Food was cold due to delivery driver not being at the store in time. I called the subway and they had it ready but no driver turned up until 40 mins after scheduled delivery time! Food arrived 45 mins late

Salad ingredients on the turkey and ham sadly missing.Not what is usually encountered

Got someone else’s order less money aswell

We had to pick it up but they throw it out

I order my food at 3pm and after me calling the man at the store sorted my order out but it wasn’t delivered till 6:09pm an absolute joke

u didn't have the crisps I wanted so U put two bags of another packet

Food was thrown together no care what so ever. I’ve had better for the money. Wasn’t worth it

This service is a joke I was told when I did the order it would be 40 minutes And did not get to me for hour 35 minutes and was cold I don’t think it’s acceptable

There was a very small portion of salad, there is normally much more

Where do I start? The order took two hours to come, the delivery time just kept changing - apparently the food took over an hour to prepare. Amazingly once I had complained to just eat and asked for a refund the food began its delivery journey. The courier then went 20 mins out of his way to come back on himself to deliver the food. The hot stuff was cold, so so bad, never again

my food was never delivered, it says it was but it wasn't and we have camera evidence that it was never delivered

Half of my order was missing. Despite paying in full for it. And the footling I did receive was missing a lot of salad

Been here a lot and over every visit the quilty seems to decline everytime. So much so now we will now stop going. When I order a sandwich I don't expect there to be less salad in it then the meat. I couldn't believe the guy counted the number of cucumbers and tomatoes totalling 3 of each. It's clear this store is cost cutting while upping the price. A Tesco meal deal is now better a Subway, bad times.

As usual order was wrong - sub not toasted & no sauce at all. Just Eat request a photo of ‘no sauce’ - absolute joke!

If I could give zero stars I would. I contacted the restaurant who advised when I ordered at 18:50 my order was done at 19:00 however my partner then had to pick it up at 21:50 as they have NO delivery drivers ……… disgusting customer service from just eat not the restaurant

I had meatball marinara which had more sauce than meatballs which ruined it I also ordered pepperoni which was never put in

The delivery time kept changing and there was no option to cancel the order so it made me late for an appointment as I had to wait around for the delivery driver- I wasn’t expecting the order to be nearly two hours late!

Missing items. Sandwichs incorrect. How can double cheese be clearly written on the receipt and be mistaken for 'no cheese'. How does toasted being clearly stated be mistaken with untoasted. Staff are probably overworked and underpaid.

I never got my order yet it says its delivered. You delivered to the wrong address.

The delivery window kept changing and I believe that’s because the driver was doing multiple deliveries

Ordered and said it would be delivered within about 20-25mins initially. Time was changed about 5 times and ended up being approx an hr since I ordered it before it arrived. I understand the restaurant is at a shopping centre but if they can't efficiently process online orders as well as walk in orders then maybe they shouldn't facilitate this as it was almost like the online orders kept getting pushed back constantly. I had somewhere to be and wanted something fast so I was then late

The delivery time kept changing and getting longer and longer. Originally quoted 25 - 40 minutes but it eventually was delivered after 60 minutes. If I had known it was going to be as long I would nit have ordered. The delivery person was friendly.

they'd run out of the bread I wanted, checked with me and used an alternative. No drama. Even sent a note apologising. ❤️

Apart from walkers baked crisps everything was good

It took 1hour and 15 mins to arrive . When it did it was cold and the top part of the bread roll was soaking wet and inedible . Thoroughly disappointing service and food .,

Food was really late and when I called Subway, they were confused as the driver had picked up the food about 30 mins ago at this point. Food showed about an additional 15 mins and it was cold. Can’t blame Subway but can’t rely on the delivery

The food times kept changing. Only 2 of the orders were correct. wrong crisps and no salad or cheese in one of the subs. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered the sausage bacon and egg which should have included ketchup and cheese. I asked for tomato and onion added in. I received sausage tomato and onion. NO BACON NO CHEESE NO KETCHUP. So dry and bland.

Discontinued all the good vegan options. No TLC or plant based cheese. Plus they don't do hot sriracha any more. The only hot sauce they have has milk in it for some reason. Shame as used to come and order from here all the time. Won't be coming back.

Came in the other day was served by keenan, he was very polite and hard working. Asked me how my day was and was generally very nice :) happy with the service x

Kenan clearly loves his job, rude, arrogant and damn right lazy. He clearly doesn’t like work. ‘He said what do you want’ wow did your parents not teach you manners or did subway not offer you customer service training? My other half then asked for the breakwich sub, and he tutted and walked out to the fridge to get boiled eggs. It took him the best part of 10 minutes. We shall not be returning.

The clinginess of the restaurant was disgusting as tables still has reminder of crumbs and food which was also on the floor, put it this was the outside tables and floor was cleaner, staff did not seem to care about the was the store looked, staff were prioritising online orders before the customer in the store

Such a friendly welcome, the manager and staff had fantastic customer service. Very helpful & delicious food. Good value for money too.

It's changed compare to few years ago. Some of staff members are just lazy. They had patty in stock but not on the counter. One staff member said we don t have it and other staff member got it from the back.

No decaf coffee or tea on sale.

Such friendly staff, food was lovely, staff are always friendly and welcoming. Will be coming back

Staff were terrible, unhelpfull and rude, asked for a manager, told none were in with a shrug, they really couldnt give a monkeys what they were doing, our group left to go next door!

Just been now at 5:10 to Subway and they been very rude to me saing they close at 5 pm . On their door and on their website it is still 5:30 on Sunday ..... So just bear in mind if you have been all day skiing and you are 6 starving people hoping you will get a big meal on the way back home ... this is not the right place for you !!! Not happy at all !!

Tables are dirty and the staff look sad. Food was not warm cause they cut the time in the oven and as a result was cold and dry. Not the best

Ordered a foot long, lady offered me to go for a meal for £6.69 and at he counter she wanted to charged me £8.69. Telling me she mistakenly offered me that £6.69 Erm… is that up sailing “desperate”

What a pile of 💩 you don’t get what you ask for turns up cold potato wedges cold and undercooked pigs in blankets lukewarm potato hash browns taste like they was reheated from the day before avoid this place and to pay £35 for this s##t I expect a better service. I will be requesting a refund

Disgusting service… spent £50 on lunch 10 items missing so called them they said all I could do was log it on line to get a refund in 7 days.. not the first time and then the lady I was speaking to hung up! Absolutely appalling customer service they need an attitude check….

The worst subway I've been to. Stale bread and charged for wrong item. No points added despite swiping card. Will not be using this branch again.

Busy today, but the staff kept pushing through the lunchtime rush to serve everyone. Shout out to Phoebe, who gave a subway with a smile!

Nacho chicken bites were bland and a bit stale. The steak & cheese bite and meatballs were nice. Roast chicken sub was also a bit bland.

Excellent customer service. Although short staffed the lady working today was very cheerful and lovely.

Very busy at lunch, especially with delivery drivers but very friendly staff eveyrtime I go.

Came in at 3.30pm 22/07/2021. Was served by surly young bearded unenthusiastic staff member, who barely spoke and when he did I couldn't hear him and it was monosyllabic. He just dumped the salad in the sub and didn't say thank you at the end of the transaction. Not impressed.

Generally ok but gets busy which makes some staff cranky. Most of the staff are friendly with good customer service. However, A "Lauren" one of the staff was extremely rude. May be due to pressure of lunch time though

Visited 2 days in a row . Day 1 , tills not working so could only use cash and not collect or use points . Fairly chaotic experience . Technology does go wrong so understandable . Day 2 .. no onion at least they told us before the order . However was asked of I wanted Chipotle seasoning on the potatoe grillers , replied yes . Sat down to eat and no seasoning on either of ours . Went in to query and told there was no seasoning available so they added salt . To be told this after we paid , after we said we wanted seasoning is not good enough . Fortunately Nandos next door were willing to give my daughter some seasoning as to be honest without seasoning its like chewing cardboard

Always look forward to a subway but a little disappointed this time. Lack of taste, didn't have the right bread and ran out of a few ingredients. Also it would be good to train the staff to prevent cross contamination of veg ingredients with meat. Same glove is used to pick up meat and then cheese etc.

Very poor service barely any sauce on the meatballs and could barely find the chicken tikka in my salad box too much chatty

Not impressed with the cleanliness of the tables and floors There was left over food on the tables and floor after 15minutes we had to ask staff to clean the table and they just wiped it onto the floor

Staff exceptionally helpful and helpful we always use this branch for many years.

I love subway!....just got a free coffee with my points earned....they move with the times. Less plastic and more veggie and vegan options. I had the meatless meatball marinara salad last week and it was FAB-U-LOUS ❤️ The Hempstead valley branch I go to has really friendly staff....a Canadian man there really goes the extra mile re service. Super meal deals to be had too.
