Subway in South Lanarkshire

Delivery took over an hour after being ordered!

Neither sub was cheese toasted as requested - this makes for a very different, and sad, looking sandwich.

food was freezing cold and wasnt toasted when it arrived 👍

Delivery Driver was very nice and great service, will be buying again soon!

My sub was very dry despite asking for extra sauce. It was as if there was no sauce on it let alone extra.

The reason I am giving a low rating is because one of the subs never had anything on it that I asked for

2 wraps, were cold and it was the wrong order

the footlong wasn’t toasted properly - if toasted at all. Hash browns were cold. £18 down the drain.

im guessing they were out of cookies as i just got a 2nd pack of crisps instead.... fair enough..

Delivery person got lost and went to wrong house first, other wise very nice and clearly a mistake due to the confusing street signs and marking in the rutherglen area

every 5 minutes it added 10 mins onto delivery time. I waited an hour for an order that should've always taken no more than 25 even with traffic. yhe food had left the restaurant rather quickly as always. the food was freezing cold. I was also missing dip I had requested and was paid for with my waffle fries which is usually my favourite and why I chose subway today. I am very disappointed

Hands down the worst subway in the UK ordered a veggie patty salad with a extra veggie patty Muhammad behind the counter who served me looked absolutely brain dead as he just didn't even slice the patty and just threw it on top of the salad I also ordered a foot long tuna which the bread was that hard it could have been used as a weapon. The other lad Bilal behind the counter looked genuinely scared to working there as the whole time I was in the shop he was just staring at the wall while stroking a knife. Also the 2 boys were talking in Punjabi to each other probably thinking I couldn't understand what was being said they'll be shocked to learn I do and the things they were saying about the poor woman that was behind the counter that was working with them was disgusting I can't even repeat it on here without the review probably getting removed. I read the other reviews on here and the owner that replies sounds just as illiterate and stupid as the 2 boys behind the counter so don't bother "bro" just know your business is terrible and I'm shocked you still make a living

Order is saying delivered half an hour ago, still not here, absolute joke!!! Time and time again this happens, expecting a full refund straight away!!!!

The food that arrived was lovely but items were missing and when we called to ask for them to be delivered we were told that they were too busy and we should request a refund from just eat! It’s not hard to check the receipt on the bag and make sure all the items are in it!

Everything was fine apart from the bread being super stale and hard, so made the sandwich not great

The delivery time was changed 3 times and my order was still late . The food was cold and the footlong was soggy. I could tell the food had been sitting about for a while before it was delivered

We eat here quite a lot love the choice of breads and fillings, everything so fresh and their coffee is good 👍 reasonably priced and service with a 😃

Didn’t get my whole order. No crisps which I paid for and the six inch was wrong, should have been chicken tikka but was chicken teriyaki.

Was given loads of jalapeños instead of pickles. I couldn't eat them due to allergies, hence why I didn't select them. Read the item list. It's not hard. They don't even look like pickles.

Delivery was fast ,but my order was a shambles , ordered a BMT , NO cheese , 3 pieces of lettuce and no sauce and I did not want it toasted , it was never a 6inch about a 4inch tops , won't order again as Rhos is rhe second order that has gone wrong

My Philly steak salad had no steak in it at all

Sub Waz’s amazingly delicious and thank you for getting it right today, only downside was the cheesy bites were cold, so a wee bit disappointed.

I did say on my last review and was told I would have more salad on the next order but there wasnt, hopefully on the next order you can sort that out please.

I ordered a turkey ham sub with chipotle sauce. I never got the sauce in it. This has happened 2 days in a row now.
