They asking to bring passports size photos, but redirecting to their photo counter claiming that face is not big enough, presented same photos which used for the UK visa, Requesting insurance coverage for entire EU Region, even visiting a single country, Other than that good customer service….

I dislike the fact that TLS did not let me and my 15-month old to sit in their spacious waiting area because there was no-entry policy issued by the French section of the visa submission centre for under 12-year-olds. I was applying for the Switzerland visa, by the way. We were told by the front door security to either stand in front of this building or go to a cafe near-by. They offered the cafe as if they had an agreement with them and would pay for whatever we ordered. The cafe was a tiny space where you ideally could only eat briefly and move on or just order a takeaway. Not ideal for a pram and an easily irritable toddler. Not long after paying for a full breakfast she got uncomfortable and wanted to leave the tiny space, I do not blame her. We had to spend what we had not planned to. My husband and I took turns staying with our toddler OUTSIDE a massive building such as this. It was ridiculous. This was during Spring so the weather was a tad friendly. I can only imagine what happens during the winter months.

My recent experience at the Argyle House corporate office was deeply disappointing. The security staff lacked compassion and professionalism. TLS contact customers regardless of their demeanor or purpose, was treated as a potential security threat. There was a noticeable and concerning pattern of racial profiling, which is completely unacceptable. I hope the management takes serious steps to address these issues and ensure that all visitors are treated with respect and dignity.

I would suggest that Talking Politely to be part of the training for the reception.

No one was allowed to wait inside the visa center, and no one was allowed to stand under the eaves at the gate. It was freezing cold in Edinburgh.

I’m not just okay with the TLS service. Very poor service in all ramifications. Then their services is just way of extorting their customers.

My appointment with the TLS for the French Visa was here because I couldn’t get an appointment in London. The staff were thorough and make sure all documentation for France (and the French reasoning) was given with care here. The building staff were very security conscious although I was able to take a photograph of the building. To my brothers and sisters who still need visas to go to other European countries, especially the ones in London. Come to Edinburgh and get it sorted. It’s more relaxed here.

Argyle House, an architectural masterpiece by Miller & Black, graces Edinburgh's skyline. Designed in the 1960s, it's distinguished not just by its structure but also by its unique cladding, echoing Scotland's tartan. This innovative use of materials transforms architecture into art, blending heritage with contemporary flair. With its facade intricately patterned to evoke tartan motifs, Argyle House stands as a testament to architectural creativity and cultural celebration in the heart of Edinburgh.

Waited briefly in the reception to exchange keys with someone. Attractive furniture colours with optional TV viewing. Friendly reception staff. No complaints about this experience.

This was a lovely place with a great atmosphere, natural warm brick walls and funky wood-and-iron furniture called 'Stand Up Cafe'. Then it suddenly closed for a while and reopened as 'Nature Coffee House'. The beautiful wall had been painted a cold white, the appealing furniture replaced with tedious ordinary stuff, and the menu restricted to vegan. What a stupid thing to have done! It used to be very popular and now there's rarely anyone in there at all.

Pret has lost its way massively. Now charging exorbitant airport prices (something they never used to do). They also won’t serve filter coffee at the airport locations now either. Even worse, in the sit down area they play what I can only describe as “anti-pop”: unrecognisable, terrible music - presumably this is because they don’t want you to stay long.

huge touchscreens in the way of the sandwich bar make it so you can't see that they're skimping out on ALL of the fillings they're supposed to be giving you. way too dear considering what you actually get. was dingy in there too and the service was awkward.

Poor ingridients. Philly steak just with super dry beef and few red peppers. Server been mixing tongs(good luck for allergic people) touching makibgg subs with gloves and touching spotty face by her gloves. Disgusting. Dirty apron into sandwich whike picking other ingridients. Definetly never back there again.
