The female manager on shift tonight was amazing taking our order at the drive through. Her customer service was immaculate (5/11/24 1:10am)

Ordered a McDonald’s tonight one burger and another burger meal, when it arrives there is no burger and when I phone up they refuse to give me a refund and give a very vague explanation why.

Another poor hygiene practice store,just seen a guy touching face,rubbing eyes,then guess what,yes touching unmprepped food,another dirty mac ds 🤮🤮🤮

Food is like any other McDonald’s . My son absolutely loved the activity pack. Kept him busy for a while. Ordered happy meal, everything was great. Lovely soft toy. Fries could be better. It’s soggy and half cooked. But not only this place, in general in the Uk. Cute Halloween decorations. Restaurant was nice and clean. All together we were satisfied.

Not my normal choice of eating lunch ....I had memories of the 1980s when it was fast food that taste great at a good price ...what happened. 😠

Absolutely livid with deliveries from this maccies!!! How hard is it to follow details of an order on a screen and to make sure that EVERY SINGLE ITEM IS IN THE BAG?! Time and time again your staff is a living proof that brains aren't a part of a job requirement there. Every single time a have a hint of doubt and think to myself that this time will be different and for once every item I've ordered will arrive I get disappointed. Ordered a delivery today, 27th of October 2024. I'm well aware that your staff doesn't read instructions and if I've ordered carrot bags for my kids with their happy meals they'll find fries instead. So like any smart person, I've added three bags of carrots onto my order separately. Lo and behold! Not only delivery arrives without a single carrot bag, but my youngest one's drink is also missing. Honestly, I don't know why do I even bother trying... This happened so many times, Uber eats started refusing to refund me for missing items! Please get your shit together as this is beyond ridiculous.

I don't use McDonald's normally but I did in the 1980s and expected the same taste and experience. Nothing like it ...no taste , service not fast even though ordering on a screen and then the wait .what happened? Maybe because I got older !...oh and expensive

I visited the establishment this morning for breakfast. I opted for table service, however, when the server delivered the food, they carelessly placed it on the table and abruptly stated, "Here you go," before promptly departing.

Very good staff, issue with the app so was in the drive thru for quite a while had 2 managers helped me so went in and had another manager approached the counter so I explained what happened, so eventually it was an error on my end that I forgot to redeem the rewards, all there staff were friendly and professional, thank you guys

I wish they would evolve and get up to date. It's 2024, and they still have no alternatives to milk in hot drinks. Even Greggs offer soy or oat milk as an alternative. Worse of all I ordered a black coffee after they explained they still only do dairy milk, and fortunately I take sugar so took the lid off to find to my horror a milky frothed drink with hot chocolate on top. Even though I said I was allergic to milk!

If it's not burning your muffin or forgetting to put a egg in your breakfast roll or sausage egg mcmuffin this place continues to disappoint, worse McDonald's in Northampton do yourself a favour and drive to the services

Gave me the wrong drink ask for chocolate milkshake and got hot chocolate never got an extra hashbrown when paided for it

Queued up through the drive through. Ordered a load of stuff but no milkshakes today, machine is broken. Paid and collected from window and asked for some Ketchup. “You have pay extra for that” How much ? “You have to go to the other window” I’m in the drive through, I’m not queing up again just for ketchup ! It was all cold anyway ! Just a simple stop for fast food and now I end up angry, ripped off and I hate them. Update: I’d forgot how bad this place is and made the mistake of going back. Well they are consistent, I’ll give them that. That machine that keeps the chips hot……can we turn it on ? Avoid.

Politely asked the driver to deliver at 11 pm as I was running late but they never came! I was charged and sent a generic email by management. How disappointing.

First time I have used McDonald’s delivery and never again. Ordered at 4:05pm with deliver 35 mins wait the estimated time kept changing so in theory they can never say they are late. 10 minute journey finally arrived at 1hr later with all the food cold chips all soggy.

Ridiculous restaurant! They did not include any of my dips. I had dips that come with the meal and those I paid for and got none. Pathetic!

The order was due to arrive within half an hour and it took one hour to arrive. No fries at all.

placed order at 19:07, to be delivered at 20:15 giving plenty of time for order to be prepared and delivered. order was confirmed at 19:39 by restaurant. notification confirming courier was on the way was received at 20:37, already nearly 30 mins after requested delivery time. order arrived at 20:58. food was cold as driver went on numerous other drops before hand

All the food was cold and a drink was missing

Very poor service took over an hour to arrive to then receive luke warm food absolutely shocking service. Constantly being told deliver time and moving back and back is infuriating to say the least, should be told from the start that they are busy very poor from the restaurant. Lateness can appreciate on Friday pay weekend but when the food eventually arrive it isn't warm is totally not acceptable and I expect refund for this very poor service. Look forward to hearing from you.

The food and drink i ordered was completely wrong i have the ring door bell footage to prove it i need a complete refund as i am not paying for something i did not have.

Waited over half an hour for takeaway after paying for it. I was told to park up so asked two different staff about what had happened to it, both never came back to me. Had to get in qué again to ask for food, part of it was cold, not a good experience. Obviously all about profit not about customer service. No apology from staff there.

It is stated that it is open 24 hours. But when we arrived at 5:29 am, the entrance to Mac Drive was closed. I tried to get the attention of the staff to clarify if they are open, but I was ignored. There were no signs on the site near the cones with the reason why they are closed.

Hours are wrong. The restaurant is not open late! Only the drive though, which you can't walk through... wasted time walking here and then had to order it through a delivery service and walk back to our hotel. Not cool. Edit: And they charge extra for sauces on delivery. Extra not cool. Really, really not cool. Second edit: waiting for the order that I could have just bought when I was at the site, the reviews are absolutely terrible and I'm not even sure it's worth waiting for, it seems they mess up almost every meal they make! I've never seen such bad reviews for a McDonald's spanning such a long time span. How have they not improved at all since the bad reviews started coming in?! Will update when this potentially terrible meal arrives, if it does at all. Third edit: Had the food now and as many, many, other reviews have stated, the chips are the worst from any McDonald's ever. Seriously, fry them for another five seconds guys, it is not difficult. They're anemic, soggy, no crisp outside, no fluffy inside, they're truly sad excused for chips. Two of the burgers came so jumbled they required reconstruction and one of them was, as predicted given the terrible reviews, completely wrong. If I didn't have a life I'd be in there tomorrow lecturing the staff on how terrible everything is but you'd think they'd get it by now, the reviews are not flukes, don't ignore them thinking it's going to be fine, just got somewhere else. Anywhere else. Go hungry, honestly, it's a better option. Do McDonald's audit their franchisees? This one would be closed in heartbeat for being so flagrantly poor compared to even the worst branches I've visited. Run away.

disapointed with the state of the double bacon mcmuffin , as it had like a tiny size bun instead of the usual one, it was a bit of a mess to be fair. The double sausage and egg mcmuffin was thrown together but not so badly. They both tasted nice thou. Delivery time was good. Will order from different mcdonalds next time

I’m pregnant and maccies is my cravings and everytime it comes I have to reheat my food which isn’t probably good for me. Its always cold and the delivery driver is doing more than 1 stop before delivering mine hence why its always and cold. My craving is also Ice and I have NO ice..in my coke so gutted

Received the wrong order completely. Driver said they gave him wrong one, he didn’t have ours in his car. No offer to get my correct order and just an email from Just Eat to reply to, to see if I get a refund, which they will decide within 48 hours!! Instead of 3 adults meals and milkshake, got 1 kids meal and a fizzy drink. No effort to fix anything at all or within the app to choose other options. Terrible.

Ordered and had delivery driver only deliver the non food items. Spoke to the restaurant directly who said I could come and collect the missing items or request refund. As needed the food, chose to collect, but not what I should have needed to do.

Coca Cola was empty on arrival due to spillage and a BigMac burger missing and the driver just dropped and ran off before we got to the door. Absolutely shocking service in the worst way possible. Note to add, Chips were soggy and white instead of the normal golden colour so had to be binned. For a well established chain this is far from Par and I would say it was the worst service I have ever experienced using this application.

As it was a warm and muggy day we decided to eat outside. Inside was spotless when we ordered food, one gent was constantly sweeping and wiping. Outside looked like it hadn't been touched all day. Litter over most of the tables, the floor and blowing into nearby hedgerows. Tables were sticky and trays hadn't been cleared up. A really poor example.

Service was great and the food was delicious today. Well seasoned, fresh and tasty.

Great pub, my mate called it quirky! Great selection of drinks and real ales I had the pork tacos,unbelievably good!! Really good chatty locals. And bus seats to seat on!! Sounds like a good night out in here, if your not going out out

Missing items again, how hard is it to follow a list attached to the bag

I asked for bags to be kept separately as 1 was hot and 1 had cold items yet ice-cream was quite runny and milkshake was cool, even large tip didn't get direct delivery so watched order go around to drop off another order b4 mine.

Worse service ever, messed about at drive thru by a guy who had 0 idea what he was doing, then proceed to wait for food, when received it was smashed all together, ketchup everywhere and missing 5 items! Need to change staff.

Unfortunately, the food is normally cold, and most of the staff behind the counter appear terse and misanthropic in their comportment.
