This place is terrible, the food the service all of it! I would definitely never recommend this place to anyone

The tall gent with glasses can’t remember his name who was cleaning the tables and sweeping up this morning was so lovely, going out of his way asking customers if we were okay, and if our food was good. Good quick service on the tills. I was very satisfied with my visit.

Rude staff after not reading allergy warnings on just eat order and delivered the sandwich with all the ingredients they were told not to include due to allergies. Told by Nimra and gill they don’t read those notes regarding any allergies and mistakes happen !!! Put the phone down when I phoned to complain…we had to visit the foot outlet where the manager Sam said would provide us with a refund …still waiting !!! They don’t realise how important it is to be aware of food allergies

Oh my goodness. We've ordered 2 salads from Subway Maypole tonight ... wow. The boxes were full. Plenty of variety. All fresh and fabulous. For the first time I actually feel I've had a 'meal'. Much better, and more food from my local Subway. I'll be ordering again. Thank you 😊

This place has gone so far down hill. Now only 2 people on even aylt peak times. Came here 2 months ago to pay for sandwiches with my points accumulated for several months only to be told at the till "points aren't working here today". No sign up, no warning, nothing. Left without the sandwiches and my points went to waste Tried it again today 1pm Sunday. Waited 30 minutes, no apologies or acknowledgement. Ordered 2 hot sandwiches, the lady made 1, then decided to start making 2 other sandwiches in between mine. So I have 1 unmade sandwich whilst another one sits going cold. I raised this point to her; "if youre going to make 2 other sandwiches in between mine, won't my 2 sandwiches now be completely different temperatures". The reply came back with a smile "yes" so either she didn't understand or didn't care. I won't be coming back here ever again

Ordered a meatball marinara with all the salad and bbq sauce and all i received was a few dry meatballs in a stale bun, no salad or sauce absolutely diabolical

Great place for eating and takeaway. All staff is very cool while serving a sandwich to customer. They always interact with customer nd offers a good meal nd reward points. Cleanliness is very good nd nice atmosphere.

I come in today to get a veggy patty but as soon as I arrived I left as man serving at 3pm contaminated the food , he picked up the meat then went straight in with gloves into the sweetcorn so salad now has remnants of meat on it , I didn't order and went to Greg's instead come on guys simple thing to do but so difficult I guess. I won't be back

Been to a couple of different subways this month as I just got the app and card. Maypole Branch is by far the best. Arthur served me and is brilliant, really friendly and provided outstanding customer service. My new regular branch from now on.

This store is opened under new ownership. new Management taken over. New decor and design. Very clean and freshly prepared food

Terrible service. He couldn't be bothered. The sandwich is as expected but the service was terrible, slow it was as though we were putting him out.

Staff not wearing any face coverings, what a disgrace. Breathing and talking whilst making the sandwiches, spreading god only knows what germs, and here was me thinking it was a legal requirement to wear a face covering in all indoor public places. This clearly doesn't apply if you work for Subway and are under 25!!! I will never eat at this establishment again.

Lovely food but sauces went all over my coat and jeans. NOT YOUR FAULT as I'm just a messy eater I presume. Great sevice and great taste. My son thought it was great to see me struggle with all the mess.

Terrible service. Only myself and 1 other person in the shop. The lady in front of me had a large order and the young lady a trainee was serving her whilst another 2 members of staff stood by chatting. When it came to my simple order the young trainee asked for help which she got a reply "oh it's just a meat feast sub" and then the other 2 carried on chatting even after I complained for waiting almost 15 minutes and that I was in a hurry because my bus was due. Hence because of the wait I didn't get everything that I wanted on my sub. Will never go to this store again

Great food . spent over 20 pounds there . with my boy . he needed the toilet . they were locked . i asked if he could go . the lady said they were out of order .. No sign on the door . think because it was busy she couldnt be bothered . i would of give 5 stars apart from that

Poor service, from server didn't take care in preparing sandwich. Literally just threw everything on didn't wrap sandwich properly, didn't even put something as basic as any knapkins in the bag. When i atempted to eat the sandwich it just fell apart, meat salad the lot. Would not recommend at all.

We got there 12.00pm, only 1 person serving. He was amazing. It was busy as it was lunch time. Quite a few waiting to be served. The guy was organised efficient and very polite. Food was great, clean tables, relaxed atmosphere. Best subway in the area.

Customer expect 3 services from my opinion + Batter and Clear service, Great taste of food and Not to expencive. And guess what subway is only good at its taste but rest of it you cant see it. RIPOFF PRICE, RUDE & CLUELESS STAFF. And never the less SUGER TAX so no Regular COKE OR PEPSI. And yet it is sold by ASDA AND TESCO who suppose to be effectd 1st. No wonder why most of subways are quite business. Definatly wont recommend this branch specially.

Very bad food hygiene at this branch. Subway sandwiches are tasty however. The whole place needs a deep deep clean!

I was on my way home with my pregnant Girlfriend who at the time was 7 month pregnant and she desperately needed the toilet. We ran into subway as the sainsburies over the road was closed, and we were told by the sandwich maker that we were unable to use the toilet as we were not paying customers. Man was lucky that man was in protective mode cuz if man was on his ones, yeah, he woulda got an Italian hearty round the face, get me.

Everyday, average Subway. Usually frequented by a chav or 2 that park in the most inconvenient place because they can't be bothered to walk from the car park.

Not the fastest in the world parking is a bit restrictive

It's an average Subway, nothing special. Looks clean enough. There were 3 staff for 2 customers while I was there and they spent more time chatting with each other than actually making my food.

They ran out of white bread in the morning so I asked for a cheese toastie on brown bread, they refused and said it wasn't allowed on any other bread. Weird considering they'll toast cheese on any bread of your choosing whilst making a sandwich.

I felt sick after! Service was poor here, the staff seemed miserable and ready to take that out on the customers, they seemd intolerant of any questions and failed to ask the usual (ie do you want a drink to go with?)The prep area was nowhere near the standards Ive seen at other subways and 30 mins after eating my tuna sandwich (my usual) I was desperately looking for relief...

Very poor standards cleaness a joke

Toilets were locked, so had to ask for key to unlock. Sink was filthy and overall cleanliness off place very poor. Bacon roll definitely nowhere near the picture advertising it.
