Subway in Gateshead

Great service by Lewis. No 1 bloke hope he gets recognised for being no 1 bloke pay rise should be on cards

Made my sandwich with effiency and gave me lots of toppings. Also smothered it in mayo. They were a bit stingy with the salad but overall great!

I went to subway in blaydon on my way to work to get a breakfast footlong sandwhich I'm guessing the young lass behind the till was a newbie as she said sorry I'm just learning she was by herself and really didn't look comfortable being by herself surely she should have another member of staff with her to train her anyways I order a footlong with bacon egg and sausage once I got to work I was very upset I had 1 slice of bacon 1 sausage and the egg was all cut up into tiny pieces there was more bread than anything else. I really feel like this was more to do with the company not training this person correctly or lack of training not anything to do with the employee as she was lovely just didn't know how to do it.

The manager was very rude no communication skills towards me as she was making my sandwich..wouldn’t recommend.

Never remember names but if I do it’s for the wrong reasons. “Gina” one of the rudest workers I’ve met. Been in on 2 occasions, first I thought maybe it was just a bad day,but then the same on visit 2. Banging and clanging about and just rude in general. Id hate to be her coworker. The other 2 lads on the other hand I didn’t catch there names, a blonde lad with longish hair, mega polite and welcoming full of manners and the same for a lad with dark hair. Both kindly wished me a good day and both had made up for what had been a bad experience.

I visited subway Blaydon today the lad bailey behind counter swearing in front of children saying he was pi**ed off and cant be fu***d slamming peoples sandwiches on the counter when It came to mine he slammed it on the counter and when I said did you have to slam my sandwich down he replied yes! Which made me say a few things to him his attitude was disgusting

Not happy with order lack of filling some items missing in sandwiches rang up complained said only 3 staff in and 2 were new staff and extremely busy well why take the order told to bring sandwiches back for refund yeah right not be using this again
