else that I had asked for. I’m absolutely appalled and this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this subway either. I thought I should voice this to see if they actually do something about it.

I recently visited the Subway location at Longwell Green and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. During our visit, the restaurant was very busy, and we waited a considerable amount of time to be served. Given the high volume of customers, it may be beneficial to consider scheduling additional staff during peak hours to improve service efficiency. Additionally, although the location closes at 9:00 PM, one staff member began sweeping the floor around 7:20 PM while customers were still eating. This seemed unprofessional, as I was concerned that dust might affect the food. It would be more considerate to perform this kind of cleaning after customers have finished their meals or when the dining area is empty.

Many times I have been to subway and the sandwich is falling apart in a few bites, this time barely a few olives fell out due to Ali’s fantastic sandwich packing skills. I had it packed with all the veg as well. I would go more often if i could be assured every sandwich would be this amazing.

I ordered a submelt and it was just a normal toasted sandwich really ruined my lunch experience. the mozzarella was still hard and cold. The entire "submelt" was cold. If the ingredients used the make the bread could talk the eggs would be clucking and the milk would be mooing. The chicken and bacon was cold and not heated. I'm sure I heard the bacon oinking at one point.

Today I went to subway only 2 people were working together. And I was still waiting for half hour for my food which seems the management was not properly and the lack of staff would decrease the rating of store because they serve the people but not on time . If you don’t have that much staff you should close the store. Customer time is more valuable.

I went to subway on Saturday with my boyfriend in lunch time and the girl that was serving was obviously sick, coughing and sneezing. While she was trying to smile and be nice to customers you could see she was struggling to do her job. I think this is unacceptable for the office to allow her to work while she's sick. It is unsanitary for the customer and puts her colleagues in danger of getting sick as well. There were enough people to serve even if she wasn't there. This should not happen as it's highly inappropriate. My boyfriend ordered but I refused to as it's unsanitary. On Sunday we went again as I was still craving subway we saw her through the window and didn't even go in. This is unacceptable, the office should not allow and force employees to work while they're sick especially when working with food. I will not go to this subway again as it is highly unprofessional.

I went to subway yesterday around 15:10 and as I was approaching the shop I could see a women behind the till holding a receipt and screaming at a coworker. I was surprised by this image as you could clearly see her screaming and gesturing angrily with that receipt while her coworker was just looking at her not able to say anything. I decided not to go in anymore and go somewhere else as this behaviour is not only not appropriate but it's considered to be mental abuse. The office should look into what safeguarding is and how to train their staff better as this is not acceptable. I hope there will be measures taken about this as nobody should be treated this way. It's disgusting how this type of abusive behaviour is allowed.

I’ve been to this subway a couple of times as it’s close to me and the customer service was as very nice and people were polite. However, when I went a couple of day ago, I was as in a hurry and I was served by what I assume is the manager as she was wearing a black shirt not a green one. She could see I was in a hurry and kept looking at the time yet she kept asking me a bunch of questions about how I want my food when I made it clear I just wanted something simple and she kept asking more. I think that a manager she should be able to understand customers better as she’s giving a terrible example of how to ask in front of her team. She should be a positive example not a negative one.

my order continued to be delayed for 2 hours over the original delivery time, hence leaving the food cold. and then my driver was accusing me of not residing at the delivery address even though I made the order myself and exited out of my own marked door. he then insisted he scroll through my phone (which he took from me without permission) and look at my order to confirm. when he did hand over my food, he was on the phone to someone and didn't pay attention to my concerns at all. I live 15 minutes away from this particular subway and would not expect four sandwiches to take 2 hours to arrive

Been a customer for a longtime but over that time the service has gone down hill, the salad boxes although quite large get less filling and there’s no spinach any longer. I visited last week and ask for the infamous subway melt and it’s not called this anymore, it’s ham and turkey with the addition of bacon at an extra cost. I asked the server for more sauce but I was ignored and she continued to wrap and go to the till. I won’t be going there again as fed up with miserable manager or supervisor as unsure.

I haven't even heard back from just eat as the money has been taken. Not only am I never going to use subway delivery again, but Just Eat. This is happening all the time and it's peoples money that have been taken and received no food. Its sad to think I used to use this but as soon as I have my refund, I am deleting just eat.

I placed my order at 8 am, and was said to be delivered between 8:55 and 9:15, witch was re estimated at 9:15 to 9:35, witch was fine after it got to 10 o'clock I rang twice 30 mins apart and no answer. so I gave up with the idea and then at 11:49 it arrived nearly 3 hours I had to wait only to find out that the hot sandwich I planed to eat first hadn't come with it, so it was missing my most favoured item.

The food was cold because the lady stuck three sandwiches in the oven machine. I guess not knowing simple science. The more mass in the oven the more it takes to heat then up. That's why those ovens are ment for one maybe 2 sandwiches. Then they did two sets of orders that were very similar and jumbled then up so the wrong salads went in the wrong subs then instead of starting fresh they just scrapped out the salad and just gave us a bad mood.

Very busy, felt sorry for the staff trying to keep up with delivery orders and customers face to face. There is one member of staff in there who is extremely rude, unprofessional and inappropriate. She was very loud, bossy towards other members of staff and she was also swearing! She has red hair quite young, she was working today at around 2pm. She needs to be sacked or working back of house!

Went in to get some lunch, didn't have enough money on me so was going to use my points. Was told I can't use my points because there isn't any Internet, I explained I didn't have enough for the food and the response I got was sorry there is nothing I can do. It's not my fault that there wasn't any Internet & was kind of shocked that I didn't get anything for time wasted going there in the first place. Some kind of signage would of been helpful for customers who may have been in the same situation as myself. This is the closest store to me but, however I won't be returning

Had a fantastic evening with a group of friends. The food was excellent as was the service. The guy who organised the meals from the kitchen was brilliant. The staff were friendly and worked hard to ensure we all had a good time.
