We 'R' Burgers 'N' Wraps in Gateshead

Decide to cancel order 15 minutes after ordering with no reason.

Ordered a few times good quality and well priced

Missing items with my order and the food couldn’t even be rated 1 star that actually came it was that bad, when I called up about the missing order they didn’t offer refund and should’ve let me know that they didn’t have the correct items

We ordered on Deliveroo, the menu online was very confusing, this should have been the first red flag. The nachos are NOT nachos, looked like deep-fried tortilla wraps, making them very greasy. The burgers were actually okay, not too bad, very big and full of fillings. We ordered Tango and Pepsi Max and received Fanta and Diet Coke, so this was wrong as well. And to top it all off, we all ordered a cake and none of the cakes arrived!!! Tried to call to ask but restaurant closed. Definitely will not be ordering again.

Ordered here today for myself and my daughter, food came on time and was absolutely lovely thank you to the staff who prepared and cooked it will definitely be ordering again 😊

Ordered The Double 6oz Patty Burger with cheese and sweet potatoes. The meat was top quality , presented well and tasted lovely . Ordered on Uber eats app . Will definitely order again

Food didn’t turn up. Then marked as delivered and it’s now 3 hours later and it still hasn’t arrived. Called the restaurant over 10x the phone is disconnected. Absolute waste of money, no wonder it is rated 1 star. If I could give 0 I would.

Genuinely the worst takeaway I’v ever had! Chicken burger came, the bun and chicken were burnt and tasted horrible! Nachos and cheesy fries had no flavour! Expecting a lot better after waiting over an hour for delivery! Difficult to comprehend how they thought sending any of that food out was acceptable! Would strongly advise not to order from here. All in all the wrap, burger, nachos and cheesy chips were abysmal and it is all now in the bin!

3 hour delivery twice in a row. Ruined my night waiting around. If youre gonna be longer just say. Infuriating annoying experience
