Garlic bread was so hard i couldn't eat it apart from that it was ok

As usual fast service and good food. Unfortunately they sent the wrong crisps. Not exactly the end of the world though.

I was having a rubbish day, and I think the guy on the counter could tell. He cheered me up in no time and had me laughing away in the couple of minutes it took him to make the best subway I can ever remember having. Thankyou Shruthikesh. Thankyou Subway. Made my day 😊

Ordered some sandwich platters for work conference. These were ready on time and were all really well made with fresh ingredients. Staff friendly and helpful will definitely order again.

The only bad thing was the nachos I paid for taco beef and they were just plain with the cheese and jalapeños so paid extra for nothing

Food was cold the delivery driver some how managed to get to my house , and drive all the way back to subway without ordering my food I messaged and I didn’t get a reply ? The food was eventually delivered cold , A star for the lady being polite that’s all

Review of Subway in Abingdon I had a very disappointing experience with Subway in Abingdon. First and foremost, it took a staggering 50 minutes for our food to be delivered. When it finally arrived, the quality was unacceptable. The bread looked and tasted at least a day old, and there was barely any filling in the baguette. I had specifically requested mine to be toasted, but it came out cold and unappetizing. The sides we ordered, including mini hash browns and chicken tortillas, were also cold. For over £28, I expected much better than stale bread and minimal filling. This was our first and last experience with Subway. I won't be returning.

I made an order £20 worth roughly, asked for toasted and the sub wasn’t even toasted it was completely cold. This is ridiculous, I wouldn’t recommend this subway to anyone. If you can’t get the simple things right then, what can you do right ?

Order came partly incorrect (incorrect vegetables in a sandwich) and barely warm despite very speedy delivery driver

Terrible we have juat recieved our order not only was it all wrong added where not asked and removed what we paid for none of it was toasted. Did not even know that was a thing. On a plus not they are consistant, cosistantly shocking. Makes mcdonalds seem good and they dont even know what day it is.

I ordered 1 item, and they pushed my delivery time back and back. When it arrived, I had the completely wrong order and so rang Subway and we arranged that my actual order would be dropped off. The worker told me 10-15 minutes. It had been over 45 minutes since then, and I decided to ring in AGAIN and ask for an update. The worker told me no delivery driver had come to collect my order yet. Don’t order from here if you have somewhere to be.

felling misssold by the big sing at the door saying 50% when you download the app, I did so then the stuff said is only for current users not for new users, also the lettuce was old with very bad taste about to get rotten

6.15pm on a Friday evening and the chap that serving here is spot on . Happy, helpful, professional. He restored my faith in humanity, there are still nice people around.

I have placed an order on here, and its telling me that it has been delivered to me, which it hasn't. I have called subway for help which they couldn't. I can't see the Tracker to see where the driver is. The reason I ordered on here is because i am unwell.How do I go about getting my money back. And how do I get my food. Your driver is unavailable and poor customer service.

The 12 cookies I ordered over half were over cooked and rock solid

One of the staff named Sidhu was very helpful as I spoke him and he kindly spoke to me about the variety of options as I am limited to what I can eat. Due to there help I was able to vary down the meal to eat. Strongly recommend this place.

Was out on a hiking trip when I found this place. Dude named Sid across the counter made an amazing sub with a great conversation to pair with. Definitely would recommend this guy for a promotion

Arrived at 20.30. Subway website says open til 22.00, Google says open til 21.00. Staff told us they were closed already and to leave.

Worse Subway ever., Had Nachos in a box from there and may subways around the country. I always say no to salsa but instead ask for a bit of extra cheese instead. Not tonight had to pay extra. Had a bad experience after new years when i went in, flat soft drinks machine and ingredients and dressing missing. Tonight was my first return Never again.

The manager Sidhu was amazing with his customer service. I had a problem with the app and an order he was happy to help me and gave me a free sandwich to fix the issue.

We came in 5.30pm and was greated well. The gentleman gave us time to think about what we would like. He put on new gloves to prepare our subs. Absolutely lots of filling and fulfilled extra extra extra olives very well. Smiled and gave my husband a hand shake. Super down to earth and I wish there was more of him working in customer service. Thank you. Ps if you see this we were the couple with the boy In the pushchair and ordered 2 footlongs and a kids pack with just cheese untoasted. 😊

Food arrived really fast because it was mostly wrong! Missing items, wrong salads & wrong sauces and I only ordered 2 sandwiches and muffins!

Driver wouldn’t come upstairs to actually deliver the food. I was in a teams call with work, Left the food outside by a random random door. Really poor service, by chance I found the food.

First order never turned up, second order was 20mins late, very unhelpful staff.

I booked order at 10am for 12pm lunch didn't arrive to after 12:30pm,but it was worht the wait

Toppings not spread out half the end of the roll is missing cheese and ham. Alot of cross contamination. Touching meats then with the same gloves touched a veggie option. The knives for cutting the sandwiches were caked in numerous sauces. I couldn't get salad due to how messy the trays were each thing mixed into the other. Charged me extra money for double cheese as you can see from photo attached they don't care to be there or for presentation. Go to tescos buy a baguette and make your own. This sandwich cost £10 and this just the sandwich. They stated that they don't do meal deals anymore.

Subway does great salads with lots of options. The staff in thiis place are friendly and attentive, more so than in Subways in other towns I've visited.

Just thought I would pop in as it’s sunny out and fancied something fresh and tasty received the complete opposite, walked in and tried to order for about 5 minutes as they couldn’t understand me eventually I asked for a new salad bowl which for one was tiny and didn’t even fill half the bowl missed half the toppings and missed the sauce even after me telling him he forgot it also ran out of drink cups so gave us a tiny one overall very disappointed will not be coming any time soon and definitely would not recommend !!

Always very happy with this Subway and their delivery. They forgot one of our sides - a salad side and the cookies didn’t feel that fresh but all in all, we were pleased with our takeaway.

Poor effort from some of the staff When asking for salad the person hardly made an effort, placed a few small amounts of pepper etc and I had to prompt for more
