KFC Northampton - Alexander Terrace in Northampton

I live 5 minutes from this kfc, arrived luke warm and soggy chips. Cold can of drink was put in the bag with what should have been hot food!

Was super quick, only took 15 minutes and still hot for a take away even on a very rainy day

I had to travel there after orderering from another shop beforehand. I waited a whole 2 hours then ended up going to shop myself. Worst experience

food missing and the chicken was hard

Delivery Driver was very rude, no manners, and just stood at the door waiting, no knock or ring of the doorbell

was not delivered to my addresses and then when the driver called saying he was there and I said he's not at my address he said he can't come to me where it is meant to be delivered and then blocked me and I now have no food and it's cost me 38 quid for the privilege

8 chicken drumsticks in a 10 pcs Variety Bucket. There was no variety at all. Very disappointed.

absolutely awful, food did arrive a few minutes early but order was wrong, no order notes followed and part of the order missing, leaving people without food as they don't replace. Terrible service, I will avoid in future

The most disgusting food I've seen had. This is not kfc. The chicken was uncooked and the corn was basically water! I will never order from there again!!!

HA HA, I'VE JUST SEEN THE RESPONSE FROM THE RESTAURANT! WHAT A LAUGH! THEY WERE TRYING TO WRIGGLE OUT OF THEIR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MERCHANT. THEY HAVEN'T. THEY DON'T. AND THEY PROBABLY WON'T. OUTRAGEOUS BEHAVIOUR!!!!!!! I just ordered some KFC and the restaurant failed to include some of my order. It's obviously the restaurant's fault but they say because I ordered through Uber Eats I have to get a refund through them. I did it through the KFC website but at the last minute it said Uber Eats would deliver it. The staff at this branch FAILED to refund me, told me I had to go in to get the missing items (if I could do that I wouldn't be ordering online). ALSO, IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS RESTAURANT HAS DONE THIS. LAST TIME IT WAS DELIVEROO BUT IT WAS THE INCOMPETENT/IGNORANT/DISHONEST/LAZY* (not sure which) STAFF AT THIS RESTAURANT WHO HAVE MADE THE MISTAKES. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Looking through the previous reviews there is clearly a theme. 'Sorry you experienced this, it will be passed on to the team and we'll try to do better.' It's obviously just words. Same review, countless times. Shut the branch down if you can't afford to hire/train competent people.

Brilliant. Everything was there. Arrived really quickly and enjoyable. Loving the new rice bowls.

Awful food, everything was cold. Rice bowl couldn't be heated up as salad in it. Burnt hash brown, all chicken pieces were cold, and I mean cold?!?! Chips looked, and tasted, like they were hours old and the dregs from the bottom of a bag. Delivery took a long time. Rice bowl squashed on top of variety bucket, so all chicken was stuck to the sides. Terrible food.

Soggy and cold and warm drink. If you can’t be bothered with quality don’t advertise something you can’t deliver. Absolutely the worst KFC I have ever had.

It never turned up i had to go and collect it in the end as delivery driver didn’t know where he was going over a hour off calls from the delivery driver asking for postcode and my address and still no show. In end told the driver to take food back to kfc as would be cold and I’d go collect myself from there. Really disappointed as use kfc all the time and there’s been a problem before and had to get my neighbour to look after my 3 year old son why I went to collect it.

I thought that this KFC was great! The food was ready within 1-2 minutes, the staff were super friendly and the restaurant was clean. It’s clear that the staff here pay close attention to detail and maintain very high standards in this busy in Northampton.

The service, when they eventually serve you and and you can get to the counter through the uber drivers pushing past shoving there phones in everyone’s face is quite frankly rude and rushed, the quality of the food is beyond dire and then when you arrive home as you don’t want to sit in amongst the dirty tables and uber drivers you find your order is missing half the food and cold which in hindsight is a bonus as it saves you from food poisoning.

KFC is 5 mins drive from my house. Ordered 2 meals. Arrived on time (20 mins). Cold soggy tasteless overcooked fries with no salt. Lukewarm burger and chicken. No soft drinks on the menu without horrible artificial sweeteners, which I hate. Ordered Tango drinks as it's the least bad. Drinks not even cold. £23 for what was supposed to a "treat." Extremely disappointing. Won't be ordering from here again.
