Your staff (blonde heavier lady) was incredibly rude. What a let down… left without ordering.

No seating area, no toilets. This is a prime location and could be a great place to stop but it's absolutely dire and in desperate need of some TLC

Worst subway I’ve had ever, bread appeared not cooked, soggy, order was wrong, wish I had read the reviews before placing an order, food thrown in the bin only thing edible was the cookie. Delivery driver was polite that’s the only reason for a star.

Absolutely disgusting food from here! I got delivered waffles that were squashed in a box that was far too small and looked more like a box of mash potato I couldn’t even pick them up they were so soggy and squashed, also half were black and then to my horror I discovered green mould on them! Wish I could put the photos on as evidence to show the food they think is acceptable to serve to a paying customer! The sub was no better cold and soggy! Was not boxed and was squashed! The whole order was inedible and went straight in the bin the best place for it! I do not recommend wasting your money in this place you will be disappointed, the staff obviously do not care about the food they are serving and it looks more like it has come from the bin and been thrown in a bag! I will now be contacting head office and including the photos of the order I received on 22.09.24 which believe me are truly shocking!! I will also be sending them to the food standards agency to see if they think it is acceptable to send customers food with mould on!!

Quick and easy to order, polite staff

We use this shop once a week at least. The staff are always fast, courteous and very helpful. The food is always top class, and very tasty. Rachael, Tom, and the rest of the team know our order and fulfill it perfectly every time. We recently moved a few miles further away from this store, but we still go back, as we have tried a couple of other stores, and they are definitely not half as good. Well done guys.

Awful Manger is awful and will just walk off and lie about what you asked for Won’t help resolve an issue when they make an error with food

I purchased a TGTG bag to be collected at this branch, only to discover it was canceled a few minutes before the collection time when I was already in the parking lot. The staff should know that by that time, the collector will be on their way. I'm sure they knew there weren't any goods left for the bag earlier than when they sent the cancellation. This was a really bad customer experience. It's TGTG, but due to this experience and my time waste, I will never go back to this branch.

Turned up at 2pm to be told they are closed. Shut too early being a Sunday.

We visit this morning before 10 and Lady who was serving us had horrible attitude, refuse give us different bred when you could see she had more on top shelf and did let my boyfriend take foot long as bred what already cut it so he was allowed to take only 6inch and she was rushing us. The only reason we ordered as we were very hungry and on the way from 2 hours. But definitely won’t visit there again!

Staff were friendly, but the place was filthy with food on floor and tables. The toilets didn’t look like they had been cleaned for a long time. The food was soggy and not very appetising. On a plus note the brew was nice.

Called in around 09:30 only one girl in the back left waiting for 10 minutes then she said we’re closed I replied you could have told me sooner she pointed at the lights and said lights are off This subway is shared with Greg’s so didn’t really notice the lights weren’t on and the menu board was lit up. Poor attitude and poor customer service, used greggs instead good service good food and friendly staff.

Food lack of bread types when I went. Service very poor one young girl kept going back to her car (small black car) on the phone even when people were waiting leaving the other young girl doing everything.I can confirm it wasnt a break time as she walked in and out serving when she wanted I watch for a long time period. NO HAND WASHING. Service lacked due the one girl being over worked. Atmosphire its a sandwhich shop just off the A34 joined to a gregs.

Food was great. The service was good.

Called in with the family ordered and paid and was then told we couldn't eat in as the toilets were not working. The staff thought this was funny I didnt.complete waste of money as we had no where to eat it.

This is a good Subway. It is accessible and care is taken when preparing and handling your food. Staff are professional, polite and engaged.

Difficult to make out what the server was asking. They would have been better to just keep to the option chosen.

Restaurant was really messy. Staff seemed miserable. Lots of things out of stock including soft drinks and breads. The food we did get was alright, probably won’t go again.

Called here only had wraps and salad box's not what you expect from a shop that should sell subs having no bread.

Lovely tuna sub with everything on and sweet onion dressing. Better than burgers and fries.

Sandwich made perfectly. Only issue was app doesn't work in there for ordering that day and the queue was long. Bit untidy in there too

Been in this morning to subway me and my friend from work, as we always go in every Sunday and the women that served us was very rude she had us waiting at least 5 min while she was labelling the cookies up no apologies after making us wait, then there was hardly any bread so we had what we didn’t really want, I asked for a foot long and ended up with half whilst still with not very good manor's she then asks what salad we would like, previously to this each time we have gone we have never been told we can only have 2 type of salad on the sub so ended up having hardly any salad of our choices and just not the sandwich we wanted at all, whilst also having a member of staff who clearly has got no people skills and manors we were really disappointed with our visit today as the lady attitude absolutely stank, many thanks

This subway is clean sometimes don't have everything like the breads they do but I have gone there quite late in the day.

Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I ordered online via uber eats and they haven't given me my full order but they have taken the money Upon finding out my order was not complete i tried to contact the store and had the phone put down on me everytime. I've not spoken to a single person. So i contacted the uber eats guy and he was just a useless. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN AND WILL PASS THE WORD TO NOT ORDER FROM THESE

Really really disappointing subway. The place is always dirty and while I've been here three times, I've not seen one member of staff clean the tables. Every time I have been here, they never have any of the items, or have half the items on the menu. Service is SO slow because half of the employees are stood around chatting.

Not often i can finish a footlong in one sitting

Visited on 5th March at 2pm with my 3 year old daughter. Place was filthy! Floor was dirty, windows were dirty, every table was unclean, one bloke was cleaning the tables by just brushing off crumbs onto the floor with his hand! Sanitiser bottles around but all empty. Toilets were worse than what you would find at a festival! My daughter needed to go and I had to hold her in mid air as I could not let her sit down, also no toilet roll. Subway itself was out of three bread selections, out of wedges, out of fruit shoots and out of crisps bar quavers! 4am the following morning my daughter has come down with a sickness bug! I wish this was an exaggeration as I’m not keen on leaving negative reviews but it was too bad not to write!

Used to be good. Now I find myself queueing for an order I made online as they don't have it ready on time. Witnessed incorrect food being handed to delivery drivers, to then be given the wrong subs to what I'd ordered too, despite giving the order number. Not worth the journey back to change it. Customer service has dropped dramatically.

Excellent care from Rachael for vegans; always changes gloves, make sure no cross contamination, and happy in the process! Thank you!

Good parking and pleasant service

Great discovery tucked away on ths roundabout. Was a welcome sight having driven up from Sussex and passed massive queues at all the aervices on the way. Skipping them and stopping here must have saved a good 40 minutes on the journey, plus there were no massive throngs of people to deal with.

Toilet on site were discussing they had no knife or forks for the salad boxes and had run out of seeds and onions. Customer service was lacking even when we asked for toilet paper and advised them of how dirty it was

Staff are pleasant and helpful, but we did find a hair in our last meal and the carpark is like driving on the moon. A 4x4 is recommended.

Had a vegan sandwich with loads of salad. Oh, in a wholemeal full long bun. It took some time to eat but enjoyed it. Glad staff changed gloves in between touching meat, dairy or fish. Well done

Friendly staff everything available that I wanted fresh salad minimal plastic hot hash browns great vegan choice. Hand sanitizer and everyone distanced can't fault it.

Food was decent, not wearing masks whilst handling your food during a pandemic is an instant nope.

The food of subway is always fresh - and no reason to say it was not good. However, the service is VERY slow; the "new" items were not available (before 6pm!).

Very small but awesome Subway. I don't know there's something about this one that I really like and I've been to a LOT. It's cosy and relaxed. Your mind knows it's a chain but it just doesn't feel like it. Would go to this one again.

Absolute dump. Surrounding area is like a tip. The toilets are like a crackhouse. Didn't get cleaned over 3 days. Stay away

The food is the same as any other subway, no issues there. My problem is with the cleanliness of the place, its a dump! The bins were full, the floor was filthy, the tables dirty and the toilets..... Let's talk about the toilets! 2 of the 3 are out of order, the sole remaining sespit is disgusting, it hasn't been cleaned since god knows when, the floor in there was rank, filthy doesn't cut it here! Improvement needed

Same as any other subway. All food delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. The only reason this got 4 instead of 5 stars is because there are no toilet facilities. I know they don't usually at subway, but because of the location of this particular one, it needs working toilets. It was a services and lots of people need to use toilet on long journeys. Other than that, it's very good.

Small subway eatery, in a little chef building, next to a travelodge. Pretty close to Affinity Outlet too. Standard subway food, drink and service. Good enough :)
