It was a very bad experience at the store always. This time I tried getting an apple tango and I got sparkling water. I came back and asked about it and the staff was rude to me asking why can't you ask us before filling my drink. And next I chose orange tango and trust me it was 90% sparkling water and 10% tango orange. However I can't stop buying from there as it is the only subway in Upton park, and that's why they always keep their behaviour rude and they know people will come back anyways.

This complaint is about the worker ‘Kishin’ I wanted 3 three cookies but. This person ‘Kishin’ kept on pacing the kitchen. It took 15 minutes before he left. I called him but he just ignored me. He had an unpleasant facial expression. So I wasted 15 minutes of my break just to not get served. This person has been extremely impolite and very rude not just towards my family, but all the other customers. I’ve heard all of my close relatives and friends complaining about him. We have been ordering and coming to Subway in green st for a long time, our experience in the evening of the 3rd of Feb was horrible. We have received a flyer on the post with the app offers and my kids really would like to experience the whole app ordering. When we got to the shop, my oldest son simply asked one of the staff about the app ,that he downloaded on the same evening, the staff point to the app poster at the shop saying that it wasnt working without any help or kidness to the kids. Not a warm greeting, not a nice explanation..... Why? Is this how you treat kids that were very looking to experience what you are promoting on the post? We live around the corner and used order a lot fron Subway Green St and the dispointment on our experience was shocking. We will not return and i hope you train your staff better.

Today I went to this store . Normally I don’t like to write reviews about anyone. But today I am doing because it’s make me really upset. This is very regretting that the behaviour of the sandwich chef whose name is Sujj or something like that is very rude because the way he behaved it’s seems looks like we are the Customers does not gonna pay the money. As he his serving free food. As a customer whatever we want it’s his duty to make it that way not to ask us unnecessary question that are we gonna pay the money or not Or behave rude . If he had a bed day he can’t express its towards the customer. It was a really very bed experience of mine and embarrassing as well. I just hope that this review will help him to learn a better customer experience skills. Not to behave rude with anyone.

After the renovation, the staff changed and the service is terrible. Employees with headphones in their ears listen to music and do not hear what customers are saying. the sauce is diluted, everything floats. The service is terrible, the girl is slow, barely moving behind the counter

The team here at subways needs to be change on a serious note. They aren't coordinating properly and arrogance is like what they are selling. Costumers like me dont like to visit here specially at morning hours but to mess up with those serving guys. They were too rude and not proper in any aspect of dealing. Service is very slow no matter which one you go to, so bear that in mind when you enter this place. It is never very busy and the shop is small. Staff always have a very worried look on their faces as if they are calculating how much money they will have left after they pay their alimony and the monthly bus fare. Subway sandwiches are not exactly great anyway, but a veggie sub is sometimes within my horizon. Yeah, occasionally it hits the spot. Even though it is a miserable experience going there this Subway is still better than the Barking Road one.

Absolutely disgusted with subway. ARIF who works there was absolutely rude and would not accept that he or his colleagues had made a mistake for the salad box they packed for me. Quite abusive and argumentative. Never have I heard such pathetic excuses. When I rang they kept passing the phone back and forth as they knew they had made a big mistake and charged me for it and then wouldn't help and said to go through uber as that's who I got it from. One of the staff creeped me out he only served me three times and all of the sudden he asked me a barrage of personal questions like "how old are you?" "Where are you from" "Do you have a boyfriend" "are you married??" And the fourth time he served me he just randomly talked about wanting a son because his wife gave him daughters so he kept going on and on about how he wanted to get a second wife but his current wife is preventing him. He just proper vilified her for not letting him do what he wants. And straight after he asked the questions I mentioned above. I get this is Green Street but that doesn't justify his weird behaviour.

Terrible... too busy talking half way through giving my order and he starts talking to a co worker.. as a consequence he messes up my order and gets upset when I ask him put it right half way through making my sandwich.. No seating to speak of so you have to stand and eat your food. A complete dive. Will travel out a bit further for a subway next time.
