Rude staff Trying to rip you off with extras that are already in other sandwich’s for free DO NOT USE Went to greggs next door loads better an a lot cheaper

Came here for lunch today with my hubby and friend and we always get our usual of a salad box, we usually come here every week to eat as we live subway so much. This branch I would say is the best around with polite staff and a special mention to Reece who is a really credit to the team as he makes sure he gets everything right and is really friendly. I’m glad to hear today that you are now doing boiled eggs again which I have always loved but had to stop for a while as there was a shortage of eggs. Only one thing we are disappointed about which is no fault of the staff is the chicken teriyaki is being stopped, it’s such a shame as we all love this and are not going to be getting this soon anymore.

We visited Subway at Tower Road, Gateway retail park, Lowestoft today for lunch and we were greeted by the most amazing and friendly staff. Janet and her colleague (didn't get his name, he had a terrific Marvel tattoo on his arm) were very kind, courteous and were great with our children. They swiftly dealt with our order. These 2 staff members are a credit to the Subway chain. They wished us well on the remainder of our holiday. What a great customer service experience! That's how it's done! The restaurant was spotless too and the toilet was clean with plenty of soap, hand sanitiser and toilet roll. Thanks for a lovely lunch!

I hope the owners of the subway on tower road read this! I came to subway the other day with some friends as we ordered ahead. Waiting for 20 minutes, we’re more than patient. I politely asked how long it would be and the woman glared at me and loudly shouted “AS LONG AS IT TAKES!” I was taken aback, and it’s put me off going again. The orders were wrong as well as we got incorrect salad and sauces. Such poor service. If I were in charge she’d be sacked on the spot treating customers like that!

AVOID - dishonest staff. Ordered via Just Eat yesterday and the delivery mysteriously disappeared - although today it shows delivered (wasn’t delivered). Called the North Quay Subway Lowestoft branch to be told “nothing we can do, the driver probably stole it, contact Just Eat”. In total disbelief that they have shoddy and dishonest people working there. Left a comment and rating on Just Eat and they have removed it.

This is possibly the worst Subway I have ever been in to, a queue of people and staff standing around doing nothing. A new person was being 'trained up' by what I presumed was a manager who seemed to be unable to delegate to non busy staff and ignoring customers in favour of explaining to the trainee how to to put a piece of paper on the counter. The staff member on the till constantly mumbled so it was very difficult to understand what he was saying and got irritated when I asked him to repeat. There were only 3 customers in front of me but I was still stood there over 15 minutes later. Shocking service and not managed properly.

Went in for something to eat, and use the loo. Not a lot of choice of meats or rolls no hot drinks, no clearing or wiping tables after people left. Tables wobbly and floor filthy. This is Lowestoft London Rd. But can't fault what we had as was nice

Food hot as required but won't have the chicken bites...! As soft and moist .not nice . Sub filling was okay could of been more filling . But over all a nice experience and food was good .

Attrocious service focusing too much on delivery service rather than customers in the shop. Shouldn’t be taking deliveries on if the staff aren’t capable of dealing with both!

Ordered from Uber eats for delivery the other night! Was told the order was being prepared and would be with us by 6.30 latest! My order was then cancelled at 8.30! No refund or no sorry! We went into subway for lunch today as a little treat due to not Being able to have one the other night! Chicken was dry bread was over cooked! Mayo tasted bitter! Took it back and complained! Was told as I took a bite out of it can’t be replaced so lost £17 worth of food! The bathroom was not very clean! Toilet had mess all around it! Sink was filthy staff were very rude won’t be returning or ordering again

Ordered off Just Eat, Order cam in reasonable time, Unfortunately the order was completely wrong, all sauces was wrong and the drinks was missing. Tried to call with no answer. Had to drive to the store. Greeted by the senior who instantly put the blame onto colleague, The young gentleman professionally agreed to redo the two adults meals i brought back with the addition of making them a footlong for their mistake. Brilliant! Until the senior came back and refused and was telling the young guy that he going to be in trouble the next day. she carried on cleaning while the guy done my order. Felt very awkward how the 'senior' spoke to the guy who was called matt or ben i think. Before i had even left the door she was literally shouting at him, how he was in the wrong. felt very sorry for him as no worker should be spoken to in that way! Poor guy!

Honestly the worst service. Apparently short staffed but the 4 staff that were working didn’t focus to complete anything! 25 mins for a sub. When I commented on how poor this was, I was dismissively told the were short staff and online orders take priority to the customer in front of them as they have paid and that’s the way it is!! He couldn’t even get the salad bit right despite asking me several times what I wanted. I won’t be coming back to this outlet for sure. Disorganised and rude with zero customer service skills.

Visited this subway and as my sub was being made it was left so the person could serve someone else Asked for peppers and got about six slices asked for more and he scrapped the container to try and get some. The sides were full of scraps and bits of sauce. Was a terrible experience

Just popped into this branch this morning, politely asked if they were doin breakfast, staff member shouted abruptly NO!!! and walked out the back

Absolutely vile. Tasteless food compared to other Subway’s which has made both of us ill (chicken, bacon and cheese) along with a rude member of staff. Definitely put off Subway after this. Do not visit.

Went to the store this evening with my son, he ordered his and then i mentioned i am gluten free. There response was fantastic , they cleaned every where down and made me feel like it was no problem. They were busy at the time...

I haven’t had subway for ages but this was the probably the best I’ve had. The staff were friendly and polite and for once took some care when making the sandwich to ensure it still actually resembled a sandwich when it was unwrapped!! It didn’t...
