Subway in Horsham

Great service, fresh ingredients, perfectly made sandwich, and a clean, fast environment—Subway never disappoints!

*** AVOID **** This place needs to be reported to head office and staff replaced. It seems like they have their own rules when it comes to making a Subway sandwiches. I wanted to add a patty to my sandwich for my vegetarian option and the man refused to added it. His excuse was it cost more, I said I will pay for it. You can’t do that he said. He then said it won’t fit? I left with a sandwich with only Lettuce. Cucumber and onion. I gave it another chance, this time I asked for hash browns. I was told we don’t have any, I said it’s on the menu? His excuse was, we have just opened. - Why are the hash browns not cooked before the shop is open? I had the same excuses with the fries!!! This is a bad reflection on what Subway stands for. Worst place to eat!

This place is sooo clean! Guy is so friendly too. For a subway I was so impressed, 10/10

Service just far far far far far far far too slow.

Not normally busy but can be sometimes. Located in the old car wash at the petrol station having been gutted and refurbished.

never write bad review but please don't waste your money I should have had a quick look at all these other reviews before ordering. I took one bite looked inside the lettuces was off and slimy and the gherkins tasted off, bun toasted for one second and covered in sauce. I ordered a tub of ice cream and that arrived completed melted!

left a bit miffed. ordered a BLT told dont do them even though they had bacon,lettuce,tomato and a roll?? so ordered a sausage egg cheese asked for tomato in it and was told i wasnt allowed tomato?? i wasnt asking for any extras free i would of paid extra i thought you could order what you wanted too. wont be retirning 47 years old and not allowed tomato.

Found this place whilst waiting for a bus back to Shoreham. Nicest Subway I have ever visited. Good welcome, spotless premises. I had my favourite meatball sub and a very decent cappuccino. The sub was hot and flavourful. It was so nice to discover this branch as I often go for walks in the countryside but do get hungry, and whilst a pub lunch is very nice when you have the time, this really hits the spot. The gentleman serving was friendly and kind: don’t think I have ever been asked previously in a fast food place whether I enjoyed my food and was there anything else. Will visit again soon and recommend to other walkers.

Ok service. Tried overcharging me. Thankfully pointed out the prices on the board and eventually charged correct amount. Watery soft drinks. 2 customer limit is enforced.

Tasty. Friendly service while I charged my car.

0 stars wasnt an option. Worst subway I have ever tried to eat. Bread was not good, woman making the mess wasnt any better. I wish I didnt go in.

Good choice but not always open as advertised and not always have meatballs
