Subway in St Edmundsbury

Delivery driver caused damage to the property. Drove straight over the turning circle in middle of the drive. This has caused a broken electrical box and the lights will no longer work. There was plenty of space for him to manoeuvre around it

they never seem to check orders before giving the orders to the drivers and always missing items this has Now happened multiple times

WOW what a sandwich so lovely and fresh couldn't have asked for more never been to a subway before and the blonde lady I believe the manager and josh was so helpful in guiding me with how it all worked will return 100%

Order never arrived was waiting for over 2 and half hours and heard nothing. Dreadful will never order from subway or just eat again!!!!!

Food was cold, samwich wasn’t made as ordered, bread was stale , overall terrible experience I was not impressed

For once something arrived hot from just eat!! Which is about as common as hens teeth!

Driver shouted hurry up boss as the door was being unlocked and by the time the door was open he’d dropped it on the door mat and had started to walk off

Really poor this time, hardly any meat I'd say they used a 6" portion for a foot long, just salad mainly, shame I wasn't vegan would have rated 5*, have you run out off stock as even some of the salad choices was missing, maybe a 1* would have been more fitting

Ordered 6 subs, received 5. Squashed subs and couldn't get through on the phone to complain

Absolute cretins in the counter one was slow and the other was clueless. Who hires these idiots. They need to wake up and realise their priorities. Just travel the extra mile to go to another subway. Not worth it.

Subs were poorly made in my opinion, also me and a colleague ordered the same chicken sub but hers came with lettuce and onion mine just came with cucumber and tomato. Some subs cut in half and some not. Bread was hearty Italian not Italian. Cookie was smartie and I ordered chocolate chip. Overall it was ok but could’ve been better.

Store could be a lot cleaner and staff could be friendlier

Order wrong again, ordered a footlong and only sent 6”. This is not the first time they’ve either sent wrong size or wrong sandwich… Nothing wrong however with Just Eat delivery. Have submitted a refund claim.

Awful salad. Only lettice and tomatoe. None of the other salad bits i asked for

Great, as most Subways are - quick, tasty, and not too expensive (especially when there are deals). Sometimes there are some noisy kids around since it's in Spar, but as you normally eat outside the establishment it doesn't matter too much

Sandwich felt a little small compared to other Subways. Not the usual amount of filling and very little sauce mostly bread. I would have also felt better if the bags had the tamper seals on. (like the other Subways do) but it was what I ordered, maybe Subway have just started reducing their portions.

I ordered a cheese steak sandwich with lite mayo and honey mustard and with lettuce Sweet corn what ever I was given came with out cheese and tasted overpoweringly of onions To say I was disappointed was a understatement I ordered a tuna 6 inch for my son he loves subway this time he took a bite and said it tastes funny and would not eat it

Plastic bag that food came in caused condensation on the food packaging inside and things were a bit soggy

Literally left out everything I asked for and added random stuff I did not!

Served quickly and efficiently each time we've been in.

This subway never gets our order right! Please read orders properly!!!

This store is disgusting the staff member named Zara is extremely rude and her managers seem to be supportive of that and when they tried to deesculate the situation she started trying to be a sarcastic child and putting her thumbs up they have no understanding of customer care and they even tried saying I threatened a member of staff even though I didn’t and this all started from me going to the wrong place in the restraunt and all I said was manner cost nothing because she asked so rudely

Ordered double meat for the salad but it was only single. Over £9 for a salad box is now not value for money

Nachos were missing jalopenos but still happy with the order and delivery. Thank you.

BMT toppings were put on ice cold meatball sub.

Often very slow service, staff are very incompetent and awkward and are not fit for their positions. Often a very uncomfortable experience. Food was tasteless and somehow overcooked. The bread was cremated. Never again.

Always warm, friendly, knowledgeable staff here! And the food is second to none!

Possibly the worst subwat I've ever visited. 1pm, height of lunchtime and they have run out of most types of bread. Most fillings were gone, what was there didn't look great, tasted like paper but paper possibly has more flavour. Should have taken notice when I walked in and the manager was reprimanding two members of staff in front of me. Manager noticed me waiting and still continued on her track of reprimanding them both. Avoid this one, I think WHSmith offer better variation of taste.

Rolls tasted stale. Cleanliness is below par. Did not like it 1 bit.

Had steak and cheese sub, cheese welded to paper none in sub, most of the steak not in bread, looked an absolute mess. Wont be using again

Very very bad service. Staff are incompetent. Food is not ready or out of stock. One staff member can not even communicate with customers. Bad service
