McDonald's in Northampton

Pano cakes arrived with no sauce so I am now left with plain pancakes

I ordered to the wrong address, messaged rhe courier and the delivery driver didn't even reply

Cold and as per usual missing half my food!

The food was delivered cold and was not my order

all order was there. only problem was i was missing a McFlurry other than that. All was ok

Chicken nuggets had some missing. Bag was sealed upon delivery so was not the driver.

I ordered a fruit bag with each happy meal but this was not delivered. Every other item was. This was an extra £0.49 each additional cost. Luke warm for the food but understandable as its a hit and miss with delivering hot food.

Order came without a Big Mac and the driver did not explain

Awful experience. The driver for some unknown reason spent all of 10 minutes driving and then walking up and down a road more than two streets away from mine. Ending up walking through a small dark alley to reach his destination. My postcode takes anyone directly outside my property. Food was freezing cold. What on earth was he doing. Comical.

Be nice if McDonald’s actually checked the order

McD's have upped their game in packaging the food better and getting you're order right. Fast delivery as well.

missing a lot of items , absolutely ridiculous

I didn't get Marple sauce or butter with my pancakes. there was no sugar with the hot latte and the hot lattte it was warm / cold latte. we are not impress with the service

The packing qaulity and quantity was not good..

Our order states delivered however, we have not received this. I am also concerned how it was delivered without the code being given.

The food was cold. The delivery kept getting pushed back (not through drivers fault) saying preparing. When food was dispatched it did come quickly but it was just the restaurant delaying it. I’m not sure if it got left waiting for a while until picked up. Disappointing.

I don’t get how they can miss an item on your order. Not for the first time and won’t be for the last missing an item, go to the restaurant, tell them what’s missing and as it’s a specialist requirement it’s just sat there in the collection bin.

The food arrived absolutely freezing

This McDonald’s is awful, every other delivery from this place is terrible… either cold, missing items or they put it together with their feet and what’s worse is a basic meal will cost above £10 as Just Eat will throw a load of charges to ensure it goes over £10, if you’re order is £10 or more they reduce the charges… today my £12 Big Mac order turned up stone cold after the driver was in the store for over half an hr and Just Eat refunded £2. I’m deleting my account.

First you gave me the wrong order. I didn't order a mighty ketchup as I hate ketchup, no extra has brown they gave me plain bacon flatbread no cheese and coffee instead of strawberry lemonade shake. Food was cold like it was cooked yesterday.

Burger buns overcooked, no straw with drink, wrong sauce with nuggets, chips unsalted, food tepid temperature.

Items were missing from our order, and everything we order from mcdonalds something is always missing. you then have to drove to mcdonalds to resolve it. Defeating the point of ordering. Mcdonalds don't even apologise once you're there. Appealing service!!!

Does what it says on the tin, but You guys are getting tight with portion sizes on the fries, not much difference between sizes. The delivery guy found us today & was actually rather pleasant .. well done ..

Food was cold on arrival. Time of delivery kept moving from 18:10 to 18:35.

The production time on the top of the burger box was 17:39. It was delivered 50+ minutes later, at 24°C. I couldn’t eat it. The fries were even colder. Must’ve been sitting for quite a while as even the ice had melted in the drink.

Took ages for the for the food to arrive and when it did it was ice cold not enjoyable at all to eat cold McDonald’s - not happy at all

Food was cold, chips were hard and stale. Burger was dry, over cooked and a sloppy mess. Definitely would not order from here again. Food was a waste of money and inedible.

The driver had many stops before delivering my order as a result the food was cold and my child had to it cold food because your unprofessionalism . I payed almost 30 pounds for cold and dry food. You should refund my money . As I already spoke with McDonald who advised me to get in contact with you for this as is not the first complain they get with this matter about you guys

Missing kids meals and burgers

Bad experience again, today you didn’t put my cheese melt dippers . Every time something missing.

Burger looked like it had been juggled with and missing the dips I ordered. Smh. Food came in good time though!

Unfortunately, the food was cold, one of the burgers was squashed and the Coke was flat. Shame as I’ve ordered from them before and it’s been fine.

Second time in a row they messed up my order! Last time I was delivered a milk shake instead of coffee and orange juice, this time got the coffee, but no orange juice. I accept that I was given account credit on both occasions, but I would much prefer to receive what I ordered.

the driver is very rude and absolutely arrogant .we pay for teh delivery and as far as I belive people do chose to work as deliveries, the driver call me and ask me for the door number and if the Home is House or flat , for what I have given the information as number 14 and is a flat driver said that I have to fo to the parking to collect the food , then started with raid his voice talking nonsense...we pay for the services and food we expect the services .
