Missing items with my order and the food couldn’t even be rated 1 star that actually came it was that bad, when I called up about the missing order they didn’t offer refund and should’ve let me know that they didn’t have the correct items

We ordered on Deliveroo, the menu online was very confusing, this should have been the first red flag. The nachos are NOT nachos, looked like deep-fried tortilla wraps, making them very greasy. The burgers were actually okay, not too bad, very big and full of fillings. We ordered Tango and Pepsi Max and received Fanta and Diet Coke, so this was wrong as well. And to top it all off, we all ordered a cake and none of the cakes arrived!!! Tried to call to ask but restaurant closed. Definitely will not be ordering again.

Ordered here today for myself and my daughter, food came on time and was absolutely lovely thank you to the staff who prepared and cooked it will definitely be ordering again 😊

Ordered The Double 6oz Patty Burger with cheese and sweet potatoes. The meat was top quality , presented well and tasted lovely . Ordered on Uber eats app . Will definitely order again

Food didn’t turn up. Then marked as delivered and it’s now 3 hours later and it still hasn’t arrived. Called the restaurant over 10x the phone is disconnected. Absolute waste of money, no wonder it is rated 1 star. If I could give 0 I would.

Genuinely the worst takeaway I’v ever had! Chicken burger came, the bun and chicken were burnt and tasted horrible! Nachos and cheesy fries had no flavour! Expecting a lot better after waiting over an hour for delivery! Difficult to comprehend how they thought sending any of that food out was acceptable! Would strongly advise not to order from here. All in all the wrap, burger, nachos and cheesy chips were abysmal and it is all now in the bin!

Absolutely vile !! Do not order here. Food uncooked - BBQ sauce is not gravy no matter how much she argued on the phone. Absolutely vile whole order for £25 went in the bin.

First time I’ve ordered from here and can safely say it will also be the last. The order was almost an hour late, the man on the phone was dismissive and abrupt both times we called for an ETA and when it did finally arrive, 2 hours after ordering, the disappointment only continued. Items were missing from the order and the items that were there were not great. The portions were tiny, the food was excessively greasy, rice burnt and in clumps, and the food was cold. I hate leaving negative reviews so seldom do but this was just such a poor experience that I feel could have been handled better. Had we had better customer service and the restaurant have made an effort to engage better, then I absolutely would have focused highly on the positives but unfortunately, that was not the outcome.

Unit 7, Maingate, Kingsway North, Team Valley Team Valley£7.20 for a sandwich that may have been assembled from across the room. Stale bread, miniscule portion of meat and ridiculous amount of salad. Not even cut all the way through so it was a mess to eat. The worst Subway I've ever been to
