Food was good. But it’s such a shame that the people behind the counter serving you cannot understand English very well or speak it, leading to getting your food order wrong.

Awful customer service. The manager was just so rude!! I’ve never seen anything like it. Not to mention how they have a hiring sign up on display, yet when my son went in to hand in his CV the pathetic excuse of a manager stopped him mid sentence and told him they weren’t even hiring! Absolutely disgusting. Would leave zero stars if I could.

Wasn’t delivered to the provided address

Didn’t receive my order, can’t get worse than that, also they don’t answer their phone at this subway, terrible terrible terrible experience!

ordered it with mozzarella and cheese and all I got was sauce and meat , sauce drowned the bread and when I called the shop I was told they did add cheese and they couldn't send me another one, daughter ordered ham and cheese and they gave just ham no cheese at all , will not use again

They got my order spot on (which for some fast food delivery places seems to be impossible!) so would definitely order from them again!

It's hard to tell this subway apart from all the other subways that are subways and not subways. As in subways that are subways where you buy sandwiches and subways which are the underground or little tunnel path things. This one sold sandwiches, and I like sandwiches. Subways that aren't subway sandwich selling subways don't, so this is better then that

I’ve got a problem with subway sandwiches over being vegan I order only a veggie steak this is what most guys do I’m a woman wanting some vegan food I was forced to have a small orange juice and a rainbow cookie and all I had was ready salted crisps and that’s it who is with me vegans rock complain even with eastereggs in idle talking to the manager all they had is a plaint vegan yogurt and this is abuse of vegan right I’m off to the vegan Maidstone Vegan Festival and I’m talking to them about this. I love ya transgender rights and vegans add me as a friend to subway of anywhere else your amazing xxxxxx 🍅❤️❤️❤️ hugs to the vegan community

The Vegan Meal was not correct and came on the wrong bread. We requested italian toasted and it came with honey oat.

I ordered the 12" Lincoln sausage + Streaky Bacon with egg sub, but what I got had NO EGG but they had included CHEESE which I didn't order, WEIRD.

Well stocked store, unlike some subway branches and the staff are efficient.

Food over 40 minutes late because it took you that long to send a driver, meaning it came AFTER the end of my lunch break! No good to me at all! Only reason I gave it 1 star is because I couldn't give it 0! NOT happy. Refund please.

Brilliant. Partner thought contents of breakwich would be warm/hot but turns out to get the contents hot you have to ask for it to be toasted but then the bread isn’t nice a fluffy.

Partner enjoyed his, shame about mine. Didn’t ask for it to be toasted so it tasted strange and not the nice refreshing subway that I’m used to. Toasted/warm salad isn’t nice. Please read order carefully. Not had this problem before, hopefully won’t have it happen again.

They refused to accept my Scottish £20 pound note! No notice in the store whatsoever a guys told me it could be fake and he don’t know how to tell the difference and said it’s a policy of The store! 0 star won’t go back there no more!

I ordered 9 chicken bites but only got 6.

Salad ordered without sauce came drowning in sauce. Salad was slightly warmer than the stone cold “hot side” of nacho chicken. Called to discuss and was told this was the new process for the chicken teriyaki salads…. Use chicken breast and then dump the teriyaki sauce over absolutely everything. My dog has produced tastier looking things out of its bowels. Bitterly disappointed and what a phenomenal waste of food 😣

Requested hash browns in my tuna sub but opted for the tuna sub to not be toasted,I assumed the hashbrowns would already be heated prior to being inserted.well they weren't and the delivery was sent with freezing cold hash browns. I would have expected the server to have seen this as a problem and contacted me to confirm my order

Cold and late One of the orders was wrong too there was no cucumber in the tuna sub, very dissatisfied this time.

Subway seems to have changed things with their teriyaki chicken. Rather than being marinated in teriyaki sauce they now just squirt the teriyaki sauce on top of dry chicken, not as nice, as the chicken is rather too firm doing it this way. Also, for me on this occasion, the cheese on the "Italian herb and cheese" bread was pretty much non existent, should just be called "Italian herb". Service was fast and polite, Fanta out of the machine was cold and fizzy, the customer side was clean.

Arguably the best subway I’ve ever been to. Consistent, sub always picture perfect and tremendous every time. Coming from a man who’s been to subways at all 4 corners of the uk.

30 minutes late. Took 55 minutes to assign a driver. Paid for extra cheese but got no cheese whatsoever. Won't order from here again

Had to phone the store to find out where it was, was over an hour late and cold and on top of that wasn't delivered to front door I had to walk outside to collect to collect it. For what I paid for it wasn't what I expected

Food was delivered fast, was still hot when it got here and was probably the best sub I’ve ever eaten. So much better that it comes in boxes rather than wrapped up in paper and a bag! Didnt go soggy and really was delicious!

My order was delayed for about 20 minutes, I had items missing, items incorrect cold waffle fries and my sandwich had roughly two bits of chicken and the rest salad. So disappointed.

Selected the option for the sub to be toasted. For the third time this year it wasn't toasted. Plus everytime I put a note on my order to NOT ring the buzzer, no one reads the instructions and they always ring it and wake my daughter up

All okay except for the nachos were burnt and brown with very little cheese.

Was a bit busy but we still received fast service. The food was fresh and tasted great
