The chicken was in edible it was so tough and chewy it had been fried to death worst chicken I’ve ever had and to top it off the whole order was cold also

Salt and pepper chicken and egg fried rice were bland and curry sauce tasted very watered down. Was a good temperature and good portions sizes otherwise and parts of it were nice.

we received the wrong drink and the sweet and sour chicken did not come with the sweet and sour sauce which was not an option when ordering.

Placed an Order that was over an hour and a half late to the point I contacted Uber eats and they also weren’t any help! Tried to call the shop myself and it took me 42 mins to get them to answer the phone, which all I received was “it’s on its way” 😐 total joke!!! Avoid at all cost…

Waste of money,ordered barbecue chicken wings which is not barbecuing at all,the king prawn rice taste salty and the king prawn chow mein taste a bit better,over my worst Chinese food I have ever ordered,No napkin,no spoons to eat the food just waste my £33+on this order.

It was really, really dry as if we just been given the the last of all you can eat buffet i wouldn't give that to my dog i dont know how anyone can get away with selling that.

Usually decent, tonight was absolutely awful. Ordered before 19:30, food didn’t arrive until 21:15 (45 minutes after delivery time) Ordered a munchie box + 2 extra dishes, munchie box arrived cold and with tiny portions (rice portion in a tub the size that sauces are elsewhere, noodles in a smaller tub than dishes etc.) The two extra dishes were meant to be black bean and cashew, both in identical watery sauces with little to no flavour and no difference between them. Avoid, won’t be returning.

food was disgusting was very dry asked for no vege it came with loads so my daughter would not eat it as she alergic to onion then they forgot my gravy the only thing me son eats is chips and grave so time his grave did come the food was freezing all food went in the bin cost me 31 pound

The meal was quite tasty however I would have expected the Szechuan sauce to be a thicker consistency and not exceptionally watery. Overall taste was good

The amount of food I got for the price was scandalous the delivery time was absolutely atrocious had ordered for my kids for tea but they ended up falling asleep without it as it took that long definelty wouldn't order from here again so much nicer places and better value for money than here definetly wouldn't recommend to anyone

Food was really really nice, had a chowmein and the portion’s bigger than most places. Delivery time was great for how late we ordered it aswell

waited over an hour my son fell asleep with out his supper. he always has a supper treat on a Wednesday. rubbish food I won't ever order from here again. food was cold and of very poor quality. only family member that got fed tonight was the dog !!!!

I would give 0 if possible. Listed in Uber Eats as 'Phoenix Chinese', inferring a better rated restaurant in another part of town. Order did not arrive and nobody answers the phone if you call.

Order 2 added things and they didn’t come and when we rang the restaurant to clear things up they declined every call

Ordered nearly 2 hours ago and my order still hasn’t turned up . They said they couldn’t find my address so I was asked to contact them which I did , 60 TIMES!!!!! My address also had a pinpoint so that they could easily find it and I was also stood outside from the minute it said it left the restaurant so that I wouldn’t miss it. And every single time it said user busy they had taken the phone off so that they couldn’t receive any calls.FOAMING!

DO NOT order from here. I ordered as a treat after a long day and couldn’t be bothered to cook and the order never came. Restaurant set the status to “delivered” even though it never arrived. Don’t know why you would own a business and then not actually do any work. Baffling. Place should be shut down based on the reviews.

Ordered a munchie box but two things missing. Couldn’t be bothered to complain. Food wasn’t great. Just didn’t taste right. Salt and pepper seasoning was different and just not as nice as other places. Seaweed was disgusting. Won’t be ordering again from here. Just not to my taste.

Value for money but not a great variety of food

Chips were freezing cold. The curries were were basically cold. The rice was tasteless. The beef in two beef curries was freezing. Absolutely dusgusting. Last time was quite delicious. Calm far too early. Felt like the food had been sitting there for a few hours.

Been coming for years now and as always great foods.

They got the order wrong. We phoned to get the missed item and they said they would deliver it but they never did. As this was a key item for one of our kids, this was a big problem. Not good. Food was only ok

awful 3 prawns in prawn chow mein it was dry no onion no beansprouts all clumpy, salt and pepper chicken like rubber chicken and sweetcorn soup 6 pieces of sweetcorn over all waste of money

Food was overcooked. Too hard to eat. Tasted like yesterday's leftovers.

Ordered chicken and sweetcorn soup and crab meat and sweetcorn soup. Delivery was late but that didn’t really bother us. Opened soup and it was very watery. Wasn’t crab or even a crab stick(which is usually what you get) but cut up prawns. It went down the sink. Chicken fried rice was ok and the salt and pepper chicken acceptable (think been cooked too long as very dry) Don’t think we will use these again though

Food was cold tasted of grease rice was burnt and still full of clumps. Onions in the curry over cooked bits of slime curry sauce was watery and no taste . Prawn crackers were the best part .

Food was ok. Got the toon box. Prawns seemed undercooked so didn’t eat them. Wasn’t exactly hot when it arrived but decent temp. Rice was dry and all stuck together. Chow main was ok again dry so added curry sauce. Salt and pepper chicken and chips ok. Overall definitely worth the 2 star. Driver was later than latest time too.

Ordered gravy chips and rice and it was the plainest Chinese gravy, absolutely no flavour and watery. Could have made it in the house. Ordered two cans of Coke Zero and I got given 2 Fanta?? Won’t be ordering again, would pay £5 maximum for that.

Have been ordering from here a while now and the food is spot on. Great portions (not too much not too small) and tasty dishes with veg cooked just right.

The food was room temperature. BBQ sauce was bland, noodles were dry, chips were soggy. 30 minutes late, called at 5 mins late and shown as delivered, got told I’d be called back, didn’t called again at 15 mins late to be told 5-10 mins.
