Subway in Medway

I ordered Big Bombay from Justeat app yesterday. The Justeat app had issue that I couldn't select salad or sauce. I tried calling Subway Gillingham to mention the order number and to add the salad and sauce to my sub. They didn't pick the phone. I reached out to Justeat customer service about this issue and they are not owning up the problem. Worst experience with Subway Gillingham and with Justeat app.

Polite and friendly face to face service without frustrating Kiosks or salad limits.

Love a subway, always friendly staff behind the counter making sure your order is correct as it's being made. There is no kiosks yet here and I hope it stays that way. Praying this company does not put them into this location because it spoils the experience of ordering a sub. I hate kiosks, it's not kfc!!! Keep it this way whoever reads this!!

Got the garlic steak foot long, asked for no onion due to an allergy but it came with onion. Asked for toasted got cold untoasted, paid for gatorade got sent mt dew ...shame usually so much better than this

I now order from this store, excellent food! Other subways in area would benefit from taking a leaf out of their book.. Had wrap from other local Gillingham store and really no comparison in the high quality to this subway, I ll be ordering from here in future ♥

i don’t normally share reviews but this gentleman deserves all the recognition! thank you so much thomas for making the last few visits enjoyable. thomas always has a smile on his face, is so polite and open to conversation which is refreshing, as someone who works in fast food i understand how stressful and overwhelming a job like this can be, i appreciate the time and care he puts into his work and how enthusiastic and optimistic he is :)

i ordered a subway today a bit glum and a young girl served me. she was really sweet and made me chuckle. She talked about her job and her piercings! Made me laugh and seemed she enjoys her job. Thank you to her. Best subway ever!

seriously inept at performing any delivery order

It's the first time I have been in a Subway in 10 years. The gentleman who served me was very charismatic and welcoming. They explained all of my questions and gave me a rundown of what the bread was like when I asked for his recommendation. He was very accommodating toward allergens all along the way. He even stayed late from his shift to serve me he was 20 minutes late, clocking off. His level of customer service has encouraged me to go to Subway for lunch again. TLDR: The gentleman who served me at Subway needs a raise

An excellent opportunity for me to experience the skills required of a subway staff member as an almost complete newbie at face to face interaction the counter staff were patient, friendly and helpful, for which I thank them, the food was excellent.

This is the best Subway in Medway towns. Very nice staff, always helpful. Visiting this place for years now and never disappointed. Other 3 subways more closer to my address but I always make the effort to visit this particular one.

Friendly service from all that work there. Happy to add more filling if asked not like some of the subways round the area who seem to count the slices of gherkins and jalapeño

Lovely place, always made to feel welcome by the truly amazing staff and the foods not bad too!!

The staff are very polite and courteous and nothing is ever a problem for them to do. The issues come if you want the vegan cheese and the meatless meatball Mariana. These items are rarely in stock here. They do, however, always have gluten free buns available.

Great service but need more produce not always available.

I enjoy eating here and the food is good and you have a choice of fillings to choose from.

Subway in the Twydall SPAR is by FAR the best Subway I have ever been to. Staff are wonderful, food is great. Super!

Bad customer service, I went in and the salad looked awful as if was 2 weeks old. Person serving seemed as if she did'nt wanna be there. Usually Im greeted with a smile when out to eat but this place is just miserable, I won't be goin back and normally I would never leave a bad review but I jus did'nt feel welcome here.

Excellent food, kind staff, nice atmosphere. This sounds like a great place to grab your lunch.

Quality is ok, like most ? Subways. Can frequently run out of fillings and various bread types. So have to wait for bread to cook or having to chose an alternative. Maybe due to one worker trying to take orders, build subs and take the money at offpeak times. 15 minute wait at 7pm, only 3 people in front. Shame.

Terrible! I went they were incorrectly potioning my food and the young lady behind the counter was very rude!

Because it's located in the Spar I wouldn't recommend eating in, unless you like shoppers walking around you. For take outs it's great, never seen a queue, food is fresh and staff are friendly.
