I went in today for my lunch and was very impressed with the friendliness of the man at the counter. He seemed like a fairly young bloke (no beard lol) but he was amazing and is the reason why I’m writing this review. The shop is clean and food tasted fresh what more could you want.

Bread was stale. waffle chips and hash browns was like cardboard

Perfect for late dinner sandwich and staff is extremely nice

I watched the driver on the map was outside for 10-15 minutes. I went outside two times and couldn’t see them to flag them down cause I assumed they were lost (not a usual issue I have) Eventually had a local in the area approach to help. The local rang the doorbell when I had specified to leave at door as people were sleeping.

Recieved the footlong with barely any filling, barely any salad/vegetables. Unacceptable. Someone needs to train the staffs to serve properly otherwise we will not come back. And that's just losing out on potential reoccurring customers.

Refused to take my colleagues code who couldn’t come in person due to her disability. Said they are not allowed to take two codes by one person no matter first. The brown guy with beard said because they know and they will block my app. Then when I said that is okay with me so he changed his statement and said we are not allowed to do so. Cunning people. Will think twice before coming again.

sauce was forgotten from my order

Normally my subway looks like it has just been thrown together by a sheep, but this was put together perfectly and everything was as I ordered. Also packaged like a present on Christmas morning, magical. Give this sandwich artist a raise xxx

never came and driver was lazy enough to just freely give my food away because he didn't wanna come to me, even though it said on the receipt where to go

Time was changing until first time was showing during delivery

The driver came to my door and wouldn’t give me the food. I told him it was mine and he said no and wouldn’t give it to me, he walked away. He couldn’t even speak english.

Friendly staff, quick service and tastyy. Looking forward to the reopening

By far the best Subway I’ve been to, food is always well prepared, cookies are soft and delicious and the staff are always friendly and polite 10/10!

Was drawn in by the footlong special @£4.99 promotion only to be informed the code usually takes 48hrs to come through on the app. Customer ahead of me also in 'QR Code Consternation'. On more positive note, the duo running the outlet were pleasant and well rehearsed, successfully upsold so got even more of my money!

It was good apart from missing the drink!

I ordered a meal deal and only got the sandwich, not chips, cookie or soda. My hot side was stone cold. Disappointed

It was not toasted. No double cheese and no crispy onions. It was cold. Why do keep ordering form this Subway. Always disappointed.

So bad to even put into words. Ordered a six inch philly steak and for £7.29 I pretty much recieved a bread roll. Hardly any meat filling and I practically used a microscope in search of the cheese and sauce. I wish I was able to upload a photo to demonstrate how disgusting it was!

Delivery driver very nice and efficient.

Driver carried the food on a tour of London for around for half an hour and therefore tasted awful. Obviously a justeat problem.

A pitiful excuse for a sandwich. The slogan is make it your way but it never is made the way I asked for. The element is to have ur salad as u wish but i got about 3 pieces of lettuce and lashings of sauce. Some people actually enjoy the salad in there sandwich and items were missing. Not happy.

I go to this subway very regularly and for long time now. But now a days I guess there are couple of new staff they’ve hired and their service is really bad. This is actually going to have a great impact to their sales and specially their regular customers like me who might not go back. The old staff who worked here are the best at their speedy service and also great customer service. I literally had to repeat my order many times for the new staff to understand and make it. Very disappointed

The food was cold it had no sauces drink was boiling and my chicken nachos didn’t have Sauce

Wedges were stale and dry. Sub was soggy on top and dry in the centre. Cookie was about 3 days old. Drinks are ALWAYS warm, can you not take them from a fridge?! Usually good food at this establishment (except for drinks) not sure what happened this time

£23 for 2 salads and a Pepsi max. I was happy to pay this until I saw how stingy they were with the salad. Absolutely ridiculous. If someone is paying almost £10 for a salad, make it worth their money. I wonder worked at subway as a sandwich artist 13yrs ago and couldn't believe how these salads arrived. Shocking. Also 2 salads were order once was to have no peppers and no onion and came with both. This isn't great when people could have allergies.

Subways was OK. Nothing out of the normal here. Staff were lacking when I attended at lunch time which led to ques. The worker present calmly did his best. I did note myself and others had to repeat ingredients. But other than that the place was OK. I suppose when on a lunch break and things are longer because of a que the epexeri3nve feels more stressful. So hopefully this review doesn't come across too bad.

Some of what I asked for wasn't even on the sandwich, and what they had put on they had done so sparingly. Very disappointing.

Please can this subway make sure they read the orders properly. I requested a toasted sandwich with cheese and this has not been done. It really makes a difference to the taste of the sandwich . I’m really disappointed as I haven’t been able to enjoy it. This has also happened more than once ordering from camberwell. You need to pay attention to what the customer actually wants.

Ordered a ham salad literally just got the ham with no salad very disappointed no salad and was charged £5.99 for ham.

When the food arrived it was cold and soggy. Also delivery driver had arrived to destination but took an additional 10 minutes to arrive at front door.

Ordered at 11:55pm, was suppose to come at 12:30am. At 1:10am status was driver assigned I called up and thats when subway started preparing my order said staff on the phone. My food didn’t come until 1:45am and was cold

This guy acts like he is golum and the salad items are the one ring. The woman is really nice.

They skipped out on the dips (again) and also mixed but products with non nut products for no reason 🤷‍♀️

The sandwich was really tasty, as well as the cookies. The drink however wasn’t cold which was a shame.

Food was stone cold when it arrived...all of it except the drink which was warm

Sandwich was cold - not toasted at all- even meat inside the sandwich was cold. Added tomatoes I didn’t order too.

Only got one cookie instead of 4.

food came hot and didn’t have to wait long for my order to be delivered. The delivery driver also came to my door to deliver my food which was great because sometimes I would have to meet the driver downtown which is inconvenience.
