Presumably a staff member that’s needs a bit more training serving today. Timings for hot food was wrong so sat out the oven getting cold whilst the cold sub was prepared. Seriously lacking in sauce on the sub so was very dry.

Service was friendly and helpful Food was guff; steak sub melt, got home and opened it to see nothing melted, meat was warm and cold throughout the footlong. Will always check it's right before i leave next time, but very disappointed as it was just over £10 😕

Everytime I tried takeaway from this store, staff are so god damn rude especially a guy called amzad he's unprofessional we were explaining the situation to another member of staff he was swearing in his own language which is not acceptable I felt sorry to walkdown the store once more, Not only that they usually wont charge extra for sauces the other day I got two sides of hashbrown he charged me for both sauces it's not about the amount but it's unfair to me I suggest to train your staff and customer service we as a customer can't tolerate this type of behaviour I understand the work load and the situation, we as a person often get annoyed by few things at work but that doesn't mean you need to ruin someone's day it's a food place satisfaction is important I would not have created this drama but this isn't happened once this has happened more than two times and by all the staff not a single staff there is well trained it's not about communication skills it's about how you present and respond to a customer It's waste of time having food in here it's definitely not worth it

Ordered a TOASTED Nacho chicken sub, received a stinking genuinely ice cold uncooked sub, with the ingredients completely spilling out of the sides, with about 3 leaves of lettuce. Actually a sad sight. Arrived 15 minutes late just to add a bit of insult to injury

Was there a week ago, I took the meal deal and I wasn’t given the bag of chips as the employee forgot about it. She even forgot the dip for my wedges even after I asked her if she put the dip in. The woman seemed to be rushing the order and the sandwich was cold in the end.

First of all people working there have no customer service, second on the foot long tuna sandwich they are putting 3 scoops of tuna instead of 4 as per Subway standard, on top of that their price board says £6.39 for foot long tuna, but they are charging £6.59, and no I didn't get a bag or anything else extra with the sandwich. I won't be going back there.

The staff is not at all energetic and friendly.. especially the asian lady staff, showed some attitude in asking the salads or sauce what we want. Seems like taking food for free!!!.. next time need to check who is at the front side before ordering.

Terrible service. Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. The only decent person was an asian guy there who was decent enough to change his gloves upon my request and not show any attitude. On the other hand,The lady on the till was really rude, no courtesy. Giving extra stars only because of him otherwise they deserve zero stars. We go to these places for the service, and they really need to work on theirs.

I must say the only girl working was very friendly lovely Subway is the only fast food i ever eat and without a shadow of a doubt was the worst looking and tasting one ive ever had the misfortune to pay money for think bashed sandwiches for 10p in supermarkets could beat this a spicey Italian with all the salad check the pic..... and they can't serve hot drinks and the Costa machine was awful unrelated I was charged 2.95 £ for a packet of large cigarette papers nearly keeled over please do not waste your money or boost there profits by going in🤪 i wouldd rather guide my father in to my mother than visit there again hope this helps 😡

I went there today only and there was this unfriendly, unsmiling asian guy at the counter who was supposed to help me as a customer . However this guy was not only unfriendly but extremely rude. When I mentioned sauces he said he is running out of all the sauces expect two or three. Then why is subway even there?At the top of it he raised his voice because he was not getting what I was saying. His 5 minutes Interaction put me off as I felt he was trying to do everything fast even when there was no customer around. Shame ....people like him should not be even facing a customer. Not worth a visit.

I love the subway. So many shops to shop from and also eatries if you would like to eat something upon arrival or departure. You can go across for McDonald's and KFC if you like. Its neat also and escalators and lifts are fully functional.

Poor Customer Service. I meant to order 2 meatless meatball footlong, but I selected one with meat by accident on Uber Eats. I' phoned them right away for 10 times to change the order without any response. So I managed to get the phone number of the delivery guy from Uber Eats, who was going to pick up the food in the shop and let me talk to the staff, who didn't even want to talk to me because they were saying to the guy they were busy, and refused to change the order even after I asked them to replace the meat with the plant based one, without having to throw away the whole thing! They really need more training and this was the last time I order from them!

Good All the staff was Fantastic, very professional, polite, freindly helpful, the staff make this hotel.The hotel is very clean, great location. Bad parking & Charges parking to far away, the hotel had a few of their own parking spaces, was not offered any. Breakfast, unless this was due to cov19, I do not think so.

I was interested to see the new options for putting on my sub. My sub was generously garnished with the new options, so that the server had difficulty closing the bread. When the server understood that I was vegan, he also offered me their new vegan dressing. My sub was delicious! I was only passing through at the end of my holiday, but the server pointed out, that there was a repeat custom offer on the bottom of the sales receipt. Anyone living in the area might be interested in that.

Ordered a meatball sub. Meatballs came out near enough frozen after being microwaved for a few minutes. Went back to the till and explained what had happened to a different cashier and was offered another sub as well as an apology. Not mad about the frozen meatballs and glad they rectified the mistake, just more annoyed that there clearly wasn't a manager or supervisor around to monitor the guy who was clearly being trained. Hope he gets the correct training and management pull their finger out

-first time felt discriminate in a subway. I was there coming drim my job with one of my coleague who can't speak english so the guy transform our sandeiches into "low caloryes" ones putting falf inside of it (my whole bread spicy italian had 10 slices of salamy and 4 triangle cheese, 8 sweet corn and 3 slices of gurkins) My coleague get a whole bread beef sandwich with such a few beef and cheese on it that he only eat half, trowed other half and decide to go and buy something from Burgher king. I stayed there to enjoy my sandwich and i see another customer buying same sandwich like mine: a lot of salami, 8 slices of triangle cheese and a lot of salad. His sandwich was looking huge. To be sure isn't everything only in my mind, I decide to buy another big it spicy. Same 10 slices of salamy but this time, only 3 slices of cheese. My conclusion: just because i'm not dressed in a suit and my english is not perfect, it doesn't mean i'm less human being than others. Definetly first and last time there.

Ridiculous... stood in lengthy queue while one only coffee machine was emptied of grounds while so many waited on the one only operational till. Only to get there and find a bit of paper sellotaped to the till ' Cash Only! No cash therefore mo food. Walked out in disgust. Pathetic service for staff and visitors alike !

Después de esperar 10 minutos en la caja, tuve que gritar a la cocina para conseguir que alguien nos sirviera. Más tarde me di cuenta de esto de nuevo como una cola acumulada. El café estaba sucio, la comida horrible y muy caro para lo que se obtiene, y la mayoría de las máquinas de café / té estaban rotos. Las máquinas de refrescos estaban vacías. Los baños de la tienda apestan.

We got a delivery to the murrayfield hotel tonight and I just wanted to say delivery man..what a guy! On a dark and rainy night he did a great job, food was hot and he apologised the paper bag the drinks were in was wet off the rain, so sorry I didn't have cash on me to tip you! Thankyou very much 😊
