El café estaba sucio, la comida horrible y muy caro para lo que se obtiene, y la mayoría de las máquinas de café / té estaban rotos. Las máquinas de refrescos estaban vacías. Hi i came yesterday here & many things is missing in pizza 🍕 this not good & i payment is all clear,& he he take money & missing item this not fear but Pizza is many things missing not good and today I came this Branch Edinburgh portobello domino pizza 🍕 and that card machine is not working I came from very very far from this place to buy pizza this not good. So I wait one hour. Or more & very very bad 😔

Went there late, so it was super quiet and peaceful. The guy at the till was super nice, and we even got a pizza on the house from them, which was really needed as it had been a rough day. It's just amazing, and I would definitely recommend coming here 100%

Consistently good. Great value with Their own app and vouchers. Excellent delivery times all day. Dominos probably one of the few franchises not to cut quality.

Failure to refund - Pizza never arrived. I made a purchase (by app) and charged the next day - I rang 6 times over 90 minutes and received nothing. I have called 15 times in the days following and have been 'dismissed' with a variety of excuses. Still fighting, contacting to head office next. Contacting bank - First ever online food purchase

I ordered veg pizza and got delivered quickly and came accurate and still hot.

Very poor customer service specially person with black hair and who looks like he owns sketchers 1.2/10 rating I got dough balls but they were not cheesy they were bland like the sketchers owner Dominos overall doesn’t pay THEYRE colleuges well so I can’t really blame the poor collegues that are working so hard I’ll have to blame the management I honestly feel bad for them seeing them roll the flour

When the pizza calls you out find this Dominoes. I’m not a huge fast food eater but I can say one thing about this place it did not disappoint, fresh from the oven, ate in store and thoroughly enjoyed my pizza with dip and barbecue chicken wings. Hand wipes provided along with the pizza it’s the small tokens that count.

Staff are friendly, dine in tables are available but toilet facilities not available for the customers. Nowadays Domino’s is the worst food chain in providing amenities to the customers.

Fast service (food was hot on arrival), kept me updated as I asked for and lovely staff. A member of staff phoned me today (got the takeaway on Friday) to ask how my food was and if they can improve in any way. He was lovely on the phone and so considerate-5 stars.

The impact a rude employee can have on such brands is amazing. I have been Dominos customer for years in multiple countries. But the bad experience I have had at this store makes me never want to visit Domino’s again.

This is worst service and staff ever for a domino’s shop. The kid was expecting over 1 hour delivery and they argued they forgot to take the payment. So the order has to cancel without any notice for the customer. Avoid domino’s in portobello. 👎👎👎

I have ordered 1 gluten free and 1 normal pizza for delivery. Its was really bad experience in this branch. Who answer my call the guy was very root. The guy have no idea to find out the orders, which is delivery and collection. Really disappointed never back

Got 3 pizzas delivered last night and they was upside down all squashed all the topping and cheese was mented to the top and side of the box. I instantly called them to complain they said they would send a replacement took over a hour for a replacement and because the children eat the squashed pizza while waiting the whole hour they refused to give us our replacement pizza. They wanted the squashed pizza back.. No refund was given, shocking service last night. Not happy atoll. £30 for squashed pizza.

The food is good, as Domino's pizza as it gets and while the main focus is take-out/delivery, you can dine in as well. There is no table service so you basically "take-out" and sit in one of the two tables there, or stand in the 3rd one facing the window outside.

Ordered online, and advised 9-11 mins. Arrived to collect it 10 mind later yo find it hadn't even started to be made up and was told it woukd be 5 mins but the screen said 11 mins. Staff weren't wearing face coverings and one of the people making up pizza wiped a spoon on a dirty apron. The food is always lovely, but really disappointed with the service from this store.

Nice pizza but staff need to start listen ppl when they are ordering...is unbelievable with what rudeness you will be served at the counter...and they all the time trying to rip u off like they were getting the money instead of the company...unbelievable and in some case start to speak a foreign language in front of u...never more to Portobello shop

I just ordered a pizza, and I payed extra to have burger sauce on mine. However they ignored the order 🙄

We got the Dominos on Tuesday, within the hour of eating half a pizza each me and my friend started feeling unwell and decided to go to bed. When we woke up, both of us were violently sick (am talking both ends) My friend emailed the Dominos which was followed up by a phone call which I assume was from the manager of the Portobello Dominos, he seemed more concerned about the fact that we hadn’t told anyone and was clearly reading off a questionnaire, in his words “ he found it amusing that the people he contacted before and after our order hadn’t had the same experience “ and made it clear he thought we were lying, he begrudgingly gave us a refund. We are both ill with food poisoning for a second day now so please save yourselves the pain😭

Great service, they went above and beyond what should be reasonably expected to ensure my order could be fulfilled, despite ordering after 10.30 (when closing at 11). Definitely recommend this store!

Waited over a hour in the middle of the day for a cold pizza and uncooked wedges. To be fair when I called to let them know they offered to replace the whole order. Still waiting half a hour from then and no replacement pizza yet. Will not be ordering from them again. Very disappointing.

Spent about 15mins calling and calling and calling finally got through to them to find out its like £21 for a pizza? You could buy about 30 pizzas for that much, bloody rip off no wonder your losing business...

Always fast delivery - pizza and sides good quality. Friendly staff - accidentally ordered collection when delivery was intended last time. A quick call and they helpfully changed this for me

Terrible customer service (shocking English), poor quality pizza's and staff attitude disgraceful (particularly Paveen, who claims not be the Manager but I suspect actually is!). Poor delivery times too (I waited over an hour for delivery). Use Leith Walk store if possible.

It's a dominos, you get what you expect, delivery can be a bit hit or miss depending on when you order, sometimes it's 20 minutes sometimes it's an hour

Literally struggled to understand any basic words. Told him I wanted the £8.99 meal deal for one. He didn't know what I was talking about. I mentioned the one online. He said that's online only which is a complete lie. I order that all the time over the phone and have delivered from other dominos. First time calling this one and I should have stayed away based on other reviews. Get new staff or train them properly !!!

Terrible service. I phoned and placed an order I couldn't understand a word from the employee who answered then he hung up the call. I drove to the shop and placed my order and it took half an hour. Every single person has broken English and very very poor customer service skills. And food was a 2/10 as well. Very very poor branch.
