Woman behind the counter did not listen what my husband said she asked if he wants it made how itis on the sign he said no so she still went ahead and put the sauces we didn't want then was asked for her to change it she refused descusting customer service!!!

Manager (Madelina?) is a miserable jobsworth that wouldn’t swap any of the fillings without charging extra even though every other subway iv been to dont have a problem doing it. I cant eat potato so just wanted to swap a hash brown for an egg but said it wasnt possible as she ‘did not have that option on the till’

Your one member of staff , was working like a manic woman in a very busy shop. Having way to much to do for one person, poor girl didn't catch a break, I hope you give her a pay rise

I had over 2000 points and had two mains and drinks for £0.89, very nice.

Very nice people and very patient with the little ones. It goes without saying, the food was delicious.

Service was fine 🙂 The wrap was OK not heated enough and a bit soggy to be honest. No real atmosphere just functional.

Very frustrating when one man in there won't allow anyone to use the toilet after 7pm even when you've bought food. This is the only toilet also open to public as there aren't any others even in the shops. It's not ideal being refused especially if someone has a disability that requires the toilet.

Seating is limited but if you miss the rush there's usually a seat free.

Overpriced food but what do you expect from a chain like this not best quality. Butnit qas late and I was hungry and didn't want a mcdonald's. Was like walking into a warm mortuary better atmosphere at a crematorium.

Two chocolate drinks were too much trouble for the miserable sod serving today, Sertan I think his badly scribbled badge said. Poor attitude, no manners and here's a tip... a powdered hot chocolate is usually mixed before serving it to the customer...and is usually hot. The clue is in the name.

It's OK. The manager is very pleasant and professional, but at least two of the guys who work regular couldn't really give a damn about customer service.

Excellent service, especially from the two ladies that take turns to open up on a Saturday. I meet my family there nearly every Saturday, and have a coffee and cookie, sometimes a sub, and they are always so polite, friendly and helpful. Store is always clean, coffees hot and food fresh. Best Subway ive ever been in!

Muppet show Last friday 28.7.23 i did a factory run for our breakfast which i do every friday . We all had a mega melt breakfast with a drink , so on return to work all five of us never had any bacon in our subs. I phoned and had to leave a message wit a promise they will be in contact..lol. I phoned today only to be told i have to leave a BAD REVIEW to be able to resolve this complaint. What a way to run a take away when all they had to do was put more bacon in this week ??.

It's a small store; even with outdoor seats available, it is quite limited. However, it's a very convenient location to grab lunch, when you are shopping in the variety of clothing / convenience stores in this location. The staff were friendly to us, food was...well it's a Subway. Overall a good experience for us in this store.

This subway is my favourite. The lady who runs it is very kind and professional. The young man who served me was excellent and took care with the food.

The two young girls working there were very friendly and knew what they were doing. Unfortunately whilst ordering, a teenage boy came in asking to use the toilet (located next to the kitchen), he was instantly dismissed by the worker, who seemed to know already what he was trying to do. The situation shook her and she told me afterwards that he comes in with his friends on a regular basis to try to steal food from the kitchen. These poor girls should not have to put up with this kind of behaviour from a group of young boys. Something needs to be done to make sure the girls behind the counter are safe, especially if there are no customers present to witness what they were doing, luckily he left because he saw us watching him. If the situation had escalated, I'm not sure how she would have handled it alone.

Just the worst. Staff didn't know what they were doing, they didn't make eye contact with me, and didn't know that the item I ordered should be heated. The soggy offering was awful and I will never go near this place again.

Pretty average,not good or bad,just ok

They could do with someone to clear and clean the tables on a regular basis. Customers are not totally compliant with the self clear self clean system. It took us a while to find a decent table. The staff on duty were very busy serving customers and were not in a position to attend tables.

I ate a beef and chicken sandwich there and I drank a coffee

Service very slow despite being almost empty. Every table dirty. Had to clean it ourselves. Not a busy period. Was late afternoon. 2 servers working. 1 kept disappearing during time she was serving us. Told subway card wouldn't read and not recognised so unable to collect or redeem points (enough points for 2 foot long subs. Price seems to have increased dramatically. Over £20 for 2 of us. 2 drinks 2 cookies and 2 subs. Really not worth the money and quality if salad items quite poor. Looked like it was several days old so skipped most of it. Think we will be giving subway a miss for a while. Could have had a good hot pub lunch for that money and had better quality of food and service

Sandwiches were only okay. Customer service wasn't great either...

It is a great place for a quick coffee and a hot sandwich, but the tables are constantly dirty. We had a problem where to sit as only long family table was clean. Other than that, coffee and sandwich very good as always.

Nice place, not very busy. In here you can find B&M as well. Strongly recommended. Moreover, the mall in plenty of parking space.

You HAVE to try those "little bites", they're soo yummy. Have yet to try the new pigs in blanket sub ... Defo on my list! Come on, a choice of breads , cheese n toasted of course, and a massive choice of fillings, and loads of salad , want a salad instead of bread? Of course. Get the app, get your freebies too. If you've not had a sub, you're definitely missing out. UPDATE OCTOBER 2022 still the slowest service on god's planet. Ive seen hearses with a full load go faster! Seriously, this store is so slow, and it doesn't matter how busy it is, or how many new staff appear, there's one speed, and it's not even first gear. It's that stage between neutral and first. Otherwise, it's a standard subway. Still no oat n raisin cookies, and now the lovely Sicilian lemon n white choc cookies have gone too.

Coffee and cookies nice. Outside tables disgusting need a good scrub. Staff pleasant enough. Nothing makes me want a return visit

Restaurant was filthy, tables dirty and covered with previous customers rubbish, rubbish bin overflowing, area behind counter floor covered with disguarded till receipts, assistant couldn't understand English, and what was worse was the coffee was like brown water! I'll never visit again, a very unpleasant experience,

Pretty standard really, same as all the other Sub Ways although we were served by a girl who seemed unable to speak up more than a whisper

This is a small but cleans and bright eatery. This is what you would expect from a Subway. Conveniently located in the retail park.

I am on a diet lost two and a half stone so far are you subway regularly and have a salad bowl recommended

I love subway, great value, great shops and exceptional menu. Some of the staff act as if they are half asleep.

Poor quality sandwich. Ask for onions and only put one small sliced strip. Asked for some more and only put in 2 sliced strips. Asked for peppers and they put two small sliced strips. The bread was 5 x bigger than the filling. To be honest i couldnt even taste the filling 😂 Not going here again!

How can you get a order wrong twice in a row. Specifically asked for no sauce. Very disappointed.

Really lovely service, Ionela (the women working at 3:15 on 23/2/21) was lovely! Went above and beyond to make for a really great experience! We had a difficult order and she was really kind with it.

Food was ok drink not delivered

Just ordered here about 20 minutes ago from this post and have to say the meatless mariana was fantastic and my friend liked his one too! They even gave us an extra cookie so we just had to review it, make sure to go to this Subway as it is by far one of the best I have tried in Bristol. They are not stingy with the salad and sauces they give a good amount and know what they are doing, keep it up guys! P.S: I was just a little surprised that the sauce was not in the Sandwich instead it was outside in 2 sauce containers. I do like the sauce inside, other than that thank you so much! Will be back again :)
