McDonald's in Northampton

The hygiene is absolutely disgusting and brought food on tray, which is so dusty and sticky, it's shocking, so unprofessional, that's what we pay for, when they allowing Yong peaople to come in modern slavery world!!!

I come here quite often; the food and drink are usually very good, however, the McFlurry’s are usually only half filled or less. This has happened a few times now. The last time I asked for it to be filled up - the lady at the counter looked somewhat aggrieved - not sure if it is usual practice to fill half way or less, incompetence, or to save money…? But this doesn’t seem to happen at other McDonald’s.

food says on the bag it was made at 17:22... delivered at 18:19. Rock hard chips and absolutely freezing

Can you not ever get an order right always items missing every time absolute joke , food freezing cold, chips look anemic! Sort it out it’s not that hard surely to get orders right

Whenever I order from here they can never find the items and don’t bother to look at the notes I’ve given them to tell them exactly where to look for specific items! They also don’t bother to read the replacement items so end up with barely anything from my order. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Dull and cold looking McDonald's, it had no atmosphere and the staff all looked fed up. Food was served cold as had breakfast.

Late cold food and no apology from driver

Awful again as good picked up from restaurant on receipt at 740pm and delivered at 845pm just not good enough the drivers need to have more respect when delivering food and realise the customer want the food hot not freezing cold! I am an extremely unhappy customer right now.

Very disappointed, app location not working (a staff member said this sometimes happens here). Limited on the breakfast menu. The chap I spoke to was friendly and helpful though. Not the best experience I've had at a McDonald's.

food cold as handed to me in original packaging. Coffee had spilt and bag was wet causing coffee to drop out on carpet which now has to be cleaned before I eat anything.

Very busy. Order was incorrect. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and was given crispy chicken. I can't eat gluten so cannot eat the crispy coating. They resolved it. The rest of the order was correct. Restaurant was very noisy so we ate outside. Food was warm but not hot. Toilets were clean enough. One toilet was out of order in the ladies.

Food good most of the time. Make sure to check your order as have often had food missing. Can wait a while in the drive-thru as they do a lot of deliveries. Needs to be a bigger restaurant

Always forget straws, and no sauces chips cold and no salt.

The freshest food I have had from any McDonald's in a long time. My only gripe is the car park is quite awkward to park the large work van but most of their carparks are. I enjoyed the food here though 😊

2 happy meals with no fries or sauce in either. They are refunding me the fries, but now have to reorder the fries, pay the delivery charge again and wait another 20-30mins with hungry kids. Please check next time!

again the driver delivers to the wrong address. he doesn't look at the street name
