Subway in Derby

delivery time not a problem. there was no cheese with the tuna on jacket potato. there was no lite mayo on my salad like I asked for. not enough filling on the jacket potato. very disappointed.

Usually pop in every now and then on my lunch break. It's recently gone through a change so it's all touch screen ordering; they have 4 screens in total so very little queue time. Now, Fridays it can get busy so the wait can be a little longer but nothing too excessive. Staff are lovely and easy to chat to. Also a positive upbeat vibe in there. 🙌🏼

Worst customer service by this lady lemine exceptionally rude and throwing comments as if she is forced to to the job

I ordered a meal deal. no drink and no cookie.

i’m not happy with the quality of my food . i payed for extra ham that i didn’t receive. there is hardly any salad in my sub so the bread completely overpowers the sub . i expected better as i was really looking forward to it , im disappointed

Apart from given the chilli cheese bites instead of cheese and garlic bites. Everything was perfect.

The sandwiches was all crushed, they should be packed in box not 2 sandwiches in 1 bag 36 pounds i paid and can't eat it i want a refund and you can collect them back

I usually love subway and I do realise sometimes they are a little stingy with the chicken tikka as that is my usual order but it has never been this bad when I tell you I'm appalled by how much chicken is on my 6-inch this isn't even a meal it's just bread with some veg at this point 🤦‍♀️

All of our food was freezing cold it was extremely late half of the salad in mine was wrong it was not enjoyable at all full refund required.!!!

Times kept changing took a long time to find a driver

Went in for a foot long made the sandwich and as it is my fault but when I went to pay my card declined. The bank has taken money out of my account which I wasn’t aware of. I then asked if there was anything I could do as I’m very hungry and asked surely it will just be thrown away he then replied yes basically, my intention was never to not pay I wasn’t aware of it. Terrible service really throwing away fresh food instead of just helping a customer out which would in return be re payed by visiting more. Never again!

I really appreciated that the delivery girl brought my order inside the building as I’m in an office and can’t necessarily leave my desk when my food arrives.

Rancid, hard overcooked meatballs in my subway. tasted like hard cardboard and they refused to refund or send a replacement. Will never order from Subway here again

well did not come with what I won't on it, I asked for lettuce, Cucumber, tomato,and red onion and it came with sweet corn, jalapenos and gherkins I don't like any of them. will not be ordering from there again

I ordered double meat but got so little. Not sure if it’s even single amount. This is my staple meal. So I know what I am talking about. I requested to warm up the meat. It’s completely cold. Very very disappointed.

It was later evening and me and my children visited on the way home from a school evening..food was good although the food layout could have been more cleaner looking,was abit chucked all over the place in the cabinet..still ..was hygienic enough to eat and tasted good..would revisit.

Worst food Iv ever put in my mouth! Meatball are dusty taste due to re heating them constantly and wedges are just as bad the texture and look of them constant reheat. If I could upload a picture it is so obvious. I don’t know who you have working there but they need to revisit you food hygiene.

Absolutely shocking never again ordered the steak footlong bun was toasted an I get that it isn't gonna turn up filling hot but atleast room temp the filling the so called steak ice cold like just came out of the fridge in not edible so I got to have crisp a cookie and a drink for just under 15 quid then only get a refund for 6 quid what a joke

I had my food delivered nothing in the bag was our items when I called the store for them to resend my order they wouldn’t do it I had to go in to store for them to replace it. Then I asked them for a refund and they couldn’t do it had to go though just eat for me to wait even longer to get my money back. That’s was the whole reason why i ordered online! I had a very upset child so thank you for that. Won’t be going back!

A ridiculous stupid amount of lettuce in my salad, about a whole lettuce worth when I sent a note saying "not too much lettuce..."

I was missing over £5 worth of items crinkle cut wedges and cheesy bites… the two subs I did receive were totally back to front wrong sauces and extras on each… and finally no sauce pots what so ever total balls up for over £25. Need a full refund but won’t hold my breath

I had a tuna and mayo sub... they were tight with the tuna, there wasn't much of it at all, i had to search for it!. I won't be getting that again.. Infact the only reason why i got it was because they didn't have any chicken and bacon which i normaly have.

I ordered two foot longs toasted and neither was toasted. I also ordered hash browns which were cold. I sent a complaint to subway and they told me I need to contact you on here for a refund. Thanks
