Subway in Mansfield

Driver was fantastic, but the subway got my order wrong

Delivery was on time but ordered a foot long sub and got sent a 6 inch. Didn’t even have the right bread.

Order was good but missing caramel sauce from Churro

brilliant service well done to all staff on shift

Gave me something I didn’t order and like and refused to sort it. Very unhappy

I received food from my just eat order today, the 9th of December, I had food delivered that was out of date! Don't know who's doing stock rotation/ quality control there, but it's a poor job... I wonder how much stuff is being sold without dates on (the sandwich filling, bread, ect) that are also out of date!...

Asked them to fart on my bread as a joke and they actually did it. Thank you 🙏

One staff member was extremely rude to my 8 year old grandson and she had attitude will not be visiting the woodhouse store again

Driver turned up, asked for code, then tried to give me a one stop order. I said that’s not mine so he said ok and drove off. Now not eligible for a refund as ‘I gave the code’. Sorry for not having X-ray eyes to see what was in his bag. Not totally subways fault but this whole code thing has its flaws. Foodhub from now on as just eat is getting worse

All my food was cold. The chicken bites was very soggy cheese bites was very hard.

My order number would not be accepted by the seller and then a much longer number was on my order for a pin number after he went away.

Even though the delivery came early, I had paid extra for sauces to have none arrive, food was cold and the foot long came as a 6 inch, the chilli bites were cold and really chewy

Sub was cold when wanted it toasted , potatoes waffles were cold and soggy , in one of the wraps a substack was ordered the bacon and hash browns were cold , who has cold hash browns normally warm no matter what meal , put us off subway for a while

Received the wrong order which wasn’t the restaurants fault! Called the store and they re made our order with free cookies 🍪 ❤️ amazing customer service guys keep up the good work❤️

After reading some of the reviews I’m pretty shocked because I’ve never had a bad experience in the Mansfield Woodhouse Subway. I go every Friday afternoon for tea, spend upwards of £30 and it’s the subway I always go back to. The staff are friendly, Emily has always greeted me with a warm smile, polite and is clearly very efficient at her job remembering most of my order despite only going one per week. Georgio although not working all the Fridays is just as pleasant, and both always appear to do their best. Having worked in the industry in the past, customers can be difficult. The Just Eat drivers are often rude and expect to collect as soon as they walk in regardless of who is stood in line. I still see customers walking to the wrong side of the queue and wondering why they aren’t getting served. It’s not easy and with orders piling up it can be stressful. If I were the business owner I’d be very proud to have a team that includes the likes of Emily and Georgio. The only development advice I’d give is to be a little firmer with customers if they are causing disruption or not following Subway etiquette. This is normal , and as long as it’s done politely they should have no issue. It can be hard especially for students to have this confidence but you will need it no matter what career you choose to follow in life as people will always be people. See you next Friday!

driver left it on path without knocking and app did not updated or track driver

teriake sandwich was vile way too much sauce done we not care when it's nearly finishing time, I should have a had a salad with the sauce, didn't nothing but soak into bread causing everything to fall out and the bread to tear, absolutely disappointed with the equality of food at this time of day way to lose customers. salad was really nice though full box and had all the trimmings, delivery was very rude as well didn't say a word just put his arm out with food and then went back to his vehicle.

Visited this place today my partner stood in line to be served After waiting his turn the assistant decided to bypass him and serve the young lady behind despite the young lady telling her it was my partner before her she carried on After serving her she told my partner he would have to go to the back of the queue and wait again He left the store and we went to bill inn and had a very nice sandwich and drink. Very rude staff and subway has gone down hill won’t visit again While he was waiting a uber driver was trying to collect a order which nobody seemed to know about very unpleasant experience

They did not put my daughters meal deal in not happy at all as she's now got no food

Delivery never showed up. There needs to be a more secure way to ensure the food makes it to the right door cos now I’m HANGRY. xx

We ordered our food and it never came but says it got delivered and we can’t even get in touch as the number doesn’t even work.

Didn't bother looking at what was supposed to be on the sandwich good job me and my husband weren't allergic to anything that should not have been on the sandwiches disappointed in subway

order never came, just eat sent it to the wrong address as the adress changed when i put it in so someone else got food i paid for.

ordered a tuna mayo footlong with tuna, turkey, sweetcorn, mayo and cheese. got delivered, opened the order and the sand which only had turkey on it.

I waited in the shop, all other people who came after me were served first. They were just ignoring me. What can l expect l was the only black person there but it didn’t feel right, l left the shop without ordering because l got frustrated

the meal was amazing I allways love a good subway the only down side this time is that the driver was slightly rude to me when he arrived telling me that all the food is there and trying to shoo me off making me think he tried to steel something he didn't tho but I think he needs talking to about his attitude tho. thz

Driver did not follow instructions regarding the doorbell. Food was decent and instructions were followed otherwise.

Paid extra for normal coke but got Coke Zero. Sandwiches were moderate. Not worth £33 for 2 sandwiches

Delivery driver. He not delivery my food. just eat not taken action on delivery driver. Remove the driver from your system. he not suitable for work in customer service. Just eat doing the food service. many customer order the food. waiting for the food. many older people using your application(just eat)for the order the food. Please don't repeat again to the old people. They all very hungry.

overall the food was amazing it just the bread wasn't as toasted as I liked but that's just me the sandwich was amazing tho thx and the driver was amazing too.

Chips were soggy and the sandwiches were cold when they should’ve been toasted. We ordered as a meal deal and our drinks, cookies and crisps were missing.

The delivery was 15 minutes past the request time, the app did update me. The food arrived just about lukewarm and the drink wasn't cold. It tasted OK but I was slightly disappointed.

Unfortunately barley made soggy subway not all my order in it. Phone reticent and manager is not there. No drink no crisps. Paid over 20 quid for the order to only eat 6 hash browns and 3dry meatballs order number 1985•••••7 . So now I have to spend more money to get food.

Staff on today are RUDE . Waited in a queue, completely ignored...when his mates walked in he served them before me. When I pointed out I had been waiting they all burst out laughing. Childish , incompetent. We went elsewhere & won't go there again .

The nachos are stale! Both the sandwich and nachos are cold Also jalapenos were put on and I didn't want them What's point in offering them as a choice if they're just going to be put on?
