Brilliant food and fast service

Fast food is not really a fast food when you can easily go to grab groceries come back home make a meal yourself and finish it eating by the time food has been delivered. What a dissappoinment

Best subway in my experience. Staff is super friendly and always happy to help. Would recommend!

Doritos bowl - Doritos were stale and limp, very small amount of cheese and topping. Tuna Salad - 1/2 the normal amount of ingredients. only 1 spoonful of tuna mayo, usually get two. cheese had been left out.

Sub was delicious, though expensive!

Must be one of the most unhygienic subways I’ve ever been to, the moment I stepped a foot I had to leave, and I’m glad I did.

They didn’t give me my Doritos and cookie

Every single time I order from subway in Enfield retail park they can not follow simple instructions. They have put the complete wrong order . This will be the last time I order from here again it’s so bad. I want my money back from them please

Didn't get the food I paid for.

“I placed an order through Uber Eats ant 11am on 10 Oct and wanted to request extra sauce for my sandwich, but I noticed there was no option to do so on the app. I attempted to contact the store multiple times, but my calls went unanswered for approximately 15 minutes. When finally a last picked up the call, I was informed that the order had already been picked up by the driver. I was disappointed that there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.” Poor customer service.

I am unhappy with my order the philly steak i ordered had no salad and i specifically requested lettuce gherkins and jalapenos as salad and my requested wasnt heeded how many times do i have to deal with this?

My food should be with me 14:40 the food arrive 15:08 …. 28min late ! And my food it’s cold the drink was on top and cose they late it’s all cold …

The forget to put the cheese on my sandwich… and when arrived was cold , but the delivery was on time .. I don’t understand

I am disgusted I had sauce put in my food that I am allergic too and did not request I even took a bite in to it and luckily I was ok. I asked for a refund and have been refused and can not get any help with this . I will be taking this further

How can you order a subway and only have a drink and 3 cookies delivered. Crazy!

I ordered double cheese and toasted for my sub and it had single cheese and was untoasted!

the food was stone cold absolutely horrible. nachos was rock solid. cookie was burnt, so hard.

My 8 year old has informed me that this is her new favourite place to eat from. Everything arrived perfectly as ordered and the children thoroughly enjoyed the food.

For service charge I would like to get at least some napkins.

The Driver drove off in the wrong direction for 15 minutes. and spent 5 minutes sitting outside a random address before delivering my food

Thankfully i got a rider who could read a map and find my address unlike the last one.

The worst Subway in all London !!!! They don't accept any offers from the Subway app. Prices are higher tjan at other subways. The staff is rude and arrogant. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Avoid if you can !

The food was awful could not eat as you didn’t follow the notes that say don’t heat up the meat why would I want a warm salad because you heat up the meat and cheese then put it on top of cold salad and people it is a salad bowl not a sandwich and yes bacteria grows very fast when salad is warm and soggy because they keep putting hot meat on it even tho I said cold meat chicken tikka not warmed up salad taste terrible when it is hot and so does the mayo stop heating it up

yet again my food was never delivered they get to the top road then stop and say they delivered I'm getting more than annoyed.

Drivers an absolute joke. Went to mcdonalds for 30 minutes before even leaving. Stone cold food. Never using just eat again. Driver needs sacking

Driver clearly delivered to someone else which is frustrating because the address is pretty clear. I was told the driver would normally call if they aren't sure but not this time. Frustrating when you can't contact the drivers to tell them

My food wasn’t delivered I waited patiently as soon as the tracker went blank . The driver said he delivered it wasn’t delivered I want my refund asap

Since the just eat app updated it gives the driver the wrong position of my address! I have to go to the end of the road to meet the driver as I have had previous deliveries go to the wrong property! The app could do with a precise pinpointing map to solve this issue.

Called restaurant after 70 mins to ask where my order was (expected delivery advertised as 15-30 mins) she said sat on the side for past 30 mins. I said I don’t want it to come cold so please replace hot items before giving to the driver; hash browns and breakfast sub. She said no, I must have it cold and take up the issue with Just Eat! Ridiculous policy! Who wants cold hash browns?? Food finally arrived after 90 mins so my food had been prepared almost an hour before it was delivered. Everything

The just eat drivers are getting worse. Can hardly speak any English. Can't find your address and food took over an hour. Poor

The food was deliciousas usual& delivery time was about 15 minutes earlier. But as usual the driver was going somewhere else as he/she can’t read the address only look at the location which is not enough.

My item wasn't delivered I'm extremely unhappy about this, if the driver was unsure about the delivery address he should have contacted me, now I have not had my food an lost £22.25. I'm very unhappy

So because the restaurant or driver takes 2 different orders and goes in the completely opposite direction, my order is cold. Ridiculous

I can clearly see her going the opposite direction on the map and that diversion took over 10 minutes shes clearly using other delivery apps to take multiple orders my food arrived cold and wet as a result, this is a common practice that keeps reoccurring by your drivers, sort it out

The meatballs were quite cold and hard I couldn’t eat them I was only able to eat the bread and the sauce inside of the sub

ordered a 1.5L tango but only got 500ml

I paid for 10 cookies and I only got 7.

Food was ok, didn’t have few bits from the menu, not enough seating inside. Very small and limited even though there’s space.

Who in their mind thinks to give a delivery driver more than 1 order so other peoples food can sit and go cold. Restaurant or drivers fault I don’t know but that’s ridiculous

DELIVERY DOESNT EVEN FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS

This Is the second time I've ordered a foot long and received 6 inches

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and received a steak sandwich!

Other than my cookies being missing.. again... everything else was ok

They put cheese on my meatballs which I can’t eat and specifically didn’t ask for. I know can’t my food so I’ll be going hungry

No idea what was the food like, as delivery person drove around for 20-25 minutes according to GPS, and then probably dumped into a bin, never bothered to call me for instructions.

Not the first time I've ordered from the restaurant and every time there are items missing. Wish the staff would read the orders correctly and double check they have included everything.

Ordered a gluten free sandwich after spending 10 minutes choosing from their allergens list, so felt comfortable ordering. An hour later, the person is having a bad reaction. I called the shop to ask if anything has changed, they said the manager will call me back, still waiting 24 hours later.

delivery was fast, first time trying subway, it will be the last, the local esso garage has better food.

The driver didn’t know what he was doing. He stopped down the road and waited at the same spot for 10 minutes. My food arrived cold.

Food was unwrapped in the carry bag and freezing cold

My pepperoni and margarita slices were cold and soggy. Yuk!
