Food Junction in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Quick delivery always steaming hot, gorgeous food, we have either the burger deals or pizza deals.. cheese garlic bread to die for.

Ordered £45 of food including chicken wings (see attached photo). The wings were off - smelt awful. My husband ate a mouthful and then didn’t touch the rest. We called them to let them know as it’s really dangerous. They did not seem to care… let alone offer any refund, not that we asked. It was more concern about making people ill. I would not go near the place! Shocked. I will get in touch with environmental health too.

Had a text saying 15% off. This was never honored. We had chicken, chicken wings, donner meat and chips for 4 of us. Chips were rock hard, like they'd been warmed up from the day before, everything else was that spicy that someone who loves spicy food couldn't eat it. Salad was a few strands of soggy shredded lettuce, 2 half pieces of cucumber and a couple of pieces of onion. Wish id have taken a picture now but we had waited that long for it, we were just grateful it had arrived. Horrible after taste. Never had such an awful takeaway, and we've been having from there for ages before change of ownership. Worst £29 ever spent. They can stick their new loyalty scheme in the bin along with their food.

Busy night as my dad's birthday, got the address wrong as I order alot from my own address and not my mum's. Food left outside on bin. Had to collect in taxi. As I always pay online, from now on I will pay by cash. Plus food is not as good as it use to be, plus sometimes it takes over 2 hours to deliver pizza.

The food is always amazing however I waited over the delivery time and rang twice the first time I was told he was leaving with my food right then 30 minutes later I still haven’t had my food so I rang again and was told I was lying and my food was leaving now 30 minutes later again I still have no food! The person on the phone was very rude and hung up on me twice, quite a let down as the food is amazing but can’t speak to customers very well

Ordered food last night, apparently the card machine "wasn't working" continued to attempt to pay by card as requested and still wasn't working. Checked my bank this morning and the money has been taken from my account! Hoping the money is refunded back into my bank.

If you’re looking for a budgeted place to order this is the one, you get offers,discounts. Delivery is about average time and food is lovely. We go here whenever we have a takeaway and it’s brill, they have got a couple things wrong with our orders but sort the problem out straight away, this happens occasionally, such as busy events. No takeaway places are perfect, and everyone has opinions! We have never had an issue with the food and is cooked well and presented nice

Ordered online and have waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes now no delivery driver or anything has been and says there closed now wouldn't bother ordering from here again

Disappointed, Lamb kebab and chips, No Nan, just Chips and very minimal small pieces of meat !!

Used to be such a nice takeaway but has seriously gone downhill. Twice now, they sent the mixed kebab with salad with just donner meat and probably two pieces of lettuce but still charged for it. We called up to enquire just to get an arguing staff member who "saw it being put together with his own eyes" and how we were wrong. Well it clearly isn't on there, mate. Then sent the delivery driver up to apologise for them instead of calling us back, "they will add the shish meat next time". It wasn't the poor driver's fault so why they sent him back, I don't know. Lost a customer who has ordered for years as customer service is so bad now.

ordered on uber eats and received something completely different plus very small portion, I spoke on the phone with the owner but I was ignorant and he was very nervous (salad was missing and the wrap no more then 50g )be aware

Local restaurant in the Silverdale area where you can get some burgers, chips and kebab. The meals are decent value for money and not too pricey. The staff are also nice and offer different menu deals.

Ordered a pizza and a kebab. The pizza was fine but the kebab was not worth the money they charge!! £7.32 for 2 pieces of shredded chicken and a poxy amount of salad. The naan was a nice size shame it was burnt and ruined the tatse. Could not eat it was ruined! On a plus they delivered within 30 minutes as described. Will not be going back

Food came wrong they put sauce on everything I didn’t ask for very rude on the phone and didn’t sort the issue out even tho it was there fault they couldn’t do it right also they gave me a can of Pepsi that was frozen yet still didn’t get an apology or anything disgusting

Avoid this place if you want to avoid food poisoning. This place gone down hill so fast reheated slop on a plate with zero people skills.if people had business brain maybe half the effort in . Been stuck on toilet since eating this food and did not ear much of it.

Ordered 4 large donner £5.50 each Came 30 mins late and the portion was one of the worst things I’ve seen. Empty with only few strips

Total waste of money the main part of the meal never arrived rang twice complained phone was put down. Delivery driver was so rude when delivered salad which was forgotten. Another delivery driver came with with the chicken and I was told he had a very hard day. Well welcome to the real world that’s why I had ordered a takeaway so unhappy with food and customer service.

Ordered milkshake just for 4.80 and did not receive it and when I tried to call i get no answer would not recommend to anyone

This is what I got tonight … the chips were so hard even the dog wouldn’t eat them and the chicken was dry and burnt…. I usually like this take away but this tonight was shocking , literally inedible .

Really disappointed tonight with this food, the food was lovely when they first opened but now it seems to be reheated chicken and rock hard chips one unhappy customer

They missed my drinks. Called 3 times, then they blocked my number after trying to tell me it had been delivered. Friend called and managed to get through to manager. Still took another 30 minutes for them to arrive so in total waited 2 hours 40 minutes to receive our full order. Never buying from them again!

At last..a decent kebab house in the village. First time ordered tonight and its love at first bite. No soggy boiled donner meat like every other kebab shop in the area. Very tasty and excellent quality.

Ordered online mixed kebab in a peshwari naan with salad and chilli sauce. A short time later it arrived, wasnt too hot but that was probably down to me asking for salad. Would have liked a little more chilli sauce otherwise this was the best kebab i have eaten in a very long time.The naan was fresh soft and tastie, the meat cooked to perfection..Looking forward to my next one from here.

Best place locally to order takeout from. Love the food here. Decent portions, tasty and crunchy fries, and it all comes wrapped in foil so no soggy boxes and hot food all around. Friendly and fast service, reasonable prices, and thry are good at following order notes which is a big plus. Probably the best donner meat you can get here.

Forgot items, tried order them, order blanked! Called the 22 times and kept cancelling my call unreal! Avoid as if they forget anything, you will have to go without! As there customer service is shocking! Worst one I have ever know! Not happy!!!!!

Delicious food, chicken piri piri lemon and garlic herb was spot on. Pizza, chicken Tikka and chips were delicious too. 2nd time going and will defo order again. Delivery was quick an food still very hot. The delivery man was very polite and friendly.
