I ordered 4 platters on the day I needed them and Sarah managed to get them ready for me first thing in the morning. Even though she was working by herself , she still got the job done and served other customers as and when they came in. I was genuinely impressed so had to leave a review. Each and every time I come in to make a big order last minute , it always gets done.

Went into the shop today only to b told that I cannot use my voucher, as it been expired. The date of the voucher says 30th October. I did point out that it said 30th, but was told I couldn't use it. As I didn't have enough cash, I said I would leave it. As I walked away, the young girl shouted to me, r u seriously, to which I walked back as said that was very rude. I asked to speak to the shift manager & she said that it was her, so asked for her name it which she refused to give. Another colleague then came and apologise to me, as she dissappear behind the shop. Where I asked him for her name, as I wanted to report her to the manager, he still wouldn't give it to me, but said he could ring his boss. I then spoke to the shop manger about the girls attitude & how rude she was. She then came back to the shop floor to listen to the conversation, while she stood with an attitude. When she heard that, she straighten up & said the boss can see her on camera on her phone. This young girl was so so ride, that I have never been spoken to like that before I also picked up how rude she was to the another staff & how aggressive her attitude was. The shop manger told me I could use the vouchers today, as it was still valid & couldn't understand why the staff were refusing it I passed the phone back to him, so she could talk to him. After the phone call he said that the voucher still cannot be used today, but he will let me have sub for the voucher price.

Went in for a sub but felt very uncomfortable as the manager was screaming and shouting at staff. In fact one particular employer was being bullied. It was very up setting to see this kid being treated like that. She actually said in front of the whole shop after hurdling abuse at him, “He’s doing my head in“. So unprofessional she seems like a power head. The other staff couldn’t concentrate on my order had to repeat it five times. I will not be going again, could not support this behaviour. I have tried to get through to head office but with no success, which I find poor. Hope this so called manager is sent on managerial course on how to treat her staff and her staff maybe sent on conflict resolution to cope with her

It seemed a bit of a rush when we went in. All 3 staff were helpful but I think they were doing pre orders so busy. Unfortunately two sandwiches were mis labelled. As a result, and I'm a vegetarian, I began eating a chicken sandwich. I know they were rushed but if someone had serious allies then mis labelled items could be very serious

Boy, what's always there, there's always a huge cave dweller, you go for free and you don't eat the dirt...before you eat fish and chips in the long legs, you might only have fries because the fish are pretty big Ps. It's really funny how bad this flight was rebooked because of food poisoning

Absolutely disgraceful service. Food arrived stone cold and missing two portions of fries. No excuse. I used to work at McDonald’s, and we actually cared about quality—especially with deliveries. Clearly, that standard is long gone. What made it worse? We tried calling the store eight times and got no answer. Staff clearly couldn’t care less. Completely unprofessional. Spent over £30 on this order, and it was a total waste. My old branch would never let this happen. Clearly, staff need proper training. This franchise seriously needs to get its act together—this is beyond a basic management issue at this point. Happened multiple times, not just with myself… many other people.

I specifically asked for a pork sausage roll and a cheese and onion pasty. I got all the way home and found a vegan sausage roll and a different pasty to the one I'd ordered. How is it possible to get a simple order so wrong? I was the only customer so it's not even as though they were busy! Not happy.
