Subway in Medway

Good food and service, and all the atmosphere you might reasonably expect from a Subway.

Located inside a Spar supermarket on the Weeds Wood estate in Chatham. Everything looked clean and organised. On approach I noticed all of the staff were in the back area. They noticed I was there but did not acknowledge me. One member of staff came out putting on some gloves as she did so. She was polite as she took my order and made our food and drinks efficiently. The food itself was tasty and as I expected. There are options here for vegetarians and vegans plus there are hot and cold options. They also have an App, download this to get points and rewards etc.

Always clean and tidy, polite service, made fresh with every customer. Service is quick and efficient.

Food was dreadful. Sorry but that was my experience. The guy serving me was very helpful but the outcome was very disappointing

This is the BEST Subway in Medway, at least. 95% of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They will talk to you whilst serving and acknowledge you if a queue. Its the only subway where my favorite mixture of food is continuously the same price. Most others vary every visit depending who serves. The quantity of items is the same give or take. We go out of our way to use this store.

Great food but queue was mad in the store. All due to delivery companies coming in an the staff wanting to get them orders sorted before the customers standing in front of them

This was my first time having a subway and the food was really nice and fresh .

Really good food and they do salads to which I think is good for people who don't like the bread.

Just dont order for Delivery, for some reason thier unable to get simple orders correct.. better going to the shop to order they seem to manage that.

Always a quick service snd the place always looks clean and tidy.

Visited Rochester one, slow slow slow, there was 3 people in front of us and we stood in line for half an hour to get a sub!! They were not able to handle their delivery orders as well as in store customers. Wasn't very clean, and picked food up without the plastic gloves on their hand they held the knife with the gloved hand instead

Fantastic simple small subway inside a convenience store, always makes the sandwiches perfectly and open quite late! Perfect for me.
