my order has not been delivered

Ordered squad burger meals, received absolutley no fries what a rip off , second time this has happened

think they come out of a fridge

the sprite tastes like soda water.

Once again the wrong order was delivered, absolutely disgusted that this happened for a 6th time with me now,

Food took an hour to arrive and was stone cold when eventually arrived

The timebif the delivery was ok however the order was incorrect on 2 items .We ate what we had but not best pleased

missing quater pounders all food is cold and had heat up

Wrong sauce but other than that it was good

food quality bad my wrap is burnt got a cookie instead off a muffin

Delivery was not made to correct address- order not delivered. restaurant not able to help, Just Eat only able to respond by email within 2-3 days- not very good customer service from either one!

mcflurry arrived a melted mess

Was a bit cold. but hit and miss when you order I know. shame the delivery driver accidentally gave us two orders so some poor sod is going hungry

Forgot both dips that I paid for, yet again...

Again saying it’s been delivered and it’s not it was meant to be delivered at 11:20 it is now 125 in the morning

Excellent service and delivery guy was early and very polite

Ordered the 4 burger deal, only received 3 burgers, not so much off a deal

X3 medium fries, not cooked and only 4 nuggets in a 6 nugget meal

Scammers chips were half full and not the first time it’s happened everytime u order they do it as they know u can’t do anything about it ice creams were melted and had barely any toppings on and also took an hour to get here when it’s 5 mins in the car away

Drink spilt in delivery bag during delivery

Absolutely shocked at my experience tonight. I ordered once and you got it wrong. Ordered again, you got that wrong too. Unbelievable

ordered a happy meal for my 3yo, which we were charged for but never arrived. had to order her another one, resulting in all meals going cold whilst we waited for hers to arrive. burger was requested with no lettuce, and arrived with lettuce in and so unable to be eaten due to allergies. awful service.

States delivered but has not been delivered to us taken our money and no food delivery

Couple things missing from my order, happened a few times before so probably won’t be ordering again

Everything was cold like it’s been sat for ages. The only good thing that was cold was the milkshake that was supposed to be chocolate and tates like vanilla

absolutely brilliant, food warm and this time a brilliant driver came few minutes early and finally we can eat after our last order was stolen by the driver and he never came , there wasn't even a tracking car nothing. I'll be ordering from only this McDonald's from now on. as it's reliable and on time.

Restaurant must have been busy with orders due to football possibly as our order was originally going to be delivered at 11.20 then it ended up going to 11:50! BUT in saying this the driver was lovely and the food wasn’t too bad,mozzy dippers were hot the chips and Big Mac was just warm at best sadly 🥺

Order said been delivered but I haven't received it? Perhaps your drivers need to learn where to go? How do I get a refund or my food???

Delivered the whole order wrong

you sent food that was incorrect and unable to eat due to allergies also you missed off items completely useless!

Left outside for 10 minutes without letting me know it’s there no phone call no knock on door also the food was cold and they missed an item which was for my 4 year old daughter.!

Lovely and hot well cooked and tasty. Delivered promptly

I ordered two cheeseburgers and a milkshake. Pulled to the window and got my milkshake and was then asked two park in bay one. That’s fine. I wait another 5 minutes, meanwhile a car which ordered after me that was parked up had recieved their food and left. I wait another couple of minutes to which then was brought the wrong order and was told “ill have a book” I then wait another 10 minutes which brings my wait time to around 15 minutes, and leave. There is absolutely no reason why I should have to wait 15 minutes for two cheeseburgers. On another point, at one point in my wait, there was 1 car around. I will not be returning to any McDonald’s and will take my business elsewhere in future.

Ordered a triple cheese burger but got a double

I had food missing and was freezing cold

They always forget to add syrup with my meal and my son always refuse eating without the syrup. Please meals should be properly checked when deliving, not happy with my order

coke had a weird taste to it,I couldnt drink it,I also ordered large fries was half empty and burgers had no salad in them

How difficult is it to serve hot fries when there are a million people working there? I swear at least 9/10 times the fries are absolutely awful, soggy, and ice cold!! When you pay as much for a FAST FOOD meal as a proper restaurant meal you expect hot food!! This McDonald's is the worst in the area.

cold and hot bag stored next to each over, the hot food is either cold or luke warm. still putting small chip portions into large containers and hoping people can't be bothered to complain. I only eat once a day, and paying money for something you don't actually get is a rip off.

Had to send the hot drink back with the driver as it had spilt everywhere again. Driver said he would go and get a replacement but that has not been delivered.

Poor. Half the order was missing

Ordered at 17:15 informed of delivery 17:35 to 17: 45 , then changed 17:55. To 18:05 finally arried at 18 :26 EVERY item of food STONE COLD £35.00 wasted.

The driver went the complete different way and the food is cold and spilled the drinks

Sadly, spending over £30 on two meals is no longer a guarantee of quality at this site. All burgers were haphazardly put together, the wait time was long. The fries were undercooked and floppy. When I asked for fresh fries, I got an eye roll and the fries replaced with equally soggy undercooked nonsense. Cheaper and more satisfying to cook fries at home.

Not really very happy- Did my delivery driver get hungry on the way? I took photos of my chips in the bag and out of because half of the medium box was actually missing???!!!

Was hoping Sixfields had cracked their previously abysmal quality control (it was a game in our household “let’s guess what they forget to pack tonight”), but no - our order today was missing one of the main burgers we ordered! Add to that the dips were actually *in* the McFlurry’s. Need to lower my expectations to match McD’s capabilities…

As always you have to wait for food , when it arrives not that hot and not what it looks like on the screen....but you pay for what you get .

I'm very unhappy they missed a burger whic was refunded but it was still wanted so I had to spend an extra £6 for it to be redelivered

Never received my order or a refund.

Ordered at 5pm, estimated deliver was 5.25pm. Arrived at 6.50pm. Delivery pushed back over and over. When finally 'on its way' delivery tracker shows delivery driver clearly going in other direction and making other deliveries. Arrived stone cold. Abysmal service is an understatement.

The staff rude and throwing food about - the order was incorrect twice !! Large fries which were not - the girl in the photo thought she was on an 18-30 holiday in Benidorm throwing food around and putting bags on other staff members heads !!!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to - took ages for order, then to be squeaked at no louder than a mouse to be told food is actually ready...by someone who genuinely doesn't look like they want to be there. To find soggy fries, luke warm BigMac...highly recommend you avoid this place, it's a utter shambles

Absolutely terrible service. 3 delivery orders in 2 weeks. All of them missing items. Can’t get anything re-delivered. Have to go through a laborious process on messenger app, to be offered vouchers to then pay another delivery and service fee on. I don’t want vouchers, just the food I actually ordered. Would not re order aver again from here

It's mcdonald's, the usual level of service to be expected from the brand. I will say that I'm not sure when it became the new standard, but they never seem to mix the mcflurry's anymore. Isn't that the whole point of them?
