ordered build your own burgers and they we're delicious..... perfectly cooked, soft, not over cooked and not over smashed. definitely be getting build your own again.

ordered on Friday got 2 build your own burgers they were delicious, cooked perfectly not over cooked or over smashed, we we're so happy with them we ordered again on Saturday but unfortunate it wasn't the same. couldn't build own burger for some reason. we wanted 4 pattys so added double pattys and double cheese we ended up with a bun between are burgers which we didn't want and our pattys over smashed and over cooked. hoping it was just a different cook that day. nice but disappointing.

Good food at a not too bad price for these days

Food is awesome!! Had a jacket potato today was perfect then steak and noodles and perfect! Service is perfect too!! Would highly recommend!!

Great portions on the main dishes and really tasty as usual. Only minor grumble was the school cake was more like a school biscuit and really thin portions.

Beautiful hot and plenty in box

Very disappointed today usually a good meal from here but today the food wasn’t sent out til after the supposed delivery time.. food was barley warm.. chicken curry with basically no sauce.. and £7 for a child size cookie dough portion! Really quite frustrating!

Chicken nuggets were tiny and not as nice as first time, curry sauce was too thick

ordered at 7:50, food was delivered at 9:20, however, you can tell it was sat out for a while as it was all cold to the point I had to heat it up before eating it. I will say that the chilcken wings were nice.

Unreal, all the food was warm when we got home from collecting (20 min drive), the bbq beef brisket was amazing! The waffles are sugar waffles but don’t let that put you off, they’re warm and generously topped, absolutely delicious! 10/10!

Beef stotties we’re amazing ! However I’m so disappointed in the movie deal ! What a let down no popcorn so was sent 2 boxes of tortilla chips ! Which were dry as I only received 2 tiny dips . So not sure why anyone would want to eat dry plain tortilla chips . Definitely won’t order the movie deal again . But will order the hot food .

was a bit disappointed today. had the steak sandwich I didn't get any sauce meat was very chewy and not very nice. there was sides missing and the other sauce missing from the other meal and the halloumi wasn't nice. I'm actually shocked tbh because it's normally really good

I’ve ordered a burger with bacon and a fried egg on and they’ve sent me this half the burger is under neath the bread bun and they’ve gave me 2 top halfs of a bread bun. I’ve rang and they said they’ll give me a discount next time. As if I’m going to go back.

Food use to be amazing from here, but lately things have changed. Sweets melted when delivered Cookie dough more crispy then dough Ordered a jacket for £4.95 came with dollap of tuna no salad? Asked for garlic on chicken burger amd paid extra £1 for garlic sauce nonsauce on burger and looked like I got the last of the garlic sauce left in a pot didn't even fill the bottom of the carton only could dip 4 chips in as none left! We give another chance this week chips tasted like they were stood for a while stale and cold. Was great while it lasted shame as cookiedough use to be unreal.

Ordered 2 meal deals, 2 of the items out of both of them didn’t arrive so basically had 4 missing items…

portion sizes of thier pancakes is laughable. didnt even come with strawberrys ethier. sausage pink in middle. always had good stuf to say but really poor today

Pork Sunday dinner consists of a slice of belly pork. Pretty poor and not cheap.

First time have been disappointed with the food here. Everything was cold and when you are ordering a load of crispy stuff, that’s not a great combo. Can’t fault the flavours or portion sizes as usual but we were also missing an egg in the toasted sandwich.

Order never arrived. I placed the order at 8:50pm and was set a time frame 22:00-22:25. Phoned the shop at 22,15 but found out they closed at 10pm. Not even a phone call to let me know. More annoying because it’s only a 10 minute drive from my house to the shop. I’ve logged a dispute with just eat to get my refund back for no food turning up.

I ordered a delivery today one beef roast dinner with all the trimmings and one huge Yorkshire which were a nice surprise in the bag . And a breakfast we ordered too . Really nice conversation with the caller who took my order . After we ate i gave you a call just to give compliments to the chef the roast dinner was really delicious . One of the best burgers I have ever had. I had the burger with the donor meat on top, sauce was lush and the taste was awesome. Really enjoyed it, fresh and tasty. Arrived early as well. Brilliant, well done to all involved. Definitely going to order again..

Ordered bigger full English and Tiger toasty for myself and my partner at 1020. 12 50 it turned up after complaint it never arrived. Said they will redo and sent out again. It came cold. Such a shame as they used to be so good

Disappointing. Had a good Sunday lunch in the past but the burger wasn’t great this time. The double beef patty I ordered was infact a single cut in to two thin half’s.

Cookie dough was good - didn’t have what we selected however they rang me and quickly sorted something else however when the waffle arrived it was smaller than expected.

The first time we ordered from this store, around a year ago, the burger was delicious with really juicy meat, and the fries were soooo crispy and yummy. But we ordered for delivery tonight and the meat was kinda dry, the burgers had no sauce on which we found quite odd? Luckily we had sauces in so were able to just add our own. However the most disappointing part was the fries :( they were so soggy, like they'd been in the box for ages. Almost inedible to be honest. So sad cos we really enjoyed this place the first time round!

Burgers were dried out, no cheese and bacon, onion jam nothing like last time, gherkins small and hard and cut the wrong way chips cold, used up my voucher too, no dinner on a Sunday 😢

Em, the burger was lovely…the chips well…I had to recook them in the air fryer. They were hard on the inside :( was really looking forward to it as I’ve heard good things. Would try the place again though as I’m sure it was a one off. :)

quite disappointed, ordered the chicken curry with rice and noodles, it's literally chicken chunks in a curry sauce, no onions, peas or anything, completely stone cold. got my daughter the kids sausage meal and they've mixed barely cooked pale chips with extremely brown older chips??

Food always taste nice but this time cold and got the deal with the latte and hash brown but the latte wasn’t even half full which is very disappointing. Have applied for a refund let’s see if I get it.

The food and shakes from here used to be unreal, however more recently deliveries now take nearly 2 hours to be delivered twice in 2 nights its took over an hour and half for relatively small orders. one order was 2 shakes and chicken tenders and the other order was 2 portions of tenders and a portion of chips. the wait time is appalling. the shakes have so much less flavour than they used to don't know what's happening but it's going massively down hill

The cups for the shakes are too flimsy I squeezed the last one a little when I picked it up the lid flew off and the thick shake when all over the wall and carpet. I was really careful with this one delicious as was the chocolate cake. Love the clean box and burgers here too

normally really nice food from here especially the burgers! a real disappointment last night :( chips were nice and the salt n chilli hash browns were lovely! the burger pattys looked and tasted like they'd been sat under a lamp for 2 days on both burgers though, and I thought I'd try a Belgian waffle, don't bother!! could have put someone's eye out with the waffle it was so stale! they also forgot 2 portions of coleslaw we ordered and a tub of garlic sauce, a free £2.25 you've had from us!!

Don’t mind that food was late as roads were flooded, dip I ordered was missing, bit annoying as it cost extra.

Food was good but no jalapeños or mayonnaise on my burger even though I had paid extra for jalapeños (75p) got a call to say they didn’t have the chunky chips(£1 extra) but pleased they phoned to choose different fries. The fries were rubbery and cold. Maybe choose a different way to wrap them. My husband’s chicken was really good but his seasoned fries were rubbery as well.

Ordered through just eat for collection which was 15 mins but then told me it would be ready the next day. Rang the shop and the staff were nothing but amazing, so so helpful - wrote the order down and made it for me within 10 minutes so faster than what JE had initially advised. When the order eventually went through this morning I rang to remind them not to remake and to thank them again. Also got he 5 donuts for £5 and

Absolutely fabulous place to get food from. Lots of variety, so whatever you fancy, you can usually get it from beef cakes and shakes. Food always hot and delicious, and always delivered within a reasonable time.
