Subway in Newham

fix your opening times it shows opens until 5am all days but when you actually go there its closed at night. What is the point of misleading customers who travel from long way to get here?

Visited today, only one staff was working in shop, but seems he was one man army, name badge “Darpan”, even though working by himself never got upset or irritated, this guy is true asset for this shop, so polite, multi tasking & great customer service. Please let this staff know you’re amazing.

They accepted even after the store was closed. Made me have to change just eat for a refund and wouldn’t let the driver cancel.

The restaurant says that it opens at 10:00, at 10:10 they are still making preparations, they sit and say nothing, the girl stands behind the cash register and talks to colleagues, the service is disgusting!

When first ordered it was supposed to arrive at 02:05. The driver drove his motorbike on to my block right outside my house. The loud noise woke up my neighbours and my child.

It was a very bad experience at the store always. This time I tried getting an apple tango and I got sparkling water. I came back and asked about it and the staff was rude to me asking why can't you ask us before filling my drink. And next I chose orange tango and trust me it was 90% sparkling water and 10% tango orange. However I can't stop buying from there as it is the only subway in Upton park, and that's why they always keep their behaviour rude and they know people will come back anyways.

My foot long cookie was undercooked and overall, not enjoyable.

again tried the doritos as it's one of my favorite snacks.... but came basically free of any cheese or sauce... might as well buy a plain packet of doritos crisps .... I truly crave this snack and its ashame I will not be risking ordering it again .... absolutely unacceptable.

This complaint is about the worker ‘Kishin’ I wanted 3 three cookies but. This person ‘Kishin’ kept on pacing the kitchen. It took 15 minutes before he left. I called him but he just ignored me. He had an unpleasant facial expression. So I wasted 15 minutes of my break just to not get served. This person has been extremely impolite and very rude not just towards my family, but all the other customers. I’ve heard all of my close relatives and friends complaining about him. We have been ordering and coming to Subway in green st for a long time, our experience in the evening of the 3rd of Feb was horrible. We have received a flyer on the post with the app offers and my kids really would like to experience the whole app ordering. When we got to the shop, my oldest son simply asked one of the staff about the app ,that he downloaded on the same evening, the staff point to the app poster at the shop saying that it wasnt working without any help or kidness to the kids. Not a warm greeting, not a nice explanation..... Why? Is this how you treat kids that were very looking to experience what you are promoting on the post? We live around the corner and used order a lot fron Subway Green St and the dispointment on our experience was shocking. We will not return and i hope you train your staff better.

The guy who is in today’s closing shift around 10:45 made perfect sub sandwich which i was looking it’s absolutely super amazing i love it

Not happy with the service. The lady and the man they are not polite or kind. They make you feel not welcome. Rest all of the branches have good staff only upton park station hasn’t.

Today I went to this store . Normally I don’t like to write reviews about anyone. But today I am doing because it’s make me really upset. This is very regretting that the behaviour of the sandwich chef whose name is Sujj or something like that is very rude because the way he behaved it’s seems looks like we are the Customers does not gonna pay the money. As he his serving free food. As a customer whatever we want it’s his duty to make it that way not to ask us unnecessary question that are we gonna pay the money or not Or behave rude . If he had a bed day he can’t express its towards the customer. It was a really very bed experience of mine and embarrassing as well. I just hope that this review will help him to learn a better customer experience skills. Not to behave rude with anyone.

Food was good however the rude person behind the counter ignored me and kept talking to his friend when I clearly wanted to make a order, I had to shout at him to get his attention and he barely paid attention to me asking to repeat what my order was. Food was decent though

After the renovation, the staff changed and the service is terrible. Employees with headphones in their ears listen to music and do not hear what customers are saying. the sauce is diluted, everything floats. The service is terrible, the girl is slow, barely moving behind the counter

Very nice branch actually, workers are nice and friendly and the place is clean enough every time I go. Never had a bad experience although last time I went the bread was bit harder and dryer than usual, I’m guessing it was in the oven for a few seconds too long maybe??

I ordered a pizziola sandwich but their service was so slow and the sandwich was not toasted properly and the manager here was even more rude.Even after making a mistake, he turns back and shows that he made it well.Very bad experience from upton park subway.

This branch NEVER participates in offers and whenever I want to use my points to pay, 'the machine is broken'... Update: served by some rude guy called Kishan who I was nothing but polite to but he made me a horribly messy sandwich, zero manners and didn’t even give me a bag… I had to ask and even then it was too much work and effort for him to put it in the bag himself. Save your attitude for the people who are actually rude…

Wish I could give 0 but there’s no option. Disrespectful staff, lied saying they don’t scan the app, if you can’t scan the app why is there a scanner and fliers saying download app. So stingy with portions and completely disrespectful, learn some manners or get a new job

The team here at subways needs to be change on a serious note. They aren't coordinating properly and arrogance is like what they are selling. Costumers like me dont like to visit here specially at morning hours but to mess up with those serving guys. They were too rude and not proper in any aspect of dealing. Im been here thrice and i found all diffrent guys at front but all are same in attitude and dealing. Never gonna visit again to this branch.

Service is very slow no matter which one you go to, so bear that in mind when you enter this place. It is never very busy and the shop is small. Staff always have a very worried look on their faces as if they are calculating how much money they will have left after they pay their alimony and the monthly bus fare. Subway sandwiches are not exactly great anyway, but a veggie sub is sometimes within my horizon. Yeah, occasionally it hits the spot. Even though it is a miserable experience going there this Subway is still better than the Barking Road one.

Absolutely disgusted with subway. ARIF who works there was absolutely rude and would not accept that he or his colleagues had made a mistake for the salad box they packed for me. Quite abusive and argumentative. Never have I heard such pathetic excuses. When I rang they kept passing the phone back and forth as they knew they had made a big mistake and charged me for it and then wouldn't help and said to go through uber as that's who I got it from. Disgusting. Never again. I'd give 0 stars if that was the option ! Pathetic customer service, no wonder they're loosing customers !

I went to buy subway and there was a offer, I asked them and they said there was no offer. I called them and they said they did have the offer, then went again later that day they said we had it only if you bought it with different cards and if you have a subway card.

Clearly had enough points on my subway card (over 1000) showed the person, he scanned my card, and told me I cannot use my points. Extremely disappointed, will never come back to this store again.

Not a fan of subway, but when I purchased for someone, I noticed a measly 4-5 meatballs in a footlong sub.

It was yesterday night , food was great as usual but he charged me extra even he didn't give me receipt. I realised when I came home.

Service can be ok or terrible, staff need training, they are always out of stock of 80% of subs and ingredients. They don’t participate in subway discounts. Avoid this subway if you can, go to the one in East Ham.

Horrible service and do not have the core salad for your sub. The staff tells you after you've past the point of no return.

One of the staff creeped me out he only served me three times and all of the sudden he asked me a barrage of personal questions like "how old are you?" "Where are you from" "Do you have a boyfriend" "are you married??" And the fourth time he served me he just randomly talked about wanting a son because his wife gave him daughters so he kept going on and on about how he wanted to get a second wife but his current wife is preventing him. He just proper vilified her for not letting him do what he wants. And straight after he asked the questions I mentioned above. I get this is Green Street but that doesn't justify his weird behaviour.

How those people living 1st world country without basic manner if u want to know pls visit this Upton Park station subway , trust me u will get ur answer .the person behind the till , don’t want to serve u with your sub card point , might be he has no idea for consumer act law of the England.its my request to SUBWAY company pls keep eye on this store bcoz of ur company goodwill , this subway don’t look clean and tidy and on top food are not fresh as we get the taste from other subway thank u
