Costa Coffee in Vale of White Horse

This is a franchise cafe as I learnt but the coffee is Costa, however, the coffee doesn't taste how it suppose to be, and they start to charge people for coffee cup-take away! The irony is that the cafe is in the middle of science campus and not everyone has the time to take their cup before getting to work!

Not actually a Costa, just a Costa machine in a RAL coffee shop

09:30-10:30 when it’s coffee time there is one staff making coffe and everything else, and there are 20 people queuing inside .. waiting 30 min (their cofffe break ), to get a coffee. Why not 2 staff members at peak time?

Janet is the best server! Always smiling and very quick to get my coffee ready! Definitely recommend it!

Good staple, although the coffee is usually a bit more bitter than Starbucks, and their travel mugs are quite a bit more expensive, but the coffee is a little less expensive and they have free water fill up, so I'd say they're on even footing.

Always good place for a coffee after long trip to harwell campus. Sadly dont take any offers, rewards card etc of other Costa outlets

Dreadful! One of the dangers of having a captive market. The lady running the place today did me the pleasure of reminding me of the epitome of appalling customer service. Refused to toast a flatbread sandwich that was intended to be eaten hot (although they have grills plugged into the wall) and then as I left I thought I'd take a coffee with me however wiping tables and putting chairs on tables at 1.30pm was more important than custom. Avoid, unless you really need a @costacoffee .....
