Great staff, always friendly & helpful.

Messed every order wanted sauces and salads on our food got non one sandwich was pepperoni only pretty much was supposed to be a bmt, I never leave reviews but vile. Replace your workers with people who can build a damn sandwich!

Always good service when attending this subway especially when a worker named kareem is working. Always going the extra mile for assistance and helping.

Im a regular customer from subways and I come there for my breaks for a sandwich I know all the staff members and tried there sandwiches and when it comes to the particular staff member Kareem his customers service is the best 💯 I really enjoy his sandwiches and he makes them to my taste he puts a load of effort and heart into his work unlike the other staff members who dont put effort into there customers and there orders i wouldn't be coming back if it wasn't for him and his efforts.😊

Bought a sandwich and picked up an oasis drink, chap behind the counter tells me that he cant sell me this drink till tomorrow, as it's to be released tomorrow. Asked him why it's in the fridge today if the release is tomorrow. He told me he cant be asked doing it tomorrow as they get busy for breakfast. Wont be coming back here again that's for sure

I don’t usually leave bad reviews because I find it childish but, when I visited wanting to get a sub but the guy was keep messing my order he put pepperoni on my sub when I didn’t ask for it and made a fuss when I asked for a new bread as I don’t eat pepperoni for religious beliefs which he would obviously know because he was Muslim himself. Turning to serve other people while asking me what I wanted on my sub too which I found super rude. I had seen they had accidentally burnt my sub twice failing to apologise. Like i don’t blame you if your having a long day or whatever it happens just be respectful and considerate especially when someone doesn’t eat something for religious beliefs.

Would give zero if i could. The poor staff here have my full sympathy having to work for a guy (Imran) who doesnt know how to treat customers. I have extra sauces on my sub. I usually order two footlongs. One has three sauces (is always and extra amount) and the other has 4 sauces (all extra lines). Hell yeah, im spending £14 on sandwiches, they advertise ALL SALAD AND SAUCE IS FREE, ill get it made to taste how i want. Nope, the friendly and polite staff were given a dress down for giving extra sauce and were told to charge 40p for more sauce 🤣🤣 YEP! You read it right. 40p more on an order of two pieces of bread and two scoops of chicken tikka when im paying £14 each time. Imran is pathetic and seriously miserly/cheap/rude, a real life subway running scrooge. Avoid guys. There are many ither stores that treat their customers with respect.

never again!!! very rude service, especially the man on the stove, I asked for extra sauce and vegetables for which I wanted to pay, unfortunately the service said that there is no such possibility. I got a sandwich without vegetables and sauce, after two bites I found a long black hair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

One of the best subway branches I’ve been to, don’t really enjoy eating from subways anymore however if I do it’s only from this branch, very clean, consistent, well managed, in fact been watching management and can say have full confidence in him, don’t know him at all but he’s doing a great job.

I ordered off the app and when I bought the order home afta a long day the order was all wrong.i rung them and told them it was wrong.was told to send a video and the receipt picture.after doing that they replied back and sed its not clear .and then rung me and speaking very rudely saying they are ryt.lyk I don't know what I ordered.very rude staff.jus put all the salads on n throw da orders aside for customers.like they are paying for them.

Professional service! I have an allergy and I went in today and it was really busy so I felt bad and the staff member I didn’t get the name but he had a beard he was so kind and said don’t apologise. I felt he went above and beyond despite being so busy. I really appreciated it. Very quick and professional too; also hygiene was spot on I definitely will be coming back here again. Customer service is so important and makes a massive difference. Thank you once again

not letting us use our points and then quickly throws our receipt and hardly puts any sauses if i could i would put 0 stars so disapointed the person probably knew the service was rubbish in hating it

I have been visiting this Subways since the very beginning. Out of all of the subways in Bradford this one stands out with its professionalism, hygienic and customer service. Immy and his team are always great and do a fantastic job. I would like point out Hussian puts 100% in his role with pride as always Mr Zeeshan Zafar

Ordered via Uber eats but they got my order totally wrong and all they asked me to do was complain as they couldn’t rectify the order.

Went at 9:03 to get food for my fast. The young lads Adam and Rehman who were in the middle of there fast quickly came to serve me. Very polite and amazing service would definitely come back to this subway. Usually staff at subway very rude and quick these lads smashed it didn't make a fuss or nothing. Really good service

Food is as expected from a subway franchise however staff do not take much care for the food making process or offer a decent customer experience.

This subway store is excellent. They never disappoint. Always have the bread we need and are always happy to serve. It's halal too, which is a bonus. Needless to say, we are regulars here.

Top place to eat. Food always spot on. Love the meatballs and the fresh sandwiches. I tend to go early mornings most and sometimes I literally see the 🍞 coming out of the oven, very satisfying.

If there was a minus rating this place would definately deserve it. I've been to other subways and the standard of service and portion sizes are much better. Bought a tuna sub and I watched the guy making the sub, scrape tuna scoops like they were on rations. Even when I pointed it out to him, he just ignored it.
