Subway in East Riding of Yorkshire

Driver couldn’t read the street sign and find my adress!

Well wrapped, sandwich full and not falling out everywhere.

Dry - didn’t seem toasted and just was bland I’ll stick to other subways

most of the order was missing. when I called to ask about it there was no answer

never gave me the drink I ordered. food was nice

Something was missed off my order, I tried calling the shop 4 times and couldn’t get through. No other way to reach them..

food was abandoned in communal hallway, two floors down from my front door. by the time I found it, it was cold.

Never turned up even went into sub way they said driver must have stole it no help at all

Bread was hard inedible no option to toast drinks were wrong

Slight delay with the order due to busy drivers, which is perfectly fine. The order was during mid-day and I expected a delay. Unfortunately though the food arrived lukewarm and required reheating, and there was a mistake with the wrong side being added without a notification of a substitution if it was required. Aside from that everything was fine.

Didn’t deliver it to my front door he asked me to go round back and get it

We ordered a footlong sub and only a 6 inch came! Not happy at all! Such a price difference too!

Every time I come to subway my sandwich is toasted and I ask for veg on it after it has come out the Merry chef- no issues. Today I asked for this and was spoken down to and made to feel like an idiot as the sandwich is ‘obviously boiling hot’ and nothing can be added after toasting? As someone who was a manger of a sandwich shop I would ask the customer if they would like anything else adding to their sandwich before toasting if this is the case. Or alternatively suggest putting the vegetables in a pot so I could open the ‘boiling’ sandwich myself. Customer service appalling - coming from the manager / shift leader by looks of it. Other members of staff staring blankly at me. Sandwich wasn’t nice either paper stuck inside it. I was very polite after being spoken to like this too - not my fault you hate your job! You work with people speak to them how you’d wish to be spoken to.

Instead of a meatball marinara I received another sub.

Delivery was good, driver was very quick but food was poor, ordered a tuna with cucumber, lettuce and sweetcorn with mayo, instead I got tuna with pickles, olives, onions lettuce sweetcorn and sweet chilli sauce, my girlfriend ordered a plant patty with ketchup and instead got mayo and also came super dry aswell

Didn’t even cook the hash browns in my sandwich as well as missing the poached egg

Food was cold, ordered 12 cookies which should be 3 of each, 6 of them were some horrible strawberry things that they obviously can't get rid of so they chuck them in a delivery

Great subway. Staff always look at notes and accommodate. The only issue I have is the menu change no hot sauce 😞 it's not the stores fault.

The food was exactly what I ordered and in great condition and the service was great.

Wrong order, I ordered Italian herb and cheese bread, got plain bread, there was no cheese on my order, even though I asked for it and it wasn't toasted.

Food was fine apart from missing salad from one of the sandwiches. My main complaint is with the delivery driver who tried to deliver my order to my neighbour and didn’t seem to believe that it was for me insisting that the address was for next door. I suggest she reads the address with more care as it was definitely my address on the order. Her attitude was awful.

Stone cold when it arrived, no cheese, not toasted, and the wrong drink. Horrendous.

Absolutely rubbish for the amount of money we have paid. Where the foot long sandwiches made in the dark with the lights off? They look like they was thrown at the wall. Salad and filling in the sandwiches was missing what we asked for and paid for. Will not be using this Subway shop again in a hurry. And you have the cheek to call yourself sandwich artists. Rip off food for the money spent. Salad and meats not fresh. Rank food.

Charged 2.00 for extra cheese. Both subs came without cheese completely not toasted nk answer when calling resturant won't ever use this subway again

Asked for double meat on two subs, and only received the normal amount on both. Extremely disappointed as it cost an additional £6 just for the option.

Food was burnt and soggy at the same time, ignored dietary requirements. Told them to add no pepper but lots were added. Order not read and quarter of it missing.

It was my first time ordering from Subway for a delivery and I must say that I was totally impressed with everything. The delivery was super quick, the order was packed perfectly and the food was delicious. I'll certainly be ordering from Subway again.

This is the worst experience I want a full refund didn’t even get dilivered to my house I tryed to ring about 30 times no answers my friend even told the drives was not his food and still gave it to him glad ur so happy giving food away
