What an amazing experience - stunning food in lovely surroundings with such a friendly team! Love the sustainability ethos and learning more about each ingredient, along with the merging of various styles to create some truly brilliant dishes. Loved having the chefs come out to introduce us to dishes, and giving their own stories about what the dishes mean to them. Overall service was out of this world - we were so well looked after!

Best service we’ve ever had! The food was absolutely amazing. We visited for the first time to meet family halfway, and both our children and ourselves can’t wait to go back. Jamie, the landlord, made us feel so welcome and was fantastic with the kids. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the service was outstanding. We would highly recommend this pub and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Exceptional takeaway food, we have never had a bad meal. The food is always hot and tasty. Will definitely be dining in soon as takeaway is excellent.

Free entry to explore the marvellous gardens at Leonardslee when booking the Ultimate experience. A thorough wine tasting, brilliantly conducted by 'Simba', a true credit to his profession as a sommelier. Fabulous wines and that Sabre moment when the cork is 'popped', my friend did this with such distinction. An excellent, delicious Afternoon Tea followed, nothing waste much of a problem, photo opportunity, carrot cake a welcome extra but 'Simba' created the icing on the cake. Fantastic experience.

Wonderful food, service and atmosphere. We came on new years and had a delicious and interesting meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, the pub itself was well decorated and quiet, and the chefs went above and beyond. I have dietary requirements so I expect that there are some meals I may not be able to have, but when the chef found out he had ideas and substitutes that he implemented throughout the multiple courses. I have never felt so cared for at a restaurant and fully appreciate the staff’s hospitality and care. Will definitely be coming back!
