Order came wrong, asked for extra cheese which wasn’t on the sandwich also ordered 2x cookies which never turned up with order and drink was wrong ordered coke cherry zero original coke turned up

Paid for double meat on both wraps, which is an extra charge and on both we only received a single serving

Gave us the someone else's order and when I tried to ring twice no one answered. Currently waiting on response from Just Eat about a refund.

toasted sub was 50 minutes late and when it arrived it was soggy. it tasted disgusting. I know these things happen, but I was very disappointed.

when I ordered my food the delivery time was 30 mins but every 5 mins the time kept going up and up eventually took just over an hour from the time of placing my order, the food arrived and the delivery driver was rude and practically threw the food at me, my food was cold when it arrived. honestly not the best.

They got everything mixed up. I was very specific with my note I left about the meats. one salad got the other salads meat one came without sauce. neither warmed up as requested.

Ordered 2 Philly cheese toasted sandwiches and was no cheese on them and wasn’t toasted, also ordered a pepperoni slice and was sent some spicy jalapeño balls with some kind of sauce which went in the bin, staff need more training I think

ice cream was melted and the hot side was freezing.. Good job the sarnie was cold I fail too see the balance here.. the driver was more bothered about his video call then my order.. he was over half hour late and kept changing times.. this drive needs to get his priorities in check or being a deliver driver is just not for him..

courier nearly smashed my living room window he knocked that hard and when l went to answer the door he dumped it on my front step never waited until got to the door l am disabled can't walk fast and l have ring doorbell bell that he never rang just been lazy not happy with him but my subway sub was lovely

ordered through delivery and the food wasn’t great, the customisations were all backwards on mine and my boyfriends sandwiches, the bread was wrong on one sandwich, my chips were freezing and i ordered cookies with each meal and 3 extra cookies and they sent the complete wrong cookies. i feel like they should’ve at least called and asked if we wanted other cookies if they didn’t have the ones we had ordered or just make them unavailable on their just eat tablet like they’re supposed to. idiots.

The new bacon and cheese stacker was a good choice, turned up slightly late due to the delivery guy not been able to find my address however the food was still warm enough to eat and was still tasty, cookies are always amazing 😋 Note for delivery drivers, use Google maps if ypu can't find somewhere not just drive around hoping you'll find the address, by that time the food is cold.

Missing items in the order, tried calling the shop and phone just ringing through an no other way to contact them.

I have gluten intolerance so I am limited in what I can eat, but I like it when I go in, friendly staff, never too busy and it's pretty well presented

Service was slow and the young woman who served me called ellie was very blunt and rude, and whatever she was doing on her phone seemed more important than getting customers served. Wouldn’t reccomend

Food was stone cold. Ice cream was a liquid. Missing items. Nothing was labelled to what it was ( one was gluten free). Bag was ripped open and covered in ice cream. Awful experience

Missing Nachos no option to claim for only nachos so had to claim for full meal. Every time I order from here they miss something however it was delivered with the bag open so do with that info what you will.

I tracked the delivery and the driver was still at the restaurant. He arrived outside my house though, despite tracking information, and was rude to me because I didn't meet him instantly. Several things were also missing from my order.

Cancelled my first order for no reason… did not even toast the sandwich the second time when i ordered like i asked.

Ordered two salads and a sub. Sub was the only thing that was right. One salad was just lettuce, a few tomatoes and meats, no additional cheese or any other stuff that was ordered. The other salad was a few salad vegetables ingredients. No meat no additional bacon, no cheese. So disappointed, doubt that we’ll be ordering again.

Almost £8 for a salad that was so poor, never will I ever buy these again. Hardly no topping and no care in presentation, just thrown in and meat hacked in messy slices. If this was served to me in-store I would demand money back. Awful
