Awful inedible food. Cold soggy subs. Cold hard waffles. And missing 5 x cookies. Disgusting

terrible management, terrible food. do not go here!

Absolutely useless staff. Multiple times I've been here. Every single time issues with my order. Even when I try ordering on Uber eats, 4x now my order has been cancelled then magically EVERYTHING is out of stock so can't reorder. Why put yourselves on the app if you never accept the orders?

The driver delivered the wrong food and no way to contact Subway to get the right food!

Stood for ages only to get to the front and be told there is no bread at subway!!!!!!! Manager just chatting away rather than noticing.

This is the second time offering from over a period of a few months here where the food has been delivered completely wrong including bread being wrong, lack of toasting, added mayo where there shouldn’t be and random salad. I will not be ordering from here again.

There was mayo missing in the chicken foot long, peppers,onions and jalepenos were missing out of the BMT. this is not acceptable.

The food was cold when it came, which was a shame and affected the quality of it.

Ran out of/missing menu items, insisted no swap-outs despite them not having the sandwich item, got order wrong, had to ask for the included cookie on saver meal deal and to top it off was overcharged. Outstandingly bad and by far the worst Subway I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. Of the 3 staff (despite all 3 being involved) only 1 was polite and apologetic - and this wasn’t the one that appeared to be in charge. Would go hungry rather than visit this terrible place again.

delivery time at this specific hour diver drastically from those advertised. delivery time changed 3-4 times during the process. It all could be avoided with more accurate information.

Came in for lunch and customer service was great! Everyone worked very well together to make sure everyone’s order was done quickly and correctly, great mannerisms and had a lovely chat with a few of them, made my lunch break a lot brighter! Food was great too! Definitely exceeded the impression the rest of these reviews made. :)))

VERY BAD TODAY, will go the extra miles just to go to another Subway from now on!!! ONLY TWO BREAD CHOICES, only brown or white today! NO MAYONNAISE?????? I NEVER HEARD OF A SUBWAY WITHOUT MAYO!!!!!! Every other sauce there would taste YUCKY on a bacon sandwich, so I asked him for a small drizzle of sweet onion sauce & he goes up and down the sandwich with it multiple times, putting it on thick!! Then, there are NO HOT DRINKS AVAILABLE!!!!!!! WHAT NEXT???? So, I told him to just forget it and left him there with the yucky sandwich he just made!!!!!!! Then, another lady went in as we were leaving and also walked out!! WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS SUBWAY??? We left & went to Wendy's across the street.

Subway is does not open at 8. I am here at 8:30 on a Saturday and they are still closed. Rude lady inside is abruptly asking people to leave despite it being supposedly open.

Went at 5.45 Saturday evening to find them closed even though the door said 8pm close and online said 7pm close, looks like they just wanted an early finish. Poor

I live 15 minutes away. Everything was good. Food still warm and as tasty as usual. Thank you for a nice meal.

The service is so awful and slow

Food looked fresh and tasted good. Service was let down by a lack of staff. One lad was making the sandwiches, adding the salad etc then putting through the till whilst the other was dandering about in a wee world of his own making up orders for delivery/collection.

The subway in question wasn’t open it was abandoned and my order was supposedly accepted but I never received the food I paid for and the money is gone from the bank

Ordered a foot long and received a 6 inch with 4 ingredients missing, absolutely useless! The delivery driver was also extremely rude

filthy dirty everywhere, in front of counter, by till, tables and floor. no customer service skills, acted like customers were an inconvenience. No rotisserie chicken at 10am, asked for regular chicken, he put a scoop of chicken tikka, we said no, so he scraped it out??!! Tutting and sighing throughout- we then ordered a coffee, but were told ‘ no milk’ so we walked out.

We visited here for the first time for a long time, and I have to say the two lads behind the counter were amazing! The first lad was helping me and made my wrap just perfect. He was really engaging and was chatting and was multitasking. The guy that put the finishing touches to my meal was the same! Again, it is very helpful helping me install a new app and paitent while we waited for a code! These chaps are the face of subway that should be given credit. They make you business mr franchise e They need a bigger store, why not Greg's old site. Please pass this on to them. I will ask next time I go in!

ordered a chicken salad and a 6-inch chicken breast sub online, they both came with zero cucumber (which i selected) and we ordered a powerade and was given a appletiser instead, no call. nothing..

Absolutely disgusting 😤 all 3 girls behind the counter chatting and gossiping not serving, then one girl finally decided to serve us, well she toasted the wrap b4 putting everything in it so it was to crispy and burnt edges to wrap, then I asked for a little garlic sauce well she may aswell just opened the lid and pourd the whole bottle in.... then tryed to wrap it which clearly she couldn't do but still tryed I couldn't bare to watch any more trying to squash it with her hands and fingers making holes in the wrap!! 🤢🤢🤢 We never get a subway and we certainly won't ever bother again !!! When I said sorry I can't eat that she looked at me and said what's wrong with it like seriously train your staff

Staff seemed completely uninterested, like it was an actual chore to talk to a customer and make a sub. Rushed me with fillings, threw them on and just general shoddy service.

Lubię te kanapki. Chłopaki robią mega duże i nie żałują składników. Smacznie i szybko . Polecam . I like these sandwiches. The guys make mega-big and they don't regret the ingredients. Tasty and fast. I recommend

Visited on 9th Jan, no masks worn by staff preparing food (baring in mind they talk over the food) and no masks enforced for those inside!!

Bread is always dry, hardly even get enough to fill the sandwich. I get tuna 2 small scoops, that doesn't even fill a 6" I'm paying £4 for a tiny bit of food that I can go to tesco and buy and make at least 3 for the same price.

Was staffed by 2 guys that were very friendly and let me buy a slice of ham for my dogs too that were waiting in the car so both myself and my dog approve! Plus the sandwich was nice :)

Probably the only Subway that I've been in that is stingy with the fillings. I've been in Subway restaurants from New York, USA to Rushden UK, and they haven't been as tight as this place.

Today we placed several orders for a training group. Whilst dealing with our order, we repeatedly asked the bearded male behind the counter to rearrange his mask so it covered his nose. Clearly getting agitated by our request, a female Subway colleague with a small child shouted aggressively whilst pulling down her mask shouted "does it really matter!?" Yes it does. You're in a customer facing role, Covid kills and spreads. I protect you by wearing my mask, covid has killed members of my family, i have also experienced it and it's not pleasant. I, your employer and other customers place our trust in your hygiene and professionalism. The rules are in place for a reason. If you don't understand how serious this is i suggest you spend time volunteering on a covid ward! Oh and you also messed up our order by omitting a paid for salad.

Very tight with fillings! Kids ham with nothing else, no cheese, no salad, no sauce and not toasted ... 1 slice of Ham! On adults, tight with salad toppings. I think if you are having just 1 or 2 salad toppings then they could add a little more? Just use initiative! Paying the same as a loaded full salad one.

This is a nice restaurant to come to. A new building situation in a great location. I have been here a few time and the staff are friendly and professional. There is a good selection of food items available and is kept clean and tidy. I wouldn’t mind coming back again.

This place is disgustingly dirty, I walked in and there was food on the seats, no other customers but me in there and 2 people behind the counter so they could clean up. The toilets were also horrific, will not be returning.

Go in before closing time and get told sorry You can’t have it toasted cause I’m closing in 7 mins. First time back here since they closed for not paying their bills and I won’t be back, I’ll be using the one just up the A14 in the Apple garage.

Asked for cheese and didn't get any, bread was crusty and broke up when eating, lettuce was brown and looked like it was out of a ready bought bag of lettuce and it was tasteless. No doughnuts and bottle of Pepsi has downsized. Worst subway I have had and I won't be going again!

20:18 according to the times advertised this particular subway closes at 2100. I tried asking why they waved at me once then ignored me.....

Food and service are excellent. My gripe is that as a BLUE LIGHT CARD HOLDER, (working within emergency services), 99% of all SUBWAY outlets give card holders 10% discount. Except this outlet. Obviously this is a franchise, owned and operated by a third party. STAND UP AND BE COUNTED. Let's hope that you don't need my professional services on your way home!!!
