Worst McDonald& the staff is not respect to customers and very rude. Lazy staff members.

The food was cold by the time it arrived and the burger was falling apart

not happy received and the happy meal was missing well the burger and the toy so a very unhappy child and I've now not got enough food

I'd give zero stars for quality if I could. chips stone cold and rubbery, not edible! only half a cup of coffee as the rest was in the bag meaning I couldn't use the sugar, napkins or straw for the cold drinks. The cucumber sticks were put in the kids hamburger. Quite gutting all over really for £21!

Ordered a share box and only got the small one.

I ordered my food on the just eat app at 16.00pm still waiting 2 hours after and just eat won't let me cancel my order and if you do cancel you will be charged I am fuming 😤

The food was really nice and all the order was all there. food was still hot when received thankyou.

Food was lukewarm, delivery was 10 minutes late even with instructions on how to get here, delivery man came into right area just to go up the road & stay up there for 10 minutes. When I tried to flag him down he just sat there for 2-3 minutes. Worst delivery man we’ve ever had.

When you get attitude off a manager because you want to pay with cash at the till instead of kiosk. It took 20mins to get 1 muffin and 2 coffees. Delivery drivers pushing in front and staff have nothing to say about it. Absolutely shocking service

Was missing items from our order

Looks like my drinks and chips have been eaten half a cup of coke and half chips

I order a LARGE iced latte. It was barley half full. I asked staff it that is correct and apparently so. So 1 star for false advertisement.

My order had not been packed correctly and when it arrive the coffee had split all over my food. The driver couldn’t even give it to me so he took it away. I did the a new order and I still not have had a reply to my complaint or a refund.

No nuggets in the happy meal and no double cheese burger

Ordered 3 apple pies within our order. 2 were “out of time” & should have been discarded. Then the other pie was a donut ?! Thankfully all 3 refunded

There is only one burger instead of two chicken sandwiches and it’s plain which we didn’t want I wanted an hour for nothing

Orderd food online from the mcdonalds app, forget a few things including a burger how can you forget to put the food in the bag when you are reading a screen and looking what you have put in, surely you would double check also Divvy!!!!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered at 16:20 and it never arrived with no tracking update. I finally got a hold of them at 18:15 and tracking magically changed to apparently delivered at 16:55? Absolute joke.

Several items missing, the chips tasted like they had been sat out and general temperature of the food was tepid, disappointing as this used to be the back mcds around!

The worst experience with a mcdonalds ever. Food was stone cold and icecreams melted. The beef should be eaten 10 minutes after its been coocked based on food quality terms, but the restaurant thaught that having it on the counter for 40 minutes is a good idea before the driver collected it. Foor arrived 1 full hour later at 1 mile diatance from the restaurant.
