Hands down the worst subway I’ve ever had. 3 of us had various sandwiches and 3 of us left 80% of what we ordered through fear of food poisoning. Food tasted Rancid and stale, The staff were beyond useless not even able to give correct change or fat out order correct and the whole place wouldn’t have looked out of place in a zombie film. Avoid, and whoever the franchise holder is. Sort it out

Serving stale bread, the fat old guy is not a good look, he cant make a subway, and i was shocked how little filling I got in my breakfast. Worst food place in Glastonbury

Ordered on Uber, 2 footlongs, one meatball marinara and one Philly steak and all the toppings were mixed up! Not to mention it was freezing when arrived and all soggy.

Food order taken by lady fine, salad etc completed by younger chap. Had to keep repeating what was wanted and he'd go to pick up something totally different etc. Sub was falling apart when trying to eat as it looked like he'd ripped it in half instead of cutting it. Toilets, needed a code to use toilets which is printed on receipt. Toilets were appalling, dried sticky urine all over the floor. Absolutely stank. Made me feel sick knowing I'd just eaten there.

Great service and the normal quality of a subway sandwich. Atmosphere a bit sad with few chairs and floor needed sweeping.

I ordered 2 sandwiches through Uber eats and had two completely different, pathetic excuses of sandwiches turn up. Rang the store to ask them to remake and redeliver and was met by a disgustingly rude man on the end of the phone telling me it wasn't his problem and to contact Uber eats instead

The food orders are never correct when ordering online via uber eats and their only response is that we should contact Uber. Understand that this might be company policy with uber however, we were told it was our problem not theirs and didnt even apologise.

Popped in for what I expected to be a quick lunch. Unfortunately there was the two members of staff behind the counter didn’t pay any attention to my presence. One member of staff was servicing the coffee machine whilst the other was attending to the oven. Both looked at me with blank expressions but said nothing, and continued with what they were doing. Had one of then at least said hello or I’ll be with shortly then I would have been happy to wait, instead I decided to leave. Cleanliness, staff appearance was also questionable!

Great Staff, Brilliant Fresh Food. Been told it's a new owner now, so I went in, and couldn't be more happier with the food, and how much it had changed since my last visit. Love the new menu too.

Probably one of the most miserable members of staff ever. Quite funny how miserable really.

Yeah I mean it’s subway it’s a yum yum sandwich no lie but the one in Glastonbury now has no T.L.C and it’s pretty heartbreaking :’(

Tried to order off the set menu, wouldn't let me add salad to it (supposed to be free for salad anyway). Then tried to order the same thing as a create your own and was told I wasn't allowed the cheese I wanted. Absolutely ridiculous. Laughed at and made to feel embarrassed. Been to tons of subways across the country as a trucker and this is the worst service iv had. Pathetic

Staff decided to clean up and close early and refused to let my 4 year old use the loos despite us ordering food, the male member of staff was very rude and argumentative also, do not go here

If you’ve got any sort of social anxiety, avoid. Felt quite humiliated when a member of staff shouted “no more” when I opened the door to the premises. Despite displaying an illuminated ‘open’ sign visible from the road, and seeing people being served at the counter (who turned to stare at me, adding to my embarrassment), I was apparently too near closing time to place an order. I get it, staff are busy working hard on their feet and do not wish to stay any longer than they are paid to be there. But the way I was spoken to was very belittling and not how I’d speak to any human being. I wasn’t trying to be entitled, just assumed the place was open, so didn’t need to be barked at. Won’t be attempting to order anything there again.

GOT FOOD POISION AT GLASTONBURY UP ALL NIGHT ILL, TRIED TO COMPLAIN AND TOLD NOTHING THEY CAN DO BEWARE DO NOT EAT HERE DONT MAKE YOURSELF SICK!!!!!!!!! Reported my food poisoning and they done NOTHING how rude they don't care about customer's just getting your money YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Ridiculous, 50p extra for gluten free bread. Don’t go there. Young lad and lady servers did the best they could under the circumstances.

Come here alot for subways and it's a great store with friendly staff

Always get a subway delivered when I'm feeling hungry from Just Eat, always friendly dropping off my food with a smile and always nice and warm when it is delivered.

I have visited a few since this occasion so I'm going with my last visit which was about 2 weeks ago. The parking is terrible I have to use disabled parking a people parking in the disabled bay who are not disabled and b the car park needs a refresh of paint as some of it has worn away and can't see properly. Also I think you ought have a sign on the wall saying its a disabled bay. Rant over food was nice but service needs to speed up a bit also wrap practise needs doing.

Good Subway, decent amount of salad and staff where friendly

I do love subway usually very good, the staff are very nice but recently I been getting subs with hair in it so frequently now and some times the sub is soggy and soft flooded with sauce. Hopefully things can go back to the way they used to be 🙏🏻

Cheap but disgusting I do not recommend at all. You get what you pay for. It is unfortunate there there are not many good takeaway food outlets in Glastonbury. There is definitely room for some decent takeaway food outlets. Not much competition at all. Hint hint.

Very good quality and excellent service

Probably the best subway I've been to. Very friendly help staff. Subs were made very very well and exactly how I wanted. Staff took time to talk and get order exactly right, and went out their way to look for items I wanted which were not on shop floor. Highly recommend this subway. Thanks to the 3 guys who made it a great expirience and made great subs. Wish all subways were like this.

Great helpful service for that tailored sandwich. I stopped halfway through a long cycle ride.

Really poor slow service, the big bloke didn't know what he was doing. The place is filthy. Nobody is bothered about cleaning up. He got my order wrong and got cross at me when I told him. No customer service. Suppose they don't have to look after customers as they get so many tourists. The server was called Ash I think, he was grumpy, sweaty and rude. If you cannot make a sandwich right you need a different job. The salad was also soggy and not crisp and fresh. I'd never buy from here again.

Ordered on just eat, 2 hours later no food, tried ringing countless times with no answer so luckily managed to get a refund through just eat. I won’t be using again. Avoid!!!

Not a fan..it tasted nice..but at the end of the day it's still a torpedo roll and nearly 20 quid for 2 and a drink it's so not worth it...but that's just my opinion.

The chap who made our sandwiches are friendly and fast, the food is always good in this subway. I do wish they had the queue system a bit more organised because someone pushed past us and then wasn't impressed when we said we were waiting already, it just felt a bit unorganised. Aside from that its a good shop to grab a sub in.

Awful staff who overcharged us, tables not cleaned when new customers came in. Manager Lee and guy on till Abim were extremely rude and messed up the order, very poor subway and filthy hygiene

It was ok. The staff was nice. Service was good. The bread was a little dry, but other than that I can't complain.

Very pleasant staff and was able to get a discount for being NHS Staff.

5 Star hygiene rating but obviously not seen the toilets in here
