This was so disappointing took well over 1 hour and 30 mins is only 1 mile away if that and was cold. Will never order again

Missing the drink on meal deal

The stake and cheese order came and the bread was soggy on half and stale on the other half, the stake was cold and wet as well. unimpressed by this because it was completely uneatable

ordered a toasted footlong that came freezing cold a cookie that had half missing and ordered a costa latte and paid extra for but received ice tea ??? called up and fobbed off wont be ordering again.

Think driver got stuck at train line, the breakfast sub was cold cold.

i am not happy ordered a 12inch bmt with no sweetcorn bc i hate sweetcorn and they gave me sweetcorn and i spent extra on the cookies and they didnt even give me then and gave me the wrong drink! i am not happy!!! and i asked for toasted and they came cold!

Waiting hour and twenty minutes, food was freezing cold

It looked like a blind man had put our sandwiches together, then hacked them up with a hammer, wrapped them up, put them in a bag then played football with our lunch. I don’t know why I keep bothering ordering from here because it’s shockingly awful every single time.

Always enjoy Subway that's just a given but the reason for this review is the staff. They are AMAZING!!! Always extremely kind, friendly and helpful. I rarely leave reviews but felt the staff here need a shout out, keep being awesome!!!

I ordered a footlong meal deal and got a 6". My daughter ordered her 6" sandwhich with cheese and toasted on hearty italian, she got it on Italian no cheese and not toasted. The filling was minimal. Absolutely shocking

My order has been marked as delivered but has never arrived.

I go to subway quite regularly at various stores in Preston and a couple in Manchester where I work and this is the only store where the bread isn’t fresh and soft. It’s stale and hard and practically inedible. Same with the cookies. You can tell they’ve spent too long on the shelf and instead of taking them off when they go hard, they leave them there and sell them. I’ve been so many times to this store and I keep thinking it will change and it never does. It’s such a shame because the staff are brilliant. They’re really friendly and very quick to serve you.

Ordered a 1.25 litre bottle of Coca Cola Zero, but only received a measly 500ml of the mentioned drink - not the first time Subway Bamber Bridge conned me out of money. Now come on, and get your act together! Without customers, no Subway! Period.

Everything was perfect apart from accuracy, Past few times I’ve ordered I wanted one of my subs not toasted and it kept getting toasted so I put in the notes to please not toast it. They did take notice and didn’t toast it which I was so happy with however both tuna subs were requested with mayo and one came with south west sauce on. Luckily my sister tried it and didn’t mind the taste too much but for places like subway that have specific options I think there’s room to take better notice

Food was awful cold and looked like it had been chucked together.

You put wrong drinks in and wrong cookies in my bag and my sandwiches was Squashed with the bottles being on top of my sandwiches

This place is shocking. Pay a fortune for absolute rubbish. Send wrong items literally every time. Ring up but their never wrong you always are. Foot long wrap? I wouldn't bother...

Ordered yesterday just before close on just eat and got my food delivered to buckshaw within twenty minutes, didn't have cookie in stock so they gave me a diff one and left a nice note appt with another free cookie :) sub was good perfectly toasted and perfect amount of meat and salad

driver turned location off to take a second delivery, when turned back on he had gone completely the wrong way clearly to take another delivery

Paid for delivery and was missing sandwiche so had drive to shop anyway. One was stale bread. Girl in shop very rude and needs to be taught customer service skills. Wast of money and time

Thanks for the delivery. The food arrived, but unfortunately without the drink or sauces that were ordered. Had to phone Subway Bamber Bridge, to enquire about the drink - they were not helpful at all. They want me to go out of my way and go into the store, to collect the drink, but sadly, I have no way of getting into the store - no transportation. Since the drink was not delivered, hopefully I can have that refunded.

✅The Sandwich was hot. ❌ Both BBQ Meatball items arrived STONE COLD. I had to use my Microwave, to heat the Meatballs up. Not happy.

Ordered for the first time using the app. My order was collected on my behalf but was toasted when I had asked for it not to be. I am unable to eat toasted food due to a current illness. £10 and time wasted. Unable to complain via the app in order to receive a refund.

Took nearly over an hour to come - predicted time was 30mins. Garlic bread was cold and my sub had no lettuce in!

we ordered two foot long sandwiches. One was missing. They blamed Just Eat and Uber. No initial apology. While you can get cost of sandwich back you don't the service charge or delivery. They refused to send another. Got a call back with an apology, finally. This isn't the first time this happened so won't be back. Subway needs a better system and to take responsibility for missing items.

Email saying it was delivered and it hasn't been I would either like my food or a full refund asap.

Ordered at 12:39, arrived at 13:36, food was cold. I live 3 minutes drive from the restaurant. Could be better. App said the driver was at the restaurant up until 13:32 then suddenly the driver was in Lostock Hall which I doubt very much he could have gotten there in 2 minutes.

I placed and order 30 minutes before close (didn’t check the time) and they delivered quick and it’s good food!

Driver brought food on time nice and warm and not spilt all over.

Can never go wrong with a Subway

When my food arrived I was missing my drink, the lettuce in the salad and on the sandwich was turning brown and was very wilted, I had meat on half of my sandwich, the bread was hard which meant i had to leave it and the salad was missing cucumber. I was sent a cookie for free but this did not make up for all the things wrong with my order. I will think twice before ordering from this store again.

Not my first time ordering from here as it's the top rated Subway in the area, and it probably is the best I've had takeaway or delivery from around here. It won't be the last time either, no problems with the orders and made and delivered in good time.

I am very prone to a salad from Subway and I ordered for some friends at work today too. I just wish you'd get a bit more meat in the salads to bulk them out but otherwise they're always lovely. My friend said her sandwich could have been a bit warmer but to be honest the delivery driver was stood at the end of the path looking at the birds in the trees for a few minutes, which is cute but also I want my food warm mate :) I don't know if I should disclose that Subway gave me a free cookie to leave a review. So this is kind of commission paid.

Subway totally nailed it again. The sandwiches were fresh, tasty, and packed just right. I'll definitely be hitting them up again!

the fold was absolutely 💯 amazing and the delivery wow on time.

Only the ends of the sandwich had sauce, otherwise all was good!

The food was quite cold considering it had been toasted. Wasn’t ideal that it was put in the same bag as the cold drink. Had a decent amount of sauce and salad though.

Many thanks for the delivery. Unfortunately, I paid for a 1.25 Litre bottle of Regular Coca-Cola, but received a 1.25 Litre bottle of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar. I have found myself having been shortchanged by £1.50 as per prices shown on the order page.

Ordered from here last night food was delicious and even gave me a free cookie which was so lovely with a nice note, which put a smile on my face. Whenever I go in the staff are friendly and always make del ious sandwiches. Spin who works there is also amazing and I love going in to see her and get a nice subway.
