Subway in Sedgemoor

Had a delivery for food to arrive, however never turned up but said it arrived, tried to contact store but number wasn’t recognised, poor delivery service

All I wanted was a quick breakfast before heading out on the next leg of my journey. It has been quite a while since my last Subway breakfast, either here in Melbourne or in Somerset. A quick and reasonable breakfast was all that I wanted, and that was what I got. I cannot complain about the quality or freshness of the food. The staff were friendly, which of course helps.

Lots of choice inclusing for veggies/vegans, two lovely ladies that served us were really friendly and helpful and polite, nice and clean and good value.

There was no hello or welcome from the 3 staff even though they were not busy. I ordered a salad box which received a sigh from my server. She sighed again when I asked for the chicken to be heated. My salad toppings were placed unceremoniously and I had to ask for 'extra' sweetcorn, peppers and olives. It took 4 attempts of asking "do you have decaff coffee?" To be told "what, no". I felt like I was wasting their time. I know Subways are franchises, but surely the aim is get repeat custom? This store is on a retail park, but I will not be coming here again. At almost £10 a time, a visit potentially most weeks will be going to another venue.
