Subway in Northampton

it told 2 hours to get my food 😩. because I was so hungry I had to go to local tecso get some lunch

I asked got a specific time but it arrived quite early. luckily I was in

I put my order in at 12pm but I did not receive my order until 13.20pm. The time just kept ticking down with no updates. The food hot sides were cold.

Great service. But the service charge on here is disgusting

Food never showed up, even after 2 hours or waiting. I believe it was the drivers fault and not the restaurant. Was forced to cancel the order because of this 😢

I got delivered someone else's order. Nothing at all what I ordered and they do not answer the phone when I try to call.

Food prepared wrong and missing items

over an hour to prepare two sandwiches and then the driver seemed to have another delivery so an hour and a half from start to finish for two sandwiches. Once arrived food was good and as ordered .

No order had been delivered. The driver went round the back of the building when he saw us drive off. A purpose stealing of food and just eat hasn’t replied

Really wasn’t happy, i rang the restaurant and told me he left 15 mins before i called and still didn’t turn up until 20 mins later and also didn’t update the app to say he was on his way and just turned up.

Disappointed as ticked for sandwiche to be toasted and it was not! was stone cold and made very sloppy. Also no cheese was added. Not ordering again from here!

I can honestly say I've never had bad food from here. The quality of the subs can differ - I've had some that were literally perfect and some that were just okay - but never bad.

Ordered a 6” sub and a toasted wrap. Unfortunately it came the wrong way round and the 6” sub was toasted and not the wrap.☹️

Don’t bother ordering your food as it won’t arrive. Then you have to contact just eat to get your money back, and they won’t send out another one in replacement. Honestly it’s worth buying from somewhere you know will deliver.

30 minutes late. Driver delivered all over town before making my delivery which meant toasted wrap was cold. Really poor service.

Ordered a TUNA mayo and sweetcorn wrap. Took a bite out of the soggy wrap and noticed I could taste no tuna. Opened it up and there was in fact NO TUNA. Well, there was one single minute chunk of tuna at the very bottom. So I was given a mayo and sweetcorn wrap. Would get my money back but ordered through just eat so I can’t 👍

Toasted wrap may still have been warm and on time if the driver hadn’t made a delivery 3 miles in the opposite direction before delivering my order.

Now that this branch has been re-fit, it is lovely and bright and clean. Nice subs and the cheapest branch for what i have too. Staff could do with being a bit more welcoming.

Cheese and garlic herb balls were cold and there was no melted cheese in them. Tasteless!

I use Subway on a regular basis, mainly for their breakfast roll, which ireally like. They do really nice sandwiches taylored to your taste. It's not cheap but reasonably priced. You can sit in to eat if you want to.

Didn't ring the doorbell just left it outside the front door.

Never been in person, but have been ordering from here regularly through just eat and the subs are always perfect.

Unfortunately they put garlic sauce in the wrong one. The one with double meat etc was for myself I’m allergic to garlic. The smaller toasted wrap was for my 8 year old grandson who couldn’t eat the larger wrap. Very disappointing.

Subway is our family's go-to place for food on Sundays and for hanging out. I am very happy with the service, the ambiance, and the way the staff interacts, especially with Nandu, Shwetha, jewel and Jyoti. I have been to other Subway locations, including the two in Northampton, and was disappointed with them. However, I find the exceptional service at the Kingsthorpe Subway to be the reason for us to keep coming back. You guys rock! Thank you so much for providing us with such a comfortable dine-in experience.

Whoever made these subways today deserves a knighthood. Listened to instructions and made the sandwich to absolute perfection. ❤️

Restaurant just kept moving delivery time back by 20 minutes (3 times) each time they approached the latest delivery time. Got food and was cold (meatball marinara) and all the extra toppings were at one end of the sandwich.

Quick fast efficient service well done

They didn't allow me to use the seats after 7pm. I was forced to leave and eat outside with my kids. I'm not impressed.

Subway is what it is great value tasty food and would happily have given 5 stars, but felt I had to take 1 as the menu hadn't been updated and they didn't have some of the ingredients we wanted. They hadn't just sold out it had been discontinued which is why they lost a star, otherwise what they did have was good and the service was friendly and efficient.

I don’t mind it was 5 mins late but I asked for toasted and it came that cold it doesn’t seem like it’s been toasted. It’s like it’s been left aside from someone else’s order

Great food, early delivery. Driver sat in car had called repeatedly without leaving his vehicle, hadn't seen the phone calls as was working. Driver should have rang the door bell then he wouldn't have had to complain about waiting.
