Domino's Pizza - Bamber Bridge in South Ribble

What a poor branch of Dominos this is.. I used to be a big fan of Dominos a few years ago. This branch delivers very bland, poor quality pizzas. Also on my most recent order a few days ago (previous to this I hadn't ordered from them for several months, despite living only a few minutes away) it took 45 minutes for the order to get delivered.

On more than one occasion driver has not delivered food after it being out for delivery for over 45 mins from leaving shop (7 min drive from house) Upon ringing the shop staff are very rude and repeatedly put you on hold before speaking when you call then stop answering altogether. Very poor service altogether

The only dominos on earth who can cook the perfect pizza. Despite a train track separating them and me, the delivery is always under 30 mins…and i live at least 8 minutes away.

Dominos in general is usually quite good but this location is really poor.

This is the 3rd time I have had issues with the pizza I have ordered has missing ingredients, nothing seems to improve at this store! I would advise using Domino’s in Layland that’s where I will be ordering from in future.

First time ordered from dominoes pizza and will never do again! Overated and disappointed to how good it was suppose to be! Was basic! Delivery time was not good to what said.

Fast and efficient, delivered in half an hour piping hot. Cheap enough with the deals on the app. Good quality as expected from Dominos.

Wouldn’t recommend eating here anymore. Customer service is a sham and the manager is of an unlikeable sort. When you have to not only shout obscenities over the phone but then drive into the shop to get a replacement for a poorly-packaged pizza, you know not to go there anymore. Attached is a photo of my pizza which slid out of a badly folded box, which when mentioned to the manager was told he himself packed it and saw no issues with it! What a joke, most pizza shops are cheaper so don’t bother.

Just like any other dominoes good food and nice staff. Just still more expensive than a pizza shop

Regular user of dominos but lately their pizzas have been getting thinner and thinner. We have noticed the change over a few months but tonight's order was beyond shocking. This will probably be the last time I use dominos because it's so so thin and I can't even tell you how much it lacks toppings. I don't even want the pizza I've just received. There's nothing to it. Can barely taste anything other than dough, even though there's not much of that either! Dominos is nothing special anymore, unfortunately. I don't know how they justify the prices against the lack of quality these days. For the price of the food, I expect the same quality which was once a thing at dominos. You get more from a £5 pizza from a standard takeaway now. We literally got more cheese on the side garlic bread than we did on a large margarita. It's a shame this food chain doesn't stick to the quality it once had. I can see this company going into administration in the very near future. Sad to be leaving a negative review for a takeaway brand I once loved. If you fancy a good pizza with plenty of toppings and not thin enough it falls apart when you pick it up, go to kings castle in lostock hall. Banging pizzas

Shocking service, delivered wrong pizza so said they would send a replacement out and still not here after 50 minutes the manager Joe was shocking on the phone his attitude was disgusting

We've ordered from here a good few times and seems to have gone downhill recently. Last order tasted of nothing, bases were overcooked and felt like less topping than normal. Best thing about the order was the nachos which were smaller than normal too. Dominoes is overpriced so expect to at least enjoy it. Won't be ordering again. Iceland own pizza taste better for £2.

Every time we get a pizza from here it has to be Reheated in the microwave. The problem is the Drivers must not use sat navs because they never read the post code as the pizzas are always Delivered to Edward Street bamber bridge instead of Walton le dale

Absolute joke ordered over the phone drove to to collect and they will not accept cash as a payment had to leave empty handed since when is cash notvan accepted currency what are you supposed to do when you don't actually own a debit card

We have had lots of pizzas from Domino’s in Bamber Bridge. The one I had today was disappointing. The toppings were pitiful. Did not enjoy eat. Tasted more like a tomato and cheese pizza.

Thought I'd try as a bit of a change. Placed an order for delivery online via the website and when it arrived an item was missing. Delivery driver appolised and asked how I'd like to resolve it (I.e. refund missing item, have it sent out or add it to a order in the future). I initially asked for a refund, but after the delivery driver called called the shop, I was promised the missing item would be set out immediately. Which I thought was fair enough at the time. However, 1 hour after the initial delivery the missing item hasn't arrived and I have not and likely will not get a refund for it. So overall, the delivery driver was pleasent and nice, the food was fair and the initial delivery arrived on time. However, I don't appreciate the shop misleading the delivery driver seemingly and me not getting what I paid for.

Came to order in-store. Chosen off the menu on an advertised deal, priced at £20.99 and wanted an extra dip. They confused me with two different prices first being over £30 then the second price over £25. Despite me asking for the advertised deal price they would not honour it. Confusing and misleading, and overcharging. In the end I just decided to go grab food elsewhere. What the heck are they playing at ? Wouldn't bother going back.

I worked for them as delivery driver for 2 days and not get paid. Most of the companies are paying even for induction. They give me Uniform used by some one else and was not even washed. Owner lady is too much bossy and can not tolerate. Keep away from them.

Average pepperoni pizza that was far too salty not like I remember domino's won't rush back.

I ordered online pizza for the cup final waited two hours didn’t arrive. Called the bamber bridge branch to be told they were very busy and would be another 45 minutes. At this point I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I have still not received this. Spoke to branch four times now getting different people all promising to organise the refund I have emailed head office thru have replied to say they will investigate my complaint but still waiting. I have been a regular customer but will not be using them again. My order was only £19.98 but I have paid for food I did not receive. Very anoyed customer at the moment.

Food good but I don't like the delivery drivers wearing masks over their chin and breathing over you when they deliver. Don't they know their chin isn't a hazard!!!

Normally we love Domino's in Bamber Bridge but tonight, instead of delivering 14 chicken strips which I paid £9.99 for, they sent 7, worth only £4.99. I therefore rang up and told them of the mistake and thought to save them, and us, hassle, I asked for a refund of £4.99 for the missing strips. They instead said they would send the remaining 7 strips out to me within 40 minutes. 4 hours later......they finally arrived and were delivered by the same guy who simply shrugged his shoulders when I said, well its a bit late for them to arrive now! They were stone cold and clearly had been forgotten about so went straight in the bin. And I'm still £5 down but can't be bothered with the hassle of complaining again so instead will boycott them from now on. Well done Domino's in Bamber Bridge, you've just lost a long standing customer tonight! Really disappointed!

Boring bland pizzas. Better Italian pizza places in the local area at a fraction of the price. Giving it one star for the garlic and herb dip... best bit. Pizza arrive cold and wrong to what I ordered. The shop wasn't willing to change it.

tried ordering a half and half on a pizza tonight and the man said we have a limited menu and cant do that, i suggested ordering a full pizza and not putting the topping on the other half and the dummy said he couldn't do it, they need to employ people who can speak English and be a lot more accommodating........refused the order and refused to get the supervisor. shocking service

I ordered Domino's from Bamber Bridge choosing the soon as option. Received a text saying it was on its way, 40 minutes later the pizzas still hadn't arrived. I called and was put on hold, then told the driver was five minutes away. The pizza never arrived. The website said it had been delivered, when I called again no one answered and they had closed. The following day I called for a refund, the staff didn't apologize and just states they were a different manager on shift. I would not recommend and won't be ordering again, I will be fully supporting smaller local businesses in future

not pleased. spoke to a member of staff who told us they do free pizzas for nhs staff limited to 2 medium pizzas and they would deliver. i informed them i would take up their offer on friday and when i phoned i was informed that they do not and have never done that offer . so now we have no lunch and have to work 10 hour shifts.so angry right now, clearly bamber bridge staff have bad training or are just taking the mic out of nhs staff.very poor will certainly be telling all our local pharmacies and medical centres never to use this branch again.

Wow, attitude or what. Rude, ignorant and won't admit to mistakes. Sends the wrong pizza then takes 75 mins to send the replacement. Only sent after phoning again to ask where it was. Excuse! Theres a lot of traffic tonight I live 10 mins away. Jokers

Ordered last night, I use dominos far to much and always enjoy the food, but last night was shocking, boxes looked like they had been dropped and kicked around, 1 pizza was laced in seasoning the other made me ill, it actually felt like I had used a cheap takeaway!

Dont listen to what you are ordering so always get it wrong....go to a different branch where they may be trained correctly...AVOID THE BAMBER BRIDGE DOMINO'S

Ordered for lunch at work, was all cooked and ready for time of collection even with the size of the order placed.

Is it too much to ask for there to be Cheese on a cheese and tomato pizza ? Like seriously it’s the only real ingredient and these guys put barely any cheese on it at all , a joke of a place for the price

Got pizzas delivered yesterday. As the driver was leaving we realised that we had the wrong sides but the driver had already gone. Rang the shop and was told they would make two new sides and send them out right away. The promised sides never turned up! Poor service to promise customers something and not deliver it.

Love the pizza but it's way too expensive! That's why I stopped ordering.

This branch used to be better than it is now. Hardly any pizza toppings on the pizzas sometimes, which is ridiculous for the prices. Also several times I’ve ordered and paid for extra dips and not received them. Could be better.

Ordered a collection. Was made in time. Got back the pizza was wrong. Rang up was on hold for 20 minutes until they bothered. The man said 10 minutes he'll make another. Got there 10 minutes later and sat waiting for another 20 minutes. This time they got it right apart from the raw bacon. And had to finish cutting it myself. Not what you expect when you pay so much for a pizza.

I ordered my food online using their app for collection, I then rang ahead prior to the food being cooked and asked if they could change it to a delivery. They were more than happy to comply and the food arrived piping hot and on time. Couldn't ask for more. Good on ya

Always order delivery when Im at home and they are always very quick and the food is always cooked perfectly. The drivers are just as friendly and on request one of them even wrote a joke on the menu which entertained my brother! Great service

Waited over 3/4 hour even though I was 10 mins away watched him on sat nav going everywhere obv he was lost .finally gets to house and food was cold . Avoid !!!

Extremely pricey for what is is but overall the food is good.

They don't do contactless payment. Otherwise, good staff, quick service and delivery.

When food was delivered is was VERY sloppy and inedible especially the puddings! The only good thing was they sent a new order out and gave a complementary desert. This MAY have been a one off I don't know as I haven't used them since, but because of their speediness in correcting the mistake and extra desert I give them 3 Stars!

Can't understand the people on the phone!!! So resorted to ordering online the delivery guy the one with the beard was friendly which is always a bonus food was good and delivered fast
