Subway in Test Valley

half order was missing. cold and not cooked properly potatoes. very disappointed 1st time trying subway never again

Food looked like it had been punched with a brick

gave me the complete wrong order

however the drink that I ordered didn't arrive with the rest of my order and there's noway of selecting individual items like drinks that come with the order if they are missing.

The subway shop person didn’t look at the order as I can’t have bbq and he put bbq meat balls on my sub

Poor quality food for the price

staff could barely understand me or speak english but good food

Staff were disinterested and made several mistakes as they weren't listening. I wanted a meal deal and did not get one, and getting the receipt took what felt like 15 minutes.

just one issue is that I asked for red onion but instead got red and yellow peppers

missing my food again! do you check orders before they go out?

Both subs looked like they were thrown together. Not a lot of care put into them.

I ordered 3 longfoot toasted 9-Grain Wheat, only one is 9-Grain Wheat, none of them is toasted.

My order was marked as delivered but has not arrived.

I like those service especially one small girl pavithra something, think so she helped me to get proper tasty food there, of course I will come there again.thanking you

There is a one staff name is pavithra I think she is very kind and her service is awesome I thought I am not see like this staff ever best one .

It's a good service..The food is very taste.. the atmosphere is nice..

Nice food The only negative I have was the attitude of one of the servers. Visited a couple says ago and I'm not dropping names but the lady's name began with a U. Very abrupt and cut me off mid sentence, practically snatched the £20 out my hand so fast, that I genuinely thought my arm was still attached to it. Then when we chose to get a meal deal, the cups were slammed down so hard I'm surprised there wasn't a permanent imprint left.

It was good experience, I ordered chicken Tikka. It's was awesome taste. Customer service is excellent.

A little slow, but maybe that's because they are understaffed.

Woman working was great, brilliant customer service but felt bad as the lad working with her left her all by herself when it was really busy.

I would've given zero stars if I was able to. We were stood for 20mins waiting with only 1 customer in front of us and the ended up leaving to go to Mcd's around the corner instead, because we got sick of waiting. Nobody acknowledged that we were even stood there for as long as we were. I wouldn't visit again.

Clean and fresh good value quick service

Just excellent, even though I had to cue the people there were served quickly and politely.

Don't bother telling them it's a kiddies sub you want. Not much difference in the price but plenty of difference in the quantity of ingredients and size! If you got a kid that will eat that bit more then just get normal size, don't mention its for a child. Or!! Get a big 12inch one and half it yourself for your little munchkins ☺ 😋

Quite a small subway, it's a bit confusing to get to if you don't know the area.

Very slow service. Had a ceaser wrap but not enough filling.

Pour service, & place wasnet even busy, a dont care attitude appears to be mandatory, some work required Subway.

Great place to eat at, best part is the staff. The supervisor is lovely too)

Increasingly frustrated with longer and longer delays when I come to this place but the food is great and the staff are super polite.

Friendly staff and good portions.

Just above average 1/2 or footlongs with a selection of set menu fillings, or choose your own. 5 slightly different types of a type of bread. Do not go here if you're looking for subterranean rail transport.

Great staff there at the moment. Love the food.

Very good lovely food great service

Good value for money but my first experience was stale roll and full of gherkins which I asked not to have 😳

Subway in a garage, very small, ideal for a takeaway service although does have a few tables. Clean location, friendly staff, just small but ideal for a grab on the go.
