Would give a zero here! Quite honestly the worst meal I have ever had. You may as well give your money to charity!

Great place for a quick take away. Got some salt and pepper wings, special crispy noodles with seafood and crispy aromatic duck. I asked for some chilli oil on the side which they provided (really makes all the dishes!). They threw in 4 fortune cookies as well. Highly recommend if looking for a quick Chinese take away. I ordered via just eat and they had 40% off and they had given me a 10 quid voucher too so got all the above for 8.88 including the 2.5 they charge for delivery!

This is my favourite Chinese takeaway, amazing crispy wontons, Singapore chowmein and special curry. I have never been disappointed, the food is always fresh tasting and really nice. Not too expensive, would definitely recommend

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Having to pay double the price on Uber eats apps too is very flipping cheeky off them!

OK... couldn't get to my regular Chinese so ordered Singapore Noodles, Capital Spare Ribs and Chicken Chow Mein... as my craving self is always tucking in before I remember to take pics...oops... the food looked fresh and was hot upon arrival. The Singapore Noodles had an lingering and overly curry powder taste, like when the curry powder hasn't quite been warmed enough to catch to properky meld into the food, the Chicken chow mein was fairly bland , defo nothing to write home about. The Capital sweet and sour ribs looked glistening and were very tasty, the hi-light of a rather underwhelming meal... although it wasn't that melt off the bone texture, so you do need your gnashers; but they weren't too tough. (Didn't find any surprise 'meat type of substance that you can't quite identify...') so whilst in no hurry to reorder from there again... if push comes to shove, to fill a gap, I would eat their food again, not the Singapore noodles though, would likely have to have some type of hot pepper sauce to offset the blandness if truth be told...

Really lovely Chinese food I ordered via Just Eat. The large Pancake roll is AMAZING, BBQ spare ribs and dumplings were really nice too, the barbecue sauce was really nice.

After waiting 2.5 hours for my food to be delivered I was not impressed. Rang the restaurant after 1.5 hours to be told they were busy. 2 hours Rang again to be told drive r was just leaving. 10 mins no Eventually turned up over 2.5 5 hours since I ordered. Was my sons birthday had family over it was ruined. No customer care they could not have cared less not even an apology. Spend over £50 not even a free bag of prawn crackers. Won't order from here ever again!

The food was decent, nothing too fancy. Portions are decent size as well, however the food is oily. The soups were very tasty though.

This takeaway was incredibly disappointing - poor quality food, cold on arrival and the chicken certainly did not have the texture or taste of chicken. What was ordered was a variety of dishes with very different tastes however each dish tasted the exact same. No taste, extremely bland. Disappointed - will not be using again unfortunately.

Lovely food. I am a life long vegetarian, so am quite particular about the food I eat. Beijing House always server up the best quality food. My favourite dishes are: Tofu in Black Bean sauce Salt chilli Tofu vegetable fried rice They do a great plain chow mein too The only thing negative about Beijing House is that it generally takes a while to get the food delivered. But then they are popular and therefore busy. If I plan ahead then I will expect my food in about an hour, not a problem. There are only 2 Chinese takeaways I will ever use now, as I'm tired of being disappointed. Beijing House is in my top 2 in the area out of the 18 available to deliver from Just-Eat. .

Worst Chinese takeaway I've ever had the misfortune to consume, the delivery driver lied saying he had called the apartment by the intercom system but received no response. Even though he later said he couldn't find the building because the postcode provided was incorrect, we verified the postcode given on the app and email confirmation to find another lie provided by the driver. Upon offering to walk down the street to find him, I walked out the apartment block door and found the driver stood right outside by his car waving, obviously knowing he was in the right place. Due to the delay in receiving our food, upon dishing up the food was stone cold, tasteless and overall horrific. Didn't even receive a simple apology from either the driver or restaurant, there are plenty of better choices in the Canary Wharf area so I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I really love this place, if I were to get Chinese takeaway in the area then I would definitely go for Beijing House - and strongly recommend you do the same. Do not expect luxurious or 5* food here, this is perfect if you're staying in on a Saturday evening and want takeaway food along with Netflix. I've been ordering here for around 2-3 years and the only time I had trouble was on Mother's Day last year where it took around 2 hours for the delivery. BEWARE on busy days, just like most takeaway joints. Beijing House is consistently a favourite in our house, and hopefully in yours too.

Revoltingly uncomplex flavours. Lemon chicken was dryer than a badgers elbow after it had crawled through tons of mud after a night out. Also it was primarily batter.... lemon batter was NOT what I ordered. Maybe it was on the menu and it was an honest mistake. Number 23. Lemon batter.Don't even get me started on the lemon sauce. It like Jesus had arrived up and turned it into water. Flavourless and Runny like a hangover dump. Meal for two would feed two very small eleven year old boys whilst they play Call of Duty. Stingier than my father when I was a child in desperate need of a new pair of school shoes!Only saving grace was the time we waited. Which wasn't long at all! Which was satisfying especially for our empty stomachs in desperate need of lining for the evenings celebrations! I liked the sweet and sour sauce. 'Twas alright!

The special fried rice smelt like urine & the wings were so bland. Fast delivery but i will never be eating from here again. I have to go and cook dinner now.

The food I ordered was completely inedible. Threw the whole lot in the bin. The rice was burnt. The curry was so thick needles spoon to serve.Will never ever order from here again...

This is my normal Chinese take away but they really disappointed with this order. The chips were burnt and completely inedible. The chow mein had a burnt taste. This is very disappointing as I am a regular.

Not happy this time- for some reason not as good as usual. Chicken and Black bean extremely salty, I could not eat it. S and s chicken hk style very chewy and hard. Chicken noodles very oily. Disappointed, especially for almost £45. Don't know if I will order again.

Chilli and garlic chicken could've had more garlic in it. Couldn't taste any. Aside from that food was spot on.

It's been a while since I had nice Chinese food. This is one of best Chinese places I've eaten from, definitely going to be my new regular! Delivery only took 35 mins and the food was piping hot. The portions are HUGE. Defo recommend!! Lovely

Sadly this restaurant has gone downhill. The food was good quality but recently found a piece of metal in my fried rice. The delivery guys don't even bother to find my apartment. They just leave it with reception. Willing to overlook until I found the piece of metal, luckily I didn't crunch down on it. I'm going to try somewhere else from now on. YMMV

Worst delivery service ever!!! Waited over 2 hours just to receive food. Disappointing.

Food wasn't good!! I ordered a couple of hours before delivery was required providing the time it was required; confused? The Beijing House were, the takeaway was delivered two hours early.......they then re delivered but about 30 mins late. Not withstanding this most of it went into the bin - I will not use again and I would not recommend.

We waited 1hr 30 min for our delivery they phoned us after a hour to say that it was coming but they are very busy because of it being Mothers Day. We then waited another 35min for our Food by the time it arrived the chips were cold and soggy and the food in general was below standard and we had gone past being hungry. We will not order from there again.

Beijing House has been my favourite Chinese takeaway since moving to East london. As I work very long hours on most days I often find myself in need of some TLC (tasty, lovely Chinese). At first I tried a few different places, but Beijing House is miles better than the rest. The food is well prepared and every dish is as tasty as the last. the deliveries are fast and always with a smile. Great value, delicious Chinese, what more could you ask for?
