Subway in North Tyneside

wrong order delivered and then refused my money back and wouldn't deliver my order I asked and payed for

Delivery was spot on, sandwiches were lovely however we didn't get the cheesy doritos and the nachos weren't melted at all. they were freezing.

Ordered a wrap and didn't even get it. Thanks for the crisps and wafflefries at least

asked for toasted it wasn't, and compared to my last order this didn't have much filling, not worth £12

Subway had the order ready for nearly an hour , driver no where to be seen and food nearly an hour late

I paid for double meat and never received it!!!

The food was great but the driver just put my food on my doorstep and left when that wasn’t the instruction given.

I ordered on just eat for delivery it wouldn't let me enter my address so I left full address in the message delivery part The shop rang me saying they made my order its ready for collection I said I needed delivery I clearly left my address they were rude and said well they won't be delivering and won't refund me they also then clicked collected on the order status so they wil be sat eating my £25 worth of food snotty staff bad manors

terrible service, and they use dirty knives when cutting the sandwiches…not great

Unfortunately I have been let down again by this store not being able to got my order right. All 3 of the BMT were toasted when all 2 should have been and one had no mayonnaise. They is no point offering delivery if you can't get the orders correct.

Sandwich ordered was not toasted, sandwich delivered was burnt to a crisp.

The order never got here, even after contacting the subway and contacting Just Eat, terrible.

a male employee working on 3rd march 2024 at about 6pm was very patient with us and helpful telling us our ordering options as we dont have much experience going to a subway our subs were delicious! :)

It was 18.40 when we arrived, all the seats were on the table, when I asked if we could sit inside we were told it was closed, I can’t find any information that states this but didn’t want to make a fuss so my friend and her children had to sit in the car. Shame really as the food was nice.

It's been a while since we last visited but how we've missed out. Food was exceptional and the service was second to none. 10/10

I’m a big fan of subway so I’ve been to a lot of stores… sadly this the slowest subway I’ve ever been to, time and time again they are painfully slow, no matter how quiet it is or how many staff are working. It’s such a shame as this is my local one.

Came in for a cup of tea whilst waiting for the bus. Staff were very efficient. The only downfall was that I wasn't able to use any of the tables as they were all dirty

One of the best Subways in the north east (along with Shieldfield). Friendly service and don't scam you on portion sizes like most other Subways.

Vile, soggy, on a kinday korjing so should of been fresh would not recommend at all.

Good one in Newcastle near Shiremoor area During lunch peak time, good crowd and even though crew works hard felt slow progress. May be some additional hand during peak hour may help.

Northumberland Park is the best Subway Staff are so nice and friendly

Located within a small shopping block. Good parking although it can get busy at peak times which is to expect. Staff were friendly and speedy with making the sandwiches.

Excellent value .... a FootLong Chicken Tika with half a dozen salad fillings for just £5.29 PLUS just another £1.20 to upgrade and get a cup of coffee and a bag of crisps.

Salads a awesome and now they do mini steak and onion sandwiches for £1.29

Have never had a bad experience here. It has everything you look for in a food place: Staff are great. Very clean branch. Good quality food. No scorpions. 11/10 would buy salad and drench again.

Had a lovely 12 inch Italian and crisps, food fresh and great atmosphere. Served by a lovely young girl called Katelyn. Very friendly and polite. Would deffo recommend 5 star 🤘🏼☺️🤘🏼

Have gotten my last 3/4 orders wrong and seem to have frequent new starters

Dont think the customer service at this location was as good as other subways i have been to. I came for a salad and wasnt asked if i wanted extra meat like i have been at other places so they lost out on me paying extra. Also didnt ask me if i wanted any of the 3 new toppings like i had been asked at a different location the day before. Also no knife or fork given or offered

If you dont give this 5 stars why do you go ? Its your choice !!! Salad boxes are great.

Came in before closing and ordered the biggest sandwich as the two lads were cleaning up. Double meet and cheese Italian bmt. The staff were nought but friendly and accommodating. They were friendly and we had a good joke on with them. They made the sandwich spectacularly despite the difficulty in getting it closed. This will now be my regular subway.

Great breakfast sub very low price

Over priced for what little I was given

Staff were useless here. Wrong stuff put in sandwich, really slow.

Rarely go... just called in before work.. good place but drinks machine was out of order and other options not available.

This place was really good but now it is not really it used to be cheap but now there are no bmt on the 3 pound meal whitch is rip off it is like 5 pound for a tiny snadwitch and a small drink also a fact they kill there animals without putting them down frist whitch is horrible but past all of that they do do some good sandwhitches not all some here that some. So that is why i give 2 stars
