Found shrivelled up plastic in with my Donna meat, luckily I saw it before I ate it!

Kebabs amazing as always. Great portion size! Pizzas are ok for the money 👍

Been a happy customer for a while but tried a different kabab 🤤🤤 lovely mixture of meats and salad. I appreciate the fact they read my notes and actually do as requested, could not be happier with customer service 😁

WHAT CAN I SAY! GREAT GREAT GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY, ORDERED A CHICKEN DONOR WRAP AND I SWEAR IT COUOD FEED A WHOLE FAMILY. Just a nice simple kebab which was massive. Will DEFIANTLY BE ORDERING AGAIN! Amazing.

My orders seam to be always late

delivery was real quick but the pizza was that undercooked it was stuck to the pizza box and the toppings all fell off ended up chucking it don’t waste your money on there pizzas

When our meals were already 10 minutes late, I called Deniz and was told it was on its' way. A further 15-20 minutes passed before the delivery arrived and the food was almost cold. I've had better service from them in the past.

Late for a start, not very hot, quality of food was horrible. I'm glad I dont order takeaway much. Onion rings not crispy food tasted very bland, lamb shish meat tasted strange

last time we ordered it was 5* but this time the lamb doner had gristle, bone fragments and was drowning in sauce. the chicken shish was chewy and just had a weird texture. I hate leaving a bad review but I don't want people to waste their money either

Don't ever order from here as staff dont care about their customers get order else where and manners no politeness twice orderewere delivered late no appoligy and once no salad only sause from now on it's back to yummies

Waited 2 hours for 2 pizzas then when they turned up they were cold and burnt! Spoke to restaurant and all they said was talk to just eat did not want to help at all. Disgusting chucked in bin and wasted £20.

Chips were crisps and piping hot and really tasty. Pizza was delicious and staff did not scrimp on toppings. Great food, good delivery will use again

Food was Luke warm and asked to be delivered at 17.15 arrived to early 16.30 had to warm in oven driver said when I asked its early he said shop told him to deliver so not his fault only doinhis job Ordered from here few times last time food was missing salad but let it go my have to rethink my kebab takeaway next time sorry but do like food warm Brian and Michelle

£18.50 for what looked and taste texture wise was as if Elephant skin was left to bake in the African desert, so you get 3 star delivery on that. Food quality was rubbish for just a large Doner, 2 sauces and a side of beans.... £18.50...... I could have bought a leg of lamb, overcooked it by 17 hours and cut it down with a potato peeler for the taste texture I had last night, and that would've tasted better. Never using Deniz again. Poor food quality

ordered from here many times always been on time or early if anything. Good food always delivered hot and good portion sizes. Will continue to order again and again.

Ordered food at 8.15pm. Wrong order order turned up after 1 hours and after being told it would be 15 mins still hasn't turned up its now 11.15pm

The smallest kebab I've ever had in my life hardly no taste the prices are ridiculous for what you get. First time I've ordered from here and personally won't be ordering from here again.

Love the meat trays, really tasty. My daughter loves the pizza. Never had a problem ordering from here.

Rang restraunt 5 mins after 19.10 which is when it is due, told would be another 20 mins as they are cooking it. Food arrived at 19.45, practically cold. Not sure how this happens when we live 5 mins from the restraunt and they was cooking it as we spoke.... not sure how i can be charged so much for food that is cold and waiting nearly 2 hours for it. Bit of a joke.

Food unfortunately was not as good as before. Food was almost cold weirdly considering it was delivered super quick. Doner chicken meat and chips were dry and hard to chew. Only reason for 3stars was that garlic bread was super. Quite disappointed this time to be honest. But thanks

Really enjoyed the food. Unfortunately didn't receive the can if drink that was meant to be with the meal deal.

Stone cold! Currently have my food in my own oven to heat up. Not happy.

As I was working to 10pm I requested my order to be delivered at 10.25pm which would give me enough time to get home, unfortunately my order was delivered at 10pm which was slightly annoying. But other than that, the food was great as always.

These lot couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery . Waited for over 2 hours for a delivery on a Thursday night , only for them to turn around and say they couldn’t find the property despite them making no effort to contact me .

Order was 15 minutes late, called the restaurant and they just said “on its way now”… it arrived and the pizza was cold and ‘large’ chips were tiny. It was delicious, so it’s a shame it was late and cold.

Sadly the food was late by an hour plus. When the food did arrive, the chicken Shish was overcooked and burnt to the degree it had to be cut away to conjure a meal….. not what we have come to expect if you reflect upon our historical orders plus positive feedback to date…….

Kebab meat was well overcooked, pretty much burnt. Couldn’t eat it so went in the bin. Waste of money

Ordered a kebab, waited half an hour, ordered potatoes in a separate box, gave everything together. There was one potato in the box and no meat salad. I do not recommend this institution!!!

salad was soo dry & looked like it had been sitting out for ages, not that there was much of it, portions have massively gotten smaller and 7.50 for a couple chicken nuggets & some chips as a kids meal is unbelievable, cheapest chicken nuggets you can get too. Literally ones you can get 30 of in Iceland for £1. Disappointed

Best kebab we've had in a long time! Not greasy, lamb was soft (a few fatty bits though but can't be helped) everything was well seasoned. Will be ordering again

My order was a mixed kebab, there was littel to no chicken, it was missing the Garlic mayo, and not much food gor a large kebab. onion rings were soggy and overall my delivery was not very hot.

Ordered a lamb shish with salad and extra cheese and all I got was a wrap with loads of cheese and a bit of red cabbage.. worst take away I've had in years. Really disappointing and will never go back

Waited over 2 hours for my food to be delivered after a phone call to prompt the delivery. Have ordered from Deniz Kebab multiple times in the past, food is always great quality and has been on time until now. Shame really, won’t be using them again due to the ridiculously long delay.

The food came early. But the meat and chips was inedible. It was so cold and as a result the meat was rock solid and the chips were like cardboard!! Not satisfied with this at all, really disappointed!!!!
