Nice genuinely friendly and helpful people, the shop looks a little tired, thank you ** Update this site had been refurbished, staff still friendly! **

Very horrible customer services, talking with people without any politeness. I am not recommending this place to anyone.

I usually love subway and I do realise sometimes they are a little stingy with the chicken tikka as that is my usual order but it has never been this bad when I tell you I'm appalled by how much chicken is on my 6-inch this isn't even a meal it's just bread with some veg at this point 🤦‍♀️

items missing from order . we spent over £50

not worth the money i paid. the chicken tikka subway does not have much filling at all. not hot only warm

All of our food was freezing cold it was extremely late half of the salad in mine was wrong it was not enjoyable at all full refund required.!!!

Times kept changing took a long time to find a driver

Went in for a foot long made the sandwich and as it is my fault but when I went to pay my card declined. The bank has taken money out of my account which I wasn’t aware of. I then asked if there was anything I could do as I’m very hungry and asked surely it will just be thrown away he then replied yes basically, my intention was never to not pay I wasn’t aware of it. Terrible service really throwing away fresh food instead of just helping a customer out which would in return be re payed by visiting more. Never again!

Rancid, hard overcooked meatballs in my subway. tasted like hard cardboard and they refused to refund or send a replacement. Will never order from Subway here again

I really appreciated that the delivery girl brought my order inside the building as I’m in an office and can’t necessarily leave my desk when my food arrives.

subways came cold and bread had completely hardened, delivery was pushed constantly further

well did not come with what I won't on it, I asked for lettuce, Cucumber, tomato,and red onion and it came with sweet corn, jalapenos and gherkins I don't like any of them. will not be ordering from there again

I ordered double meat but got so little. Not sure if it’s even single amount. This is my staple meal. So I know what I am talking about. I requested to warm up the meat. It’s completely cold. Very very disappointed.

Member of staff called leanne was being disrespectful about two people that she used to work with and when someone else that used to work with her tried to place a order leanne was heard to say no you can not have that she then said the under manger said so no you can't have it

I got a bit of a stomach ache afterwards but still 10/10

It wasn't toasted and barely had any filling. worst one I've had from this store. usually really good but you can see they have better staff than others for sure :) (not drivers fault)

It was later evening and me and my children visited on the way home from a school evening..food was good although the food layout could have been more cleaner looking,was abit chucked all over the place in the cabinet..still ..was hygienic enough to eat and tasted good..would revisit.

Not impressed none of the food was in the subs and all over the paper instead, everything was cold and the cheese bites tasted like they were fresh out the freezer

Worst food Iv ever put in my mouth! Meatball are dusty taste due to re heating them constantly and wedges are just as bad the texture and look of them constant reheat. If I could upload a picture it is so obvious. I don’t know who you have working there but they need to revisit you food hygiene.

Absolutely shocking never again ordered the steak footlong bun was toasted an I get that it isn't gonna turn up filling hot but atleast room temp the filling the so called steak ice cold like just came out of the fridge in not edible so I got to have crisp a cookie and a drink for just under 15 quid then only get a refund for 6 quid what a joke

I had my food delivered nothing in the bag was our items when I called the store for them to resend my order they wouldn’t do it I had to go in to store for them to replace it. Then I asked them for a refund and they couldn’t do it had to go though just eat for me to wait even longer to get my money back. That’s was the whole reason why i ordered online! I had a very upset child so thank you for that. Won’t be going back!

Really late potato wedges were cold and I asked for pickles and got cucumbers instead which is insane

A ridiculous stupid amount of lettuce in my salad, about a whole lettuce worth when I sent a note saying "not too much lettuce..."

I was missing over £5 worth of items crinkle cut wedges and cheesy bites… the two subs I did receive were totally back to front wrong sauces and extras on each… and finally no sauce pots what so ever total balls up for over £25. Need a full refund but won’t hold my breath

I had a tuna and mayo sub... they were tight with the tuna, there wasn't much of it at all, i had to search for it!. I won't be getting that again.. Infact the only reason why i got it was because they didn't have any chicken and bacon which i normaly have.

I ordered two foot longs toasted and neither was toasted. I also ordered hash browns which were cold. I sent a complaint to subway and they told me I need to contact you on here for a refund. Thanks

I’m disappointed once again. The problem has occurred again. £10 wasted again. I’m tired of spending money when my kids can’t eat because of the delivery service. I want a refund this instant. Please Just Eat I don’t like to complain.

Very good food and clean area where food is prepared, the only reason I've gone for 4 stars and not 5 is the service was a little bit slow but overall a very pleasant experience and tasty food 👌🏼 THIS HAS GONE DOWNHILL!! every time we order something is missing, the staff can't count or read but it needs to stop. If it's because they didn't have the item fair enough but make the effort to call and explain don't just charge and hope I don't notice.

As usual couldn't fault the service .. the subway app was yet again useless 😒 it never seems to work when required

We have had a cookie, missing a bag of crisp and our subs wasn’t toasted. And our food was freezing and I was Missing my southwest sauce for my nacho chicken bites. I pay this money to get my food and correct.

Doritos are so stale atleast check before serving them if you have an opened big bag.

Nice but just not on the bread requested, ordered 2 on Italian Herb & Cheese but all came with Italian White.

Bottle of coke missing from order. Rang the shop and told I could pop in or get it in my next order. Really friendly & helpful. Thanks

Food was thrown together falling apart everywhere pizza was crushed overall just disappointed
