Things are missing again from my order

Horrendous again! I called the restaurant as I thought I had been forgotten only to be told to 'Go Away' as soon as I spoke. The food was cold, that's the McCrispy meal and the Quarterpundef meal, also the cheeseburger was cold. I will not be buying from here again. I request a refund for the items which were cold. Missing a burger, so now we have someone here without food, a refund was issued, but this doesn't solve the issue, I now have to order again, costing a lot more money, or go out and fetch the required food, making your service completely pointless.

The last three times we’ve ordered we’ve had no sauces delivered even though we’ve requested 4 curry sauces. Very disappointing.

Lovely food came hot and very quick delivery got a free burger bc we ordered more than £15 pounds worth of food very satisfied

Never coming back again!!! I recently visited this branch with my son (aged 7) and on recieving my food a staff member (name badge unnamed) chucked the food down and spat on my son when talking and sprayed his words on our food. We couldn’t eat this product as is felt unsanitary due to the saliva on our food. On leaving the store the staff member approached my son and coressed his face with a chicken select.

All good except none of the 4 bbq dips arrived. No problem though.

For the 4th consecutive time McDonald's asda are incapable of filing an order correctly. We are missing 2 main meal items again .

Order incorrect again ordered a plain Big Mac arrived with sauce.

never got the right drinks I ordered 1 banana 2 chocolate milkshakes I got 3 cokes not happy

Ordered and paid for one thing and did not receive the full order just a burger… offered a replacement if I wanted to collect, defeats the point of a delivery.

The quality of food was ridiculously low. Items missing from the order which i had paid for. Also 1 portion of chips was missing, but i did get an empty cardboard sleeve in tbe bag, i suppose i should be thankful it tasted better than the cold food.

I’d love it if I could get a double cheese burger that didn’t look like it has been punch before it gets to me!!!!! Other than that the rest was fine

nothing wrong with the delivery but whoever is sorting it out at McDonald's needs to pay attention. We were given the wrong drinks and the mcflurries were nowhere in sight. please pay attention to the order numbers I've had to request a refund on practically half of my order

Ordered food on mcdonalds app fries where cold but £6.99 nuggets were missing rang this restaurant told uber delivered it talk to them. Nothing on their concerning my order so couldn't go any further. Rang them back told them I ordered on mcdonalds app but was told there's nothing we can do.

It was not delivered too me!!!

Most of my order was great, however my veggie deluxe was missing the cheese I asked for and had very little ketchup, so was really dry to eat

There is no point having options to add and take away itwms if the people dont follow the instructions, i asked for extra sauce and got none i aaked for extra onions and got less than usual. If you dont want to give extras then dont offer it.

Friendly staff and fast service whenever we're in, however, won't be using this branch again due to receiving food poisoning from a breakfast wrap (suspect the egg was off), which is a shame really as never had any problems before.

Ranch burger large meal -ace-you can micro for 30 secs -cool-nice grimch shake-got my double chilli burger wrong giving me a cheeseburger but I got an instant £2.89 refund and free burger cool

My ranch burger was excellent-real good to warm up for 30 secs in micro-hardly notice-double chilli burg did exactly same - nice tasty surprise on new milkshake flave-and large fries did not disappoint-thankyou

Most of the order was missing, with 3 children looking forward to a treat it was hugely disappointing to not receive any of their food! Waiting for customer services to come back to me, so currently 4 meals down and £35 out of pocket!

I don't know why I keep giving you chances. Order 1 delivered with no food, just drinks. Order 2 having been assurred I will get a refund for the items missing from order 1 was completely stone cold and nasty. No more chances.

It was advertised on McDonalds website to spend over £20 and get 6 nuggets free. I spent £23 + and did not receive the nuggets!

Worst McDonald's in derby , terrible food, terrible service. Food that's supposed to be hot is always cold. Always incorrect. Staff are rude. Place is filthy. Workers more concerned about sitting chatting than sweeping the massive mess or getting orders right. Better off buying a meal deal from ASDA

Arrived freezing cold, not edible. Really really poor. Didn’t even bothered trying to rectify anything because it’s such a farce. Wouldn’t recommend

Everything was cold. Even the nuggets were cold and nuggets stay warm for ages. My son’s verdict was; “terrible”.

Although situated in Asda it was pleasant, staff where very attentive and you where not rushed.

For once our order was correct & complete a lot of the time there are sauces paid for that are not in the bag once it arrives & even sending no straws for drinks I understand this is nothing to do with just eat & the restaurants fault but usually delivery times differ & food can be cold & has to be reheated but delivery drivers are usually pleasant

I'm so angry at the lack of care that McDonalds has. They missed half of our order and spilled all of our drinks! This has happened multiple times and it makes me furious. The delivery driver was great tho! Told us to get a refund, suc a great guy not his fault at all.

Great delivery! The food arrived within 15 minutes of me ordering. All of my order was there, it was still warm and ready to tuck into. Driver was friendly.

Ah McDelivery. You are out of your league on this delivery larky! YET AGAIN - food is stone cold. Poorly assembled. Missing items. In a cost of living crisis it is completely UNACCEPTABLE to provide rubbish quality food at such a high cost.

Food was fine. But everytime they don’t put in the sauces even when we’ve PAID.

Good food, we had everything we ordered. Only downside is the McRib was next to bone dry, it had the pickles on but not a lot of sauce.
