Wayne, who delivered my food was quicker than the app told me, which I'm very happy about. it's good when you don't have to wait long for orders, he was very nice.

Food was poor quality, driver was very late and rude to the point of aggressive when challenged. Store ignored calls when trying to chase for the 2nd time. Avoid, high street chain where you may "love it" would have been better. Avoid

Food is spot on all ways on time from Wyne would highly recommend

2 hour wait for three milkshakes is an absolute joke. Will not be ordering from here again. Been told they will be here in 10 minutes twice and still nothing has showed up. Absolute joke

Just ordered a hen solo clean box what an absolute joke been here many times before but this time was a joke all inedible food stodgy rice the smallest bit of brocoli I've seen the chicken was like it had been.microwaved soggy sweet potato fries no sour cream

Very disappointed missing two items which in total is 9.50 not on at all , and given two of the same cakes when I ordered two different ones & my sons burger I specifically asked for no lettuce just cheese Its came with lettuce tomatoes he won’t eat it what a waste of money

Breakfast sandwiches are alright, decent selection of sweet treats, icing on the fudge cake is thick and nice.

Last time I ordered from them I was missing a can of Coke. This time I ordered one of my items were incorrect. I ordered a kinder beuno tower cake and received a chocolate fudge cake.

Food here is amazing and so tasty. I’ve never been disappointed and today was no exception, I had an amazing beef stottie with gravy, homemade chips and school cake. Perfect!

Was disappointed this could of been really good but food was cold when delivered! And also didn’t receive my curry sauce dip

Food pretty much cold upon arrival. There is a vast difference in delivery times from midweek to weekend. on a weekend I can get my order in 30mins during the week I wait almost 90mins everytime which no doubt on this occasion has caused cold food. has my order just been sat there? very disappointed with the order tonight.

A little dissapointed as it was first order, got two breakfast one big and one regluar disappointing that there was mushrooms missing, which i love, everything else was lovely but disappointed with missing item when the price that was paid.

First time ordering from here the bacon and cheese loaded fries were fantastic as were the 2 make your own burgers and the cookie dough was loaded with chocolate

My fries were a little cold, but still tasty, the burger was good

Usually this place is 5/5 but had a poor experience tonight. Order arrived 20mins late, 1hr 30mins after ordering and it was just about warm when it arrived

ordered build your own burgers and they we're delicious..... perfectly cooked, soft, not over cooked and not over smashed. definitely be getting build your own again.

ordered on Friday got 2 build your own burgers they were delicious, cooked perfectly not over cooked or over smashed, we we're so happy with them we ordered again on Saturday but unfortunate it wasn't the same. couldn't build own burger for some reason. we wanted 4 pattys so added double pattys and double cheese we ended up with a bun between are burgers which we didn't want and our pattys over smashed and over cooked. hoping it was just a different cook that day. nice but disappointing.

Very disappointed today usually a good meal from here but today the food wasn’t sent out til after the supposed delivery time.. food was barley warm.. chicken curry with basically no sauce.. and £7 for a child size cookie dough portion! Really quite frustrating!

ordered at 7:50, food was delivered at 9:20, however, you can tell it was sat out for a while as it was all cold to the point I had to heat it up before eating it. I will say that the chilcken wings were nice.

Chicken nuggets were tiny and not as nice as first time, curry sauce was too thick

Unreal, all the food was warm when we got home from collecting (20 min drive), the bbq beef brisket was amazing! The waffles are sugar waffles but don’t let that put you off, they’re warm and generously topped, absolutely delicious! 10/10!

Beef stotties we’re amazing ! However I’m so disappointed in the movie deal ! What a let down no popcorn so was sent 2 boxes of tortilla chips ! Which were dry as I only received 2 tiny dips . So not sure why anyone would want to eat dry plain tortilla chips . Definitely won’t order the movie deal again . But will order the hot food .

was a bit disappointed today. had the steak sandwich I didn't get any sauce meat was very chewy and not very nice. there was sides missing and the other sauce missing from the other meal and the halloumi wasn't nice. I'm actually shocked tbh because it's normally really good

Asked for garlic on chicken burger amd paid extra £1 for garlic sauce nonsauce on burger and looked like I got the last of the garlic sauce left in a pot didn't even fill the bottom of the carton only could dip 4 chips in as none left! We give another chance this week chips tasted like they were stood for a while stale and cold. Was great while it lasted shame as cookiedough use to be unreal.

I’ve ordered a burger with bacon and a fried egg on and they’ve sent me this half the burger is under neath the bread bun and they’ve gave me 2 top halfs of a bread bun. I’ve rang and they said they’ll give me a discount next time. As if I’m going to go back.

portion sizes of thier pancakes is laughable. didnt even come with strawberrys ethier. sausage pink in middle. always had good stuf to say but really poor today

First time have been disappointed with the food here. Everything was cold and when you are ordering a load of crispy stuff, that’s not a great combo. Can’t fault the flavours or portion sizes as usual but we were also missing an egg in the toasted sandwich.

Pork Sunday dinner consists of a slice of belly pork. Pretty poor and not cheap.

Order never arrived. I placed the order at 8:50pm and was set a time frame 22:00-22:25. Phoned the shop at 22,15 but found out they closed at 10pm. Not even a phone call to let me know. More annoying because it’s only a 10 minute drive from my house to the shop. I’ve logged a dispute with just eat to get my refund back for no food turning up.

I ordered a delivery today one beef roast dinner with all the trimmings and one huge Yorkshire which were a nice surprise in the bag . And a breakfast we ordered too . Really nice conversation with the caller who took my order . After we ate i gave you a call just to give compliments to the chef the roast dinner was really delicious . One of the best burgers I have ever had. I had the burger with the donor meat on top, sauce was lush and the taste was awesome. Really enjoyed it, fresh and tasty. Arrived early as well. Brilliant, well done to all involved. Definitely going to order again..
