In order veggie every thing is ok but they put beef in my subway

Driver wouldn’t walk up one flight of stairs to deliver my food which I paid delivery for. And he was very rude!

What a pointless waste of time. I ordered a subway melt. When it came it was in fact not melted at all and freezing cold in the middle. I went to ask the lady to heat it up again however she had disappeared into thin air, probably to hide from the fact that she actually doesn’t want to do her job properly. I also asked her for 5 cheesy bites to which she said okay but she never bothered to make them or even put them in my order. Don’t bother coming here

I occasionally order a double meat sandwich via deliveroo. They never ever give me double meat and Deliveroo refuse to give me a refund for the double meat. Avoid

Awful my food was all over the place

Ordered a sub without jalapeños. Guess what, it had jalapeños in it.

The food was good but the delivery driver was VERY RUDE & I’m not happy..!!!!

The food was cold when it finally arrived. From the start of the order to delivery was over an hour and two items in the order was salad. Slightly disappointed

Food was ordered at 13.20. Was told 13.50 to 14.10. But kept changing and then turned up at 14.50. The nachos and melts were cold

I just got a beef footlong from this subway branch and i have to say it was atrocious. First the lady working there droped her plastic glove on the floor, picked it up and made my footlong with it. Then the man working there asked me for sauce, i said mayo, he put vegan garlic mayo and i asked him why you did that? He said oh sorry thought its mayo, but will you be ok with it? Also when i asked for tomatoe on my footlong he only put 4 tomato slices and when he wrapped it, the head of the footlong was sticking out of the paper and it became a mess in my bag. For a million dollar company like subway please train your employees on cleanliness and how to make a sandwich before sending them out in the wild

It's got quite expensive. The time of "Sub of the Day" are long gone.

Polite staff but painfully slow. Also, nothi g to do with the staff but what has happened to the Subway menu? Long time client, but not moving forward as they menu is limited, in flexible and no where near what it was... The previous visit I had to a different Subway was similar in that the Chicken Teriyaki was chicken with sauce applied after - not pre mixed.... Yuk! Not the same. Come on Subway, pull your finger out, nobody loves change but adjusting to the changes made recently I don't intent returning any time soon. Also £10+ for a meal deal! Wow

I asked for a large portion of wedges and when I opened the box it was cold. I didn't like it at all and was not happy. I asked for tea and there was no milk. I had to wait 10mins.

Sub was cold and tasted stale. Salad did not taste fresh. Cookies are very stale and only fit for the bin. Disgusting!

Never going to order food from this place again gave me the completely wrong order rang up and they said they can't do anything about it so never never getting food from subway in Headington 👍

Upon walking in i scanned the menu, (before 11am) asked for the breakfast mega melt which is displayed to be told they don't actually sell breakfast... strange shop

It look 20 mins to make a 6 inch sub! Very disappointing - 6 members of staff working but terrible customer service from all! Shocking!

Lovely sandwich and nice caring staff

One of the worst subways we have visited. Ordered veggie delight and got just bread. Appreciate that there is a cost of living crisis but atleast give us what we pay for !!! Misers when it came to adding salad to the veggie delight. The 2nd order had exactly 2 leaf’s of spinach!! Disgraceful.

This is the slowest place on earth usually there's 3 employees one is relatively fast and the others are complety useless. People see the queue from outside and just move on. Terrible management

Had a bad experience here. The staff were incredibly slow and barely spoke even the most basic English. I had to point out which meat was turkey to him. Had to repeat my order twice because he had competely forgotten what I had said just 20 seconds ago. Then had to repeat myself 6 times when asking for a decaff coffee. In the end I gave up and asked for a fizzy drink because I was in too much of a hurry to explain to him the concept of a decaffinated drink since he seemed to have abolutely no idea what I was talking about. I've honestly had more comprehension when ordering food from a slum in Bangalore. Please employ staff who at the very least can speak the language of the country they are employed in. Pointing and barking one word replies is rude and uncomfortable. Quite frankly I don't know how your staff member even got a work permit.

I went in and ordered a salad and got home, opened the box and it was half empty. £5 for 3 bits of tomato, 3 bits of cucumber, 3 jalapeños and a handful of chicken. Waste of money

Waited a long time to be served. They seem to give priority to online orders, which is not good for people who work locally and pop in on short lunch break I had to give up and go elsewhere in order to get something to eat in time.

The female worker was quite rude and made me feel pretty uncomfortable, as if me ordering a sandwich was a burden on her.

Ordered on Uber eats None of the notes were followed and they gave a dry untoasted sandwich which cold has well, has to threw it away

Waited like a bunch of lemons for 7 minutes whilst a delivery was prepared . We weren’t acknowledged by either of the staff members, so gave up and left.

Shocking, rude, never had your desired bread in stock. Staff totally oblivious to what customer service is. Never been so appalled with this level of service for such a large chain of takeaways.

It used to be high standard, kniw it's slowly getting down...with an increasing decline. Depends on the time of day, and mood of the employees. We all are going through things, hope they remember the joy...

Slowest subway ever! Asked for a mega melt got sausage and egg and it was cold!

As a chain restaurant, you know the food you order will be good. But as an individual branch, the staff lack basic customer service skills and this needs some change. The fact that when I got my subway today, I was not even greeted upon entry or thanked once paying and leaving (which is basic customer service), is honestly pathetic. It costs nothing for staff to give customers a smile and this is a very basic expectation when you are serving a customer.

Great place to have a meal! I absolutely adore the Subway sandwiches, great service provided, polite and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my experience and I highly recommend this place!

Served food...thats all that's good there

The last week I went with my friends, and the experience is so good, the size of the sandwich’s is enough for a person, subway is such a relax place, comfortable to go with our fiends eat, relax and talk, I like this place because there are too many in different countries of the world, and when I want a sandwich of subway I can go without problem.

Great Staff and great sandwiches

Only one member of staff. She politely asked me to wait for completion of online bookings. I understand you want to maximise revenues by deliveries but make sure you have sufficient staffing levels and not just one poor lady doing all the work.

Nice food, but small place and when you enter, there is a loud bell

Me and my wife wanted to order subway for our dinner, we ordered through Uber eats and the restaurant ACCEPTED the order. The order was placed at 20:45, after a few minutes a call came through and a lady asked us to call Uber eats to cancel the order because they’re closed They were clearly within the opening hours but were just too lazy to bother Then she leaves us to sort out the refund and make the cancellation on our own That’s the type of customer service you get from there, lazy & unprofessional.

Last few times I've been there they don't have much choice of subs and bread, out of most things

Staff appear overworked and disorganised. Service very poor. Long wait. Most toppings and vegetables missing. No gluten free bread.

I go here as a last resort when i am feeling to lazy to cook and cannot wait 30 mins to 1 hour for takeway delivery. It seems reasonably clean and the staff is usually friendly. Mostly its a new face and sometimes its a rookie so service isnt that good. The last couple of times the vegetable section has been slim pickings. Once they were completely out of the bread I wanted as well as most of the veggies were gone. No discount was offered for subs I ordered. Upon enquiry, the guy apologised and said there is no policy or provision for this. Recommend, but as a final, last choice, when one has exhausted everything else...

The worst subway I think I have ever had! The bread was stale and not fully heated. They had run out of several toppings and sauces I would usually order. Then tried to charge me an extra 20p to have crispy onions on top. And rather than being apologetic about having a very poor selection of standard subway items, proceeded to be exceptionally rude throughout the whole process! I would give zero stars if possible

Lump of plastic in my sandwich.

The food was ok once served, but the initial service was rubbish, having to wait ages even though we were the only customers in the shop and then having to repeat orders several times. Also considering it is their new product how have they run out of garlic bread sub at 11am? And then also no Italian cheese bread. That is 1/3 of there bread not available. Won't be going back.

Staff are a complete hit or miss. Poor infection control and food hygiene. Watched one member of staff give a customer his change then put her hands ( with the same gloves on) In all the salad. This is not the first time this has happened so maybe staff need some more training. Constantly going in and telling the staff to change their gloves which make me feel awkward! Safe to say I won’t be going back.

For those who work a lot and sometimes don't have time to cook or eat full meals, I recommend Subway because it fills you up and you can get through a good day less hungry. If we are going to eat Mac Donalds, for example, when I eat I get hungry, then when I eat Subway I don't recommend it.

Cheap, quick and tasty. Had many subs from here and usually on point.

Even when the meatballs run out they dont cook more and always use the excuse its busy when their just incompetent.

I went in to specifically try the hash browns and I had terrible luck..they were greasy and tasted as though they were from the previous day..

Staff pretty dozy. Put cheese on my wrap when I didn't ask for it so had to scrape it off. Ran out of meatballs and it was start of lunchtime at 1o"clock! Tried to scan my free birthday cookie voucher but it wouldn't scan so wouldn't give it to me!!!

Bad subway! Visit the cowley branch instead. Staff member dragged their hair across my sandwich, and seemed genuinely surprised I wanted them to make it again.

Long queue. Food was nice. Doesn't offer good drink to go with.

Its subway what else can I say, good food! good customer service! Can get busy at lunch time and weekends but they do serve quick it gives you time to decide on what to get.

Just been in to get a roll, a man served 3 people before me using the same gloves and went onto the till. He then moved onto mine using the gloves for the 4th time. I was too embarrassed to ask him to change his gloves. I shouldn’t have to say anything in the first place. Poor Hygine
