Subway in Northampton

New ordering system is terrible. Takes too long and makes the whole experience unpleasant. Screens between customers and serving counter. What happened to just talking 🤷‍♀️ Really quiet and dull atmosphere. Food was as expected although a couple of extra bits of salad which had to be picked out, as wasn't requested on the electronic pad.

Delivery time kept being pushed back for 38 minutes and food wasn't warm let alone hot

Food came cold, potato fries weren’t fries, they was still potato

No care in putting a salad together at all! Ordered an Italian bmt, no meat was separated all in chunks, may as well have been sections of each food in each corner and it was swimming in sauce, I should’ve taken a photo as it was terrible.

arrived in 20 minutes, lovely and hot. plenty of filling too

The delivery driver quite literally ate my food in his car in front of my house and when i came up to his car window he looked me dead in the eyes with my food in his mouth and drove off!

I have only eaten the breakfast roll and waffles so far as the rest is for my dinner tonight The waffles were undercooked and cold and I wasn't able to eat most of them because they were too hard:(

I asked for toasted sandwich and it wasn’t I didn’t ask for jalapeno and I got then and I don’t think I got the sauce I wanted xx

can never seem to answer their phone so no point having a contact number,, every single delivery driver can never understand to read the delivery instructions to help them find the correct place, food always comes cold or near on cold. wouldn’t recommend ordering from here at all

The ham and cheese sandwich was hard and couldn’t taste the cheese the salad was alright with a bit less sauce so I would like some more

food was delivered to the wrong address for the second time!? Unbelievable considering a code is now needed before the delivery is handed over. I should be asking this person to do my lottery numbers as twice he's guessed a random 4 digit number.

delivery says 15-30 min, my ordered turned up 50 min after ordering! driver was ever so rude, he didn’t have my house number (which i did add on to the order) and because of this he was irate. will never order from this company because of this tbf

Food prepared wrong and missing items

over an hour to prepare two sandwiches and then the driver seemed to have another delivery so an hour and a half from start to finish for two sandwiches. Once arrived food was good and as ordered .

Really wasn’t happy, i rang the restaurant and told me he left 15 mins before i called and still didn’t turn up until 20 mins later and also didn’t update the app to say he was on his way and just turned up.

Disappointed as ticked for sandwiche to be toasted and it was not! was stone cold and made very sloppy. Also no cheese was added. Not ordering again from here!

I can honestly say I've never had bad food from here. The quality of the subs can differ - I've had some that were literally perfect and some that were just okay - but never bad.

Ordered a 6” sub and a toasted wrap. Unfortunately it came the wrong way round and the 6” sub was toasted and not the wrap.☹️

Don’t bother ordering your food as it won’t arrive. Then you have to contact just eat to get your money back, and they won’t send out another one in replacement. Honestly it’s worth buying from somewhere you know will deliver.

Ordered a TUNA mayo and sweetcorn wrap. Took a bite out of the soggy wrap and noticed I could taste no tuna. Opened it up and there was in fact NO TUNA. Well, there was one single minute chunk of tuna at the very bottom. So I was given a mayo and sweetcorn wrap. Would get my money back but ordered through just eat so I can’t 👍

Toasted wrap may still have been warm and on time if the driver hadn’t made a delivery 3 miles in the opposite direction before delivering my order.

Now that this branch has been re-fit, it is lovely and bright and clean. Nice subs and the cheapest branch for what i have too. Staff could do with being a bit more welcoming.
