Ridiculous... stood in lengthy queue while one only coffee machine was emptied of grounds while so many waited on the one only operational till. Only to get there and find a bit of paper sellotaped to the till ' Cash Only! No cash therefore mo food. Walked out in disgust. Pathetic service for staff and visitors alike !

Staff need to learn a lesson in politeness. Even during busy times there is no excuse to be rude to customers for mistakes made by the staff themselves! If it wasn’t for my son being hungry I would of happily left without caring about a refund, it was sincerely that bad. Do better.

The service is quick. Mostly full. The milkshakes are yummmyyyy try out the strawberry. NHS staff has discounts on hot beverages. Nice sitting arena along with clean toilets to use. Affordable prices and a variety of options even for those who are vegan. Do check out. 🙌

The man closing the shop tonight on 03/02/2025 is very rude and doesn’t know how to deal with customers, he never turned off his kiosks and allowed a lady to order while he was closing then refused to refund her, started arguing with her even though he was fully in the wrong and was even trying to say she was lying about how much she had paid, he needs spoken too on his attitude and lack of customer service, he walked away from her half way through this interaction as well, the women was clearly upset and annoyed and he continued to tell her it’s her fault, he even said “you know the time” even thought she never knew they were closing and to be honest neither did we as the kiosks are on and look like u can just order on, subway needs to deal with this man, terrible employee!!!!!!

My recent experience at the Argyle House corporate office was deeply disappointing. The security staff lacked compassion and professionalism. TLS contact customers regardless of their demeanor or purpose, was treated as a potential security threat. There was a noticeable and concerning pattern of racial profiling, which is completely unacceptable. I hope the management takes serious steps to address these issues and ensure that all visitors are treated with respect and dignity.

Subway now with touch screens, which makes it harder to ask for extra of anything. Decent footlong though and nice and warm. Bloody freezing outside this time of year in Edinburgh. Good music also. Somewhat recommended, after all, subways are pretty average, let's be honest.
