Hi I use to work for McDonalds and the milkshake was left foamy which means it wasn’t made fresh and it got picked from the side which is old, the fries were cold and soggy, I asked for 5 ketchup dips no single one came and there was no straws, the lack of employees caring about the food that comes out of the store, I would not eat from there again and I would like some compensation, thank you.

Drinks had spilled out of packaging. Food was cold. Fries were not even half full. More like small fries rather than large. Will not be ordering again.

Food perfect + Polite delivery driver = Excellent service.

Ordered at 6.35am with a delivery time of 10/15 minutes. Watching the tracking screen as they added extra time on several occasions, it finally turned up after we were due to leave for our early appointment.

I hate making an order and bot having it complete, I did not receive my chips how disappointing

Apple pies and both dips missing and Mars flurry like water and no mars content only cream so could not eat. The hot element of the order was freezing cold and had to be reheated. Enjoyment factor was “ZERO”

Latte and cheese bacon flatbread very good. Pineapple stick inedible - as use by date was day of order/delivery. Won't be ordering the pineapple stick again bc this has happened to me twice now in the same week!!

The guy actually used the code for delivery unlike the kfc I ordered 10 mins earlier and didn’t receive.

Normally when I order a breakfast wrap with no eggs I get eggs in it but this time there was no eggs I was so happy !! The hash browns were on point and the tea and coffee was class 👍🏻 thank you so much 👊🏻

Desapointed this time, mozzarella sticks were missing. This happened for the second time. Even if I get a refund again is frustrating to find that something that you order and wanted to eat is not with your delivery.

No straws in bags - no sauces what I ordered - bbq sauce etc for all the meals - don’t get why they can’t be in order when u spend £26 pound - so frustrating !!!!

When I submitted the order the estimated delivery time was 25 to 40 minutes. It actually took an hour and a half.

Disgusted items missing once again. Had to re order missing burgers and wrap. Was meant to be a special birthday treat for the family but ruined now.

I ordered a fruit bag with each happy meal but this was not delivered. Every other item was. This was an extra £0.49 each additional cost. Luke warm for the food but understandable as its a hit and miss with delivering hot food.

Awful experience. The driver for some unknown reason spent all of 10 minutes driving and then walking up and down a road more than two streets away from mine. Ending up walking through a small dark alley to reach his destination. My postcode takes anyone directly outside my property. Food was freezing cold. What on earth was he doing. Comical.

Be nice if McDonald’s actually checked the order

McD's have upped their game in packaging the food better and getting you're order right. Fast delivery as well.

missing a lot of items , absolutely ridiculous

The packing qaulity and quantity was not good..

I didn't get Marple sauce or butter with my pancakes. there was no sugar with the hot latte and the hot lattte it was warm / cold latte. we are not impress with the service

The food was cold. The delivery kept getting pushed back (not through drivers fault) saying preparing. When food was dispatched it did come quickly but it was just the restaurant delaying it. I’m not sure if it got left waiting for a while until picked up. Disappointing.

Our order states delivered however, we have not received this. I am also concerned how it was delivered without the code being given.

I don’t get how they can miss an item on your order. Not for the first time and won’t be for the last missing an item, go to the restaurant, tell them what’s missing and as it’s a specialist requirement it’s just sat there in the collection bin.

This McDonald’s is awful, every other delivery from this place is terrible… either cold, missing items or they put it together with their feet and what’s worse is a basic meal will cost above £10 as Just Eat will throw a load of charges to ensure it goes over £10, if you’re order is £10 or more they reduce the charges… today my £12 Big Mac order turned up stone cold after the driver was in the store for over half an hr and Just Eat refunded £2. I’m deleting my account.

First you gave me the wrong order. I didn't order a mighty ketchup as I hate ketchup, no extra has brown they gave me plain bacon flatbread no cheese and coffee instead of strawberry lemonade shake. Food was cold like it was cooked yesterday.

Im just wondering when did chicken nuggets look like a big mac was looking forward to my large chicken nugget meal as i dont like burgers all i can eat of my meal are the cold soggy fries
