food was only ok, flavours weren't anything special and was overpriced

a really naff chicken tikka, bad pilau, nan bread wasn't what I ordered, and the poppadom was both tiny and alone. don't know how thry can justify the same price as the chand or gurkha Palace. would t order from there sgain

We placed quite a large order for a birthday meal. The chips were quite cold but other than that everything else was perfect. A very nice varied meal enjoyed by all. Would order again.

We have just returned home from Scotland and was looking to a takeaway from borrasha,we can honestly say the food was of the highest standard fully enjoyed all the food,we would also like to mention the delivery driver,he was so pleasant and aimed high to ensure a great service "thankyou john", can't wait to re order. Rang 3 times to be told it was on its way and the driver had other orders to deliver first. didn't appear at all bothered. Popadums were more like crumbs, sauce had leaked all over the bag and the food was lukewarm.

Not great. Chicken in butter chicken was cut so thin it looked to be from a sandwich meat packet. Curry was bland and tasteless. King Prawns were ok but again sauce was bland with little flavour. Rice was cold and a block. Naan bread had filling in a quarter of it and looked like it had been thrown into container from 30ft away and Puri was the worst I’d ever had with no effort to drain or soak excess oil. Delivery was sound and on time but food quality was well below par, rushed and tasteless.

Living in Meden Vale we've never had a good Indian that delivers to us so we were keen to try Borrasha. We were not disappointed, the Pakoras were the highlight. Will definitely be ordering again. Delivery was early too as a bonus!

AVOID! Food took over 2 hours to get here. When it arrived it tasted awful. And I’ve had food poisoning for the last two days. Only just been able to move away from the toilet. You have been warned.

I've been a customer for years but this is the worst curry I have had from them .. l had lamb and the pieces was so small ... I love a hot curry but that was so over the top and most of it went in the bin ... so disappointed it was unreally ...

I've ordered here loads of times due to the food being good quality and the prices are reasonable, I've never had an issue before ordering from Borrasha and have recommended the food to friends. Today when I received my order the food was stone cold and the balti had a cleaning product taste to it, it tasted nothing like a curry and ended up throwing the lot. Really disappointed as this has been my go to Indian for the past year.

The curry was late and cold, the food was tasteless and it’s the first time I’ve seen a bright red rogan Josh, full of tomato’s and very little chicken

All the food was great and really good flavour / presentation. Would order again even if they forgot the Pepsi!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Appalling, if I could give 0 I would. The tandoori chicken is RAW inside. One naan is burnt to a crisp on one side and raw dough on the other, completely inedible. The stuffed peshwari naan arrived plain. No hint of peshwari. Rang to ask how they could help, offered a discount on our next order and wouldn’t help further. This does nothing to change the fact that this meal is inedible as the raw chicken is on the rest of my food, and I’m £40 out of pocket. Guy on the phone was polite, but he had to ask the chef for permission to do anything - this guy refused to be polite or helpful. Absolutely would not recommend and won’t order here again.

Food was late but they kept me updated and it was a Saturday night so understandable. It wasn’t cold and our order was delicious. These things happen so no big deal on lateness. Was worth the wait. Massively recommend here.

Food was so nice that it made up for one of the missing rice. Rang up about it and they sent a new one out with free onion bhajis which was a nice touch. Even they were amazing! Curry had tasty flavour with a slight kick for good measure and the meat was nice and tender, too. Will for sure be ordering from here again!

Food good and spent £30, but most Indian restaurants give FREE POPPADOMS so it we was a little disappointed nit to get any.

When ordering, delivery stated 60 mins but overall took near 1 hr 20. The time frame kept being delayed 10 mins so technically it was only 10 minutes late but overall, it took longer than advised. Once the food arrived, I discovered the chicken tikka masala was extremely spicy and had lamb in it. Obviously I had the wrong curry. I phoned the Takeaway and they advised another hour for a curry to be delivered, I live 15 minutes away and by the time it arrived it would have been past 9pm. After stating I’m not willing to wait an hour for the correct curry, the Takeaway advised they cannot refund as ‘I don’t know how to’. After speaking with his boss, he said I have cancelled the order and you will be refunded. I went to the website to check and it was still asking me to review the food. Obviously he hadn’t cancelled the order and said that to get me off the phone. Overall, really poor service. Slow delivery, poor food and ever poorer customer service.

I didn't expect to be charged the £2.50 delivery given that it was advertised at £15 or more (in terms of spend) would be free delivery. Alas, the food was very good, and very hot.

Probably one of the worst meals we’ve ever had. Masala balti was watery. Chicken was awful in both dishes. Delivery was 30 mins earlier than quoted which was unfortunate due to my husband not being home from work yet. Naan bread was dry. The only positive thing about this meal was the bahjis. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Worst Indian meal I've ever eaten. First time ordering based upon very positive reviews. All food except the naan bread was salty, salty, salty. Inedible. Lamb was undercooked and disgusting. Straight in the bin 2 minutes after dishing up. Truly vile. Hope this is a one off but will never order from here again.

Food is always nice here, I would never order a curry from anywhere else, however, The reason for the 3 Star delivery - I did order our Food for a set time of 18.55pm, It turned up at 18.25pm. We set this time so we could get our little girl to bed and enjoy our food in peace. So now we have had to keep our food warm in the oven until then!

Tried this Indian take away on the recommendation of a friend, I can definitely say that they did not disappoint, the korma was absolutely yummy, the rice and poppadoms were just as equally yummy, also the food was hot enough to eat straight away, no messing around reheating it up. So yeah, if you are looking to try a Wicked chicken korma, then this place won't disappoint, you will be satisfied.
