Every time i get a delivery the pizza quality just seems to get worse. Wings were dry with no flavor. Won't be ordering from here again

We placed a huge order from Frome domino’s and phoned a few times in the days before to check details and alter the order. I was so amazed when we turned up at the store to find all the pizzas made, labelled and ready to go at exactly the right time. The staff loaded all the pizzas into our car for us and were so friendly and helpful, explaining the labelling and receipts for me so I could distribute them easily when we returned. Absolutely excellent service - thank you so much!

Pizza was good but loaded fries weren't fully cooked.

Nearly got it right!!!! Quick and good delivery but I had a create your own and paid for an extra topping. I got 4 out of 5 ingredients and the item they left off is the favourite Jalapeños!!!! Not happy but not worth the phone call!!!!

Driver never speaks just hands you the pizza , the chicken was chucked on top as though they had forgot to put it on and was put on last minute it was cold so took it off .pizzas are never hot anymore luke warm .

Ordered for a delivery which only one item came which I order 4 items!!! Phone the store where the lady wasn’t helpful and very rude blaming it on the delivery Man!! The lady on the phone put the phone down on me without a sorry!! This happened on the 28/12 at 1pm so not a busy period!!! Shocking and appalling customer service!!

Pizza was ok but it would be nice to get more than a grunt from the delivery driver. Don't you train your staff to be polite & friendly? I won't be purchasing any more pizzas EVER AGAIN as the price you charge isn't worth it.

Hit and miss on customer service and food preparation times. Quiet often ignored when walking in.... Overall the food is prepared to a good standard.

Just taken fast delivery of a burnt margarita pizza! Extremely disappointed and a waste of money! Too much tomato and only a very thin layer of cheese which was burnt all over - lots of black burned bits and bubbles all over the pizza. Certainly not anything like the photos online and I'll not order again from Frome - Trowbridge is much better!

Pricey, but delivered quickly and always hot. Decent range.

Staff are unhelpful on the phone, one member of staff told me I could have half and half, the next told me they do don’t do half and half. Didn’t want to do any of the deals that are valid at the minute. Just generally unfriendly and unhelpful. With the price of dominos pizzas you’d think the staff may be a little more customer friendly

Far too much bbq sauce on the Texas bbq. Couldn’t finish the pizza because it was so strong. Very unhappy with the pizzas just lately. Will stop ordering if anything happens again.

The value is in the collection, cash payment not available on the last visit, but lucky I had my cards on me.

Both managers did not seem to care at all. One told me he would refund my money. When no refund came, I had to chase it down through Head Office and the manager told Head Office the link to process the refund wasn't working. Lie or lack of care? No phone call from the store to explain this. I suppose they thought the situation wasn't important enough. There is absolutely no customer service or quality of food here at all, and even more tragic, no sense of responsibility to their customers.

Ordered at 20:23 via the Domino’s App. The App said 30 to 45 mins wait. Pizza finally arrived at 21:30, after ringing Frome Domino’s and speaking to the Manager David at 21:26 on thing he said was out for delivery, then hung up! Not a chance to ask any additional questions! Open the pizza as soon as it arrived, it was stone cold!! Completely disappointed with Domino’s Frome, rang the David the manager back, he did not offer an apology and only offer a replacement pizza and an another hours wait, which is completely unacceptable!! We asked for a fully refund and finally David said he would refund the full amount, yet to be received! And still a cold pizza! To the owner of Dominos Frome from you really need to sort the customer services and the manager out and educated David about customer services! I’m sure Domino’s UK will be very interested in the experience we had had and the lack of customer services!

Today I Ordered food online delivery that never came. Rang them 20 times no answer. 2 hrs later have to go to the store to ask for it, and said they don't have delivery man. Very upsetting service

Absolutely poor service this evening. I was told delivery within 40mins when I ordered. App took 90mins to start being cooked. Sent for delivery… took 30mins to arrive and stone cold. Delivery driver response was ‘it’s a busy night’. No reply on the phone. I understand it maybe a crazy night, but keeping customers informed is part of the purpose of the app. Really below par on this one.

Ordered pizzas for our family meal but they never arrived. Tried calling them probably 20 times but noone bothered picking up the phone. Double checked their opening hours, tried calling again, same thing...Totally dissappointed and won't be ordering from Domino's Frome again.

Waited over an hour and a half for my order tried calling to see what was going on, called 20 times had no reply, went instore in person to find out they won’t be fulfilling my order and instead giving me a refund awful service and woman I as unpleasant and unprofessional very angry at this service

We ordered our food at 6:20pm. Right now it’s 8:25Pm and still haven’t had our food delivered, phoned them a few times and they will not pick up their phone. My partner has now had to drive up.

Well... Sometimes you've just got to.

I've lost alot of trust in dominos over the years and only just started ordering as new management seemed to be turning the place around. This evening called up as online delivery was down but how the site was set up it made it sound like there was a problem with my address. I called up to ask why this maybe. To only be greeted with a girl answering (being incredibly short with me saying)" Well we're not delivering." Which is a fine enough answer but that's all she said before ending the call..no thank you or a sign off. I understand dominos has probably received many calls about delivers tonight but her manner is pretty uncalled for.

Terrible, they took money out of my bank after they cancelled my order. Useless

They are only delivering at the moment and the delivery people do a great job at trying to be helpful in these tricky times. I’ve never had a bad experience with them, I mean as much as you can expect with delivered food - and i’m talking keeping it hot... but what can you do... it’s a problem even if you eat out.. There is always a good deal if you look eg. On their app... Oh and the garlic bread is very nice 👍 Fair play to the people working and delivering at these “unprecedented” times.

One star is far to many stars, won't deliver to a village classed as frome. Yet deliver to my neighbour, custom service is utterly appalling, rude.

Pizza is very good, but I was there for a job and I was very disappointed.

Ordered from Frome Dominos Food lovely but twice in a row now the pizzas havnt been sliced thoroughly enough so it just pulls to pieces hence only 4 stars For £19.99 per pizza I'd expect it to be at least sliced!!

Cant even do a simple margarita pizza right not enough cheese and for reasons unknown there is bits of green pepper under the cheese

the food was just like any other dominoes. the devilry is terrible they forget stuff all the time when i ordered two for Tuesdays they forgot one pizza . asked for a receipt but on first time out they forgot. then they forgot thing four more times they had to come out in the end i did now get all that i wanted i will try another store near me driver would not go back and get what a paid for terrible

This place is normally great but this is just infuriating. For valentine's day me and my gf ordered 2 pizzas, 15 chicken strips and cookies. We waited over an hour for the pizzas been over an hour since the driver went back to get them. Is he eating them or something? Were not using this branch again

Idk. Sometimes it’s on point, sometimes it’s not! Getting that rare pot of rocket can be a challenge!! Bless em. Delivery drivers are always lovely mind.

Pros: - Good standard of pizza, in line with all the other Domino’s outlets. - Friendly enough staff. Cons: - No parking available, had to park on double yellows in a crowded street, enough room for only one car at a time in spots. - Order was not on their system when I arrived. (17:35) Admittedly this was 10 minutes before my Nominated pick up time (17:45), however when speaking to the staff they simply said “it’s not on out system, there is nothing we can do”, despite me having a copy of my order number and transaction. Luckily the order appeared on their screen minutes after. But this left me a bit surprised that the computer screen is God almighty and the individual service to me was clearly secondary, despite my proof of order. Leaving me to wonder if they would have done anything at all should the order not have appeared on the Godly screen. - Late collection. Despite arriving 10 minutes early and the staff thus knowing I was there, my pizza’s were not ready till 10 minutes after my pick up time of 17:45. I am not one to get annoyed by this kind of thing but the system they follow did not allow enough time for them to cook it all in time. I stood by my car, ready to move it for 20 minutes whilst I waited, rather than picking it up immediately and leaving or within 10 minutes.

Friendly staff, ordered online to collect in store and it was ready as soon as we got there. Food quality was great and the order was correct, which sounds easy but have had bad experiences in the past.

Pizza arrived cold, asked for half and half and everything was thrown in 1 quarter of the pizza. Have taken a photo and will be emailing dominos head office

Ordered pizza no pizza turned up and I had to call up for refund shop bought pizza from now on

Pizzas were tasty. Only problem was when collecting they had forgotten to make one of the pizzas we ordered, the server at the front (Gina) was very pleasant, apologised and gave us a free side to make up for it. Was told 10 minutes, was closer to half an hour before I had my order. Would have been a good recovery if the pizza was delivered in 10 minutes as suggested, quite frustrating as there seemed to be alot of staff working.

There Pizzas taste like they were cooked in the ovens of auschwitz no joke The presentation of there there pizzas at Frome Dominos, are like someone made it then took a 12 gauge shot gun too it staright after. You would have to be tripping balls to be snapping a 20 down on some half a job pizza thay looks like its been in a car accident before it reaches you. The only redeeming qualities were that i didnt catch E.coli.

Very cosy local shop, always very friendly and quick to deliver. On the rare occasion they get an order wrong they have been very apologetic and eager to fix the mistake, even going as far as to give freebies and vouchers. Hot and tasty pizza made freshly every day.

Very good food we always order pizza from there. Local is a bit small but its quick. the pizza is always warm when we order it to have it delivered

Store practice is a little out of date, giving cloakroom tickets to be able to know when your pizza is ready. Very claustrophobic but food is good.

Waited over 1.5 hoursfor food, rang up and was told they were really busy.. fair enough but when told to make sure it was hot on delivery, i was lied to. Food was stone cold by the time it got here.. (2 min drive to my house). Also delicery driver was smoking inside the vehicle. Only gave it 1 star as it wouldnt let me put lower!

Dominos is always the best but sometimes we go for a buy one get one free down the road and think why did I not just get a dominos

Domino's pizza is the nicest of chain pizza's, but still over priced in my opinion. Would go here again, but don't think it would be anytime soon.
