Subway in Worthing

I will not usually give the bad reviews, but this time is I couldn’t control myself, I ordered rotisserie chicken wrap at 20:30 but they sent me normal chicken wrap which I didn’t like it , the main thing they need to inform me earlier before sending me the food because they got the enough time to inform me because I have mentioned the delivery time 9:30 . Really disappointed . I hope I will get the refund

Employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. I am going again. One of the nicest subways I have ever been.

I ordered veg delite with turkey as additions. No veg delite at all and cheese missing. Tried calling them but nobody picking up the call.

Amazing customer service, I had made them aware of my allergies and immediately the lady knew what protocols she had to follow, washed her hands, changed her gloves, get a fresh knife, and dealt with my order solely! Very pleased, and will be going back!

We were served tonight by Tracey & Elliot and I have to say, the customer service and attention to detail and knowledge of the menu was OUTSTANDING. Tracey prepared our meals whilst Elliot closed the sale. They were both super attentive to my dietary requirements as a vegetarian. They had suggestions for what sandwich option I'd like and even let me sample between 2 sauces I couldn't decide on, by squeezing a drop on some cucumber. Above and beyond to make sure we had the sandwich we really wanted. They both worked well together and had super friendly conversation with us about our evening. Amazing team with great service. The food was brilliant too 🙏

I had a salad the other day at this place. There was one lady I guess 40-50 years old- very kind in my opinion- not only her voice, her customer service, language. I just wanted to say- the best customer service I have ever heard. I will be back!

The bread was very stale. Impossible to eat half of it. Probably the worst subway we've had.

The most idiotic absurd experience I've had, I ordered through Just Eat, about 30 minutes later I got a call asking me to tell the driver to return as they had the wrong order (apparently they didn't have the drivers contact details) driver turned up an hour after they order, they clearly had the wrong order, driver left, order got marked as delivered but no food. I called Subway they advised me to go there in the morning for a refund, ridiculous. I contacted Just Eat for a refund. No apology, no resolution, avoid these donuts, it's not worth the hassle.

Rude! Young man and women that are working in there are utterly rude. Tutting, huffing and tapping the counter trying to rush me with my order as someone else walked in. I will definitely not be going here again maybe they need lessons in customer service!

The lad that works there does everything at break neck speed with no due care or attention. My subs are always thrown together so quickly, literally chucking the salad onto it, they end up a total mess and falling apart when I come to eat them; and this time I’m not completely convinced he charged me correctly as he tapped away at the till so rapidly that he clearly had to restart 2/3 times whilst tutting. Someone needs to tell him to slow down and ensure he’s getting things right and to the expected standards!!

The sandwich artist(teddy) served me and my friends with exquisite skill a mouth watering scrumptious sandwich it could not have been better quality it was also made swiftly and efficiently with a friendly conversation with the sandwich artist.

Friendly staff, efficient service. Great tasting subs. Parking for this store can be an issue during the day.

As a regularly customer of the Broadwater Subway I wouldn't usually complain because the service and food is always good. However, having visited twice in the past 10 days (a treat for the family during these awful times) I have to complain. On the first visit you could literally count the lettuce leaves, sweetcorn and gherkin. Upon the second visit,today, having politely mentioned this to the manager, talk about a brusque reply edging on rude. An apology was given but the attitude with which it was given, she might as well have not bothered. Wanted to do the feedback survey but couldn't cause no receipt given. Though, that wouldn't have been fair on the nice girl serving who knew her portion sizes today!. The manager let the team down today.

Only small seating area inside with some tables outside. Woman who served as was friendly and helpful, especially as 1 of us was vegan. Good value.

I got the new cheesy garlic bread sub. It was pretty good but I couldn't eat a foot long one. Far too greasy

so i’m am VERY disappointed at what i have found out. so i was very parched and wanted just a regular tap water with my food. and the lady at the counter said they didn’t have any?!! i mean what the bloody hell do they wash there hands with? will not be coming again don’t even deserve a start

Visited subway in broadwater Worthing food and staff great but not enough indoor seating.

It's subway so great. But very small can't really eat in without blocking entrance. Plus no toilet
